What do you like best about the product?
It's popularity and use for all ages. I like Play admin abilities that come with an admin account
What do you dislike about the product?
The cast is a downside. Do you think you pretty much everything you can do unzoom on other virtual meetings that are for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to have our board meetings virtually. Which allows for more attendance. When Covid happened and we added zoom for our board meetings we had better attendance than before Covid
It has been such a pleasure to be able to do my sessions that used to be in person on line.
What do you like best about the product?
I have a lot of internaltioanl clients and its easy for me to speak to them as if i was there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the volumn doesn't work, or someone has a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have stayed in touch with my clients during the Pandemic. I can have a group session and pull in clients from all over the world.
No issues and has helped a time when it was really needed
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Whether I'm on my desktop, phone or iPad, I can connect to work meetings. I can connect with friends and family on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was a little easier to use with lower quality internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting during a worldwide pandemic. It's also allowed us to connect for our church meetings without having to meet in person.
Versatile video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Zoom is. The whiteboard functionality, especially on an ipad, is awesome. I love it.The ability to see everyone talking is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the whiteboard, but it seems to be zoomed in, or out weird, when people first start, so they don't see the full whiteboard when using a laptop. I started a whiteboard, and people didn't realize I was typing in one place, so they were typing in another. I think if it starts out zoomed out to full screen that would allow users to see the whole whiteboard, and if they wanted/needed to zoom in they could, but then they'd see where other people were starting the initial typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for individual meetings, group meetings, client meetings. brainstorming, math tutoring sessions, all sorts of things. It helps with many types of businesses.
A Decent Option
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ubiquitous nature of Zoom. Most people are at least somewhat familiar with the platform, and that makes coordination much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot have multiple meetings at once. I frequently need to attend multiple meetings and cannot enter other meetings if I'm actively hosting. Microsoft Teams will allow me to move between meetings, but Zoom does not currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables a mostly reliable video meeting platform for work. I appreciate the encryption and background filtering options. Overall, I find that I prefer Microsoft Teams however.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can share my screen with multiple parties at once. That has become particularly useful when hosting virtual rehearsals and meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Zoom because the platform hasn't found a way to eliminate the lag time between users from different internet connections. The second inconvenience of zoom is that multiple people cannot speak simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped to alleviate some need to meet in person. Through zoom, we can accomplish much of the same work from the comfort of our own homes. Somewhat.
Great Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can meet from all over the state, keep notes,save the chat for further review along with recording the meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we did not get an email about the most recent needed update until trying to jin a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of us needing to meet with organizations in other cities within the state and saves us money by not having to pay for travel expenses for the meetings since we can do them via Zoom.
Great for everything from one on one to group sessions

I like that it integrates with my EMR so
What do you dislike about the product?
I like how it integrates with my EMR so when a client schedules an appointment, it automatically creates a zoom link and adds it to my calendar and theirs. It is also good for my group sessions making it easy for clients to interact with me and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my ability to schedule my clients automatically. This saves me and my staff time from having to go and manually create a meeting each time. It also makes it easy to do webinars or group sessions for my clients as well.
I would be lost without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, stability of the platform, breakout rooms, and cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
In rural areas we can lose the connection so we don't use the video part as often as we could with better internet.

Zoom allows me to see my possible clients without traveling long distances. I also use it to work with my team.

It's very easy to create or schedule meetings. It's also very easy to join a meeting in progress that I was invited to. The screen sharing feature allows us to share ideas and convey concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom feature seems hyper-sensitive to fluctuations in internet or wi-fi service. A service disruption for any application can be disappointing. However, Zoom meetings or classes are usually of a much higher importance and attendees are often instructors, doctors, board members, etc. The service is being paid for and the disruptions are not what we pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, attendance, file sharing, committee meetings, classes and consultations are all reasons we have used Zoom. Our organization has benefited most by being able to communicate via Zoom.
