I utilize Zoom for all my workshops/trainings and counseling services
What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect to all my clients and associates fast and efficiently from home or office. The best thing about it is my sessions are clear and concise. It's no comparison to any competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the buffering is not working well. Usually, I go out and sign back in. I'm sure it's technical issues that happen rarely. I would like to see that area fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom benefits me because it saves traveling to my office and to consumers. I realized it helps with business expenses as far as travel. My business has increased as far as the number of consumers I reached at one time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I volunteer for my professional association, for a virtual special interest group. We only meet in person once a year but that doesn't matter because we have Zoom. It's the best way to meet newcomers and orient them to our group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom lets us solves problems by letting us meet and screen share to show how something is done or what is a solution could look like.
Easy to use tool that is at a fair price
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up meetings and easy for everyone to use. Not complicated for the person you are inviting to the meeting even if they have never used zoom. Most people are familiar with Zoom because they have used it in their personal life. Easy to use on a mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom needs to find a way to make people look attractive - like built in filters. Most women don't like the way they look on zoom. If Zoom would come up with that every woman would insit on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me the ability to interview candidates remotely. Without Zoom we would not be able to be as efficient or as effective in interviewing candidates remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a certified sex counselor. During COVID I couldn't meet people in person and Zoom allowed me to continue to work with my clients. I have been using zoom for nearly 12 years. I first started using it back when I had a marketing business as we way to present webinars to clients. I chose it because the competitor at the time WebEx was out of my budget but Zoom was perfectly priced for what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that everyone who uses it has to download it but that isn't a big deal to me. At this point, almost everyone has Zoom so it's not as much of a problem as it was when I first started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me to stay connected to my clients during the pandemic. It also allows me to be international and work with anyone anywhere in the world. By being able to connect on Zoom, I am able to expand my reach around the world.
Zoom Enhanced My Business!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was easy to learn and helped me collapse time frames! It gave me the ability to be in many places virtually versus driving all over our province.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything I didn't like. It worked wonders for me and my team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to Covid in 2020, we were worried and concerned about our business and income, because as Financial Representatives, we were use to seeing families in their homes in person and Covid stopped that. So along comes Zoom and we were able to connect with people from the comfort of my home and still do business, so business kept on going and we had the two best years in business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile so that I can be on it via phone or computer. I like being able to store the videos for later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard to get tech support to help you directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to train multiple people and sometimes being on-site is unrealistic. This has expanded my opportunity to share my knowledge with others.

The ability to enable SSO + SCIM with also option to exclude users.

What do you dislike about the product?
i don't quite like the zoom room meeting schedule as it can only show booking that is booked with zoom meeting. any other ad-hoc booking of meeting room without zoom meeting will not be displayed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we compared this product zoom with the Microsoft team and we find zoom more lightweight and simple to use hence this has drive up the user experience for remote meeting
Fast, easy, efficient platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was a fast and easy platform to get up and running on and easy to coach others to use remotely. Now offers some fun and easy ways for folks to play and co-create during a session that are easier than other platforms I have experimented with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less a problem with Zoom than with other programs articulating with it. Calendar programs in Outlook and Google tend to try to give a physical address to a meeting whose location is listed as a Zoom link. It makes it harder to get to the Zoom space without opening the appointment and scrolling to the link in an invitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a fluid way to have a face to face meeting whether across time zones or across offices in my own building. It helps bring people together for work without the need to travel, so saving time and the environment both.
Absolutely amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Length of time that a meeting can last with paid subscription. plus bonus features such as the chat functions and the whiteboard are features that I like too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that I do not like is the time limitations with the free subscription and the many updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teleworking. I work with a remote location job where I need to see and talk to people that are nowhere near me.
Staying near over a distance...
What do you like best about the product?
We have three retail locations and owners who are in three additional locations, so this is the best way to bring everyone together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the internet connections are barely adequate and at times too slow to have a seamless presentation that everyone can participate in. Probably not an actual Zoom issue, but one of our problems using it.

How to share information about what is and isn't working in the stores as far as sales and employee morale are concerned.
