Fantastic product and service
What do you like best about the product?
It seamlessly integrates with Google calendar, so creating meetings and sending them out to clients with invites is super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the plugin for Chrome a little clunky and when recording video of the call, the quality is hit or miss as to how large the file will be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes our life pretty easy for meetings and also running online castings and rehearsals.
I use Zoom in my business daily for remote coaching, mentorship, & attended mastering sessions.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in scheduling and hosting online meetings and small events is extremely convenient with the user experience design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no integrated direct-mailing tool when scheduling meetings. You can select which mail client you use to send emails from your personal email, but not directly from within Zoom. Perhaps there is a Zapier integration that may do this, but I haven't looked, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I host a podcast and conduct remote attended music mastering sessions, as well as private mentoring and coaching through zoom. All of Zoom's features make business flow extremely efficient and allow me to focus more on getting the work done, than on trying to troubleshoot a piece of software.

the different options when using it, when I need to leave I can transfer host, the sharing, the sharing of sound from my computer area ll very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
That participants using a phone usually tell me they have to download an app. i wish it was easier for all , some with not such good computer skills can get on. and shorter invites too for those who can just click and join.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
many have become ZOOMQUEENS as we all got hit with COVID. We are able to have somewhat face to face via technology meetings which always help with meeting engagement.

What do you dislike about the product?
Changing how my user name appears is not easy. I have an account I manage for a volunteer role and that account name shows up on professional calls, also on interviews and then I have to explain while I hasten to change it.
I also would like to more easily change my background from clear to blurred. Would be great if these settings were in the window instead of a separate window that needs to be opened

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not meeting in person, saving gas! Saving time! Sharing descktop views. Tech help for my parents from far away. I love the recent adoption level and comfort with it.
Virtual classes for kids
What do you like best about the product?
Allows to get together participants virtually from all over the globe. Ability to share screens, interact as a group and break out into smaller groups, ability to annotate together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The muting function is always a pain. We work with small kids and sometimes it takes forever for them to mute and unmute themselves. Back in the beginning when the host was able to control muting it was much easier to function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to run classes across geography. Also, being able to share a presentation on a screen such that everyone sees it clearly. Finally, being able to record a meeting and share it with participants who were not able to come has really helped our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for being able to quickly get face-to-face with my clients and vendors quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom isn't as reliable when communicating with international workers. I assume this is likely because of the connection speed of the user on the other side, but it would be great if it degraded the quality in a more usable manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's indispensable for meeting with my team and prospects without having to leave my home office. This saves time, money, and the environment. I've always believed that video conferencing should have been adopted a long time ago to replace air travel for sales, I just never thought it would take a pandemic to make that a reality.

What do you dislike about the product?
Users that do not allow visibility of meeting attendees. This happens with government agencies that use Zoom for public meetings. I object that as an attendee, I am not able to see other attendees, as I would at an in-person meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with my students in real-time. It is a fulfilling experience.
Also, I like to review my teaching methods in the zoom recordings. It makes me better at being a teacher.

Overall good, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is the ability for multiple people to provide markups and that they do not disappear like they do on MS Teams. Also, call stability is pretty reliable for both the video and voice. I also like that you can set up a personal conference room where once people have the information they can just join rather than needing to wait on me to set up a new zoom meeting and send out a calendar invite. Scheduling meetings is thankfully fairly straightforward as is actually starting or joining a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Below is a list of some of the things I dislike and a few things I would change.
- wish it was a little cheaper to have a full license
- I have a hard time getting my name in the bottom to show up as the same thing between calls. I have several iterations of my name/pronoun/company name but can't get it to be consistent I see this, especially with standing meetings. But I've also had this issue when I log in from a different computer or from my tablet.
- I wish similar to ring central it was easy to transfer calls between desktop and phone
- I wish that it always popped up with a video preview before joining the call.
- I wish there was an easy "capture" button for markups on screen shares, I spend a lot of time in meetings for coordination that have sketches on top of the document that is screen shared and it would be very useful to have an easy screenshot and save option rather than having to use another software.

Zoom provides an easy way to screen share documents for markups. It makes it quick to and fairly easy to have quick on-the-spot meetings. I also use it as a platform for social game night calls outside of work - since its interface is so prevalent and easy to use the technical learning curve is not there like with some software.
Couldn't Do Business Without it!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Zoom, for us, has been the ability to deliver our services during the pandemic. As Coaches, we would have been leaving our clients out to dry if we would have had to completely discontinue our services. Not to mention our employees. It also gives us the ability to break out into smaller groups and then reconvene, which is often easier on Zoom as we would not have had the number of rooms available to do so in person. It preserves the privacy aspect and group focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom has to do with it being technology based. Of course, there isn't much we can do about different programs, apps, browsers, and their ability to keep up with Zoom. We recently ran into a problem that was software-based and caused Zoom not to work. It wasn't the fault of the Zoom Application but the fix was lengthy and involved Intel Software causing a problem communicating with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, with in-person services at a standstill for many companies, we too would have been shut down without the ability to see our clients this way. Now that we have established our services over Zoom we have incorporated it into our everyday process and best practices.
Easy video conferencing for a multitude of purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. I just log in and I can set up a meeting, copy or send invitations to others, or have "office hours" to meet without a pre-arranged scheduled time. I can also set different backgrounds or use an out-of-focus background for privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally speaking, there is not a lot that I dislike about Zoom. I would like some lower pricing models for small businesses, to make it more affordable. You might also make it easier to switch between accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easier for me to connect with employees and customers at a distance. Yes, we could do a phone call, but a video call seems more personal. We've also been able to hold larger meetings and events online, which would have been difficult to do otherwise, due to COVID and geographic distance.
