Simple & easy to use

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You can create a meeting that others can join with no issues. Being able to schedule a reoccurring meeting, along the lines of being able to set up one off meetings so that way others can join is a great option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside would unfortunately have to be cost, it would be great if zoom did nonprofit discounts along with a discount for reoccurring users. That would be the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is able to get people together, it is able to make sure that others are able to join without any issues connecting people face-to-face. Along with being able to collaborate with others easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. I also love the recording feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at the moment. Zoom meets my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to communicate virtually with clients.

Zoom simplified and transformed my business.

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
After the pandemic, we needed to find a way to transition our business online. It couldn't have been posssible without a platform like zoom allowing great quality online meetings, I love that I could customize my meetings. All my meetings now are held on zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if zoom could bring in the feature of a sceduling link like other apps on the market today where people could pick a time for the meeting based on the availability on our calendar then it would be an even bigger platform for us to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we had in our consulting business was the need to go in person for our meetings. So that is the biggest problem that zoom has solved for us. Being able to work from anywhere, anytime and hold meetings online.

Zoom Saves Time & Travel

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings save travel time and give us a chance to attend meetings we normally wouldn't take time to.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't read people's reactions and chat personally with them as you would in an in-person meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Zoom during the pandemic. We are a non-profit youth music program. Our board meeting attendance became nearly perfect for each meeting.

Overall, Zoom is a Reliable and Easy Software

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very reliable, and I have only had issues when someone's internet connection is slow. It is easy to navigate, and most people can pick up on it fairly quickly, which makes it a good tool for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow depending on a person's internet connection - in these cases, it might lag either audio-wise or video-wise and freeze. Usually if someone turns their camera off if their internet is slower, this will improve. Also, it's necessary to have Zoom premium if you are meeting with anyone for more than 40 minutes (it used to allow two people to meet for longer than this and only would implement the cutoff if there were three people, but now even if there are only two people total, it cuts off).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have meetings with people face-to-face, especially meetings with several or more people. This makes it easy to connect to a lot of people from all over the country.

An easy solution for video chat

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. It's great to be able to send a link to a potential client that has no clue how to use Zoom and it just works. No need to do anything crazy with software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recording quality. When we put on Zoom webinars it sucks that the recording is such low quality. I understand that it helps with files sizes, but it's the one thing that we're looking to get away from Zoom for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with clients and prospects all across the country. We give a lot of presentations and that is super easy with Zoom. It's been an essential part of our sales and retention process.

Zoom necessary for Team Meetings

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom user platform is user friendly. Scheduling a meeting, editing a meeting is very easy to do. In addition, the screen share option is not complicated like other live chat/meeting programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is not being able to edit a meeting that may have already passed but never took place. Also, when logging into a meeting, the prompt to open zoom meetings can be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the only way we can have our team meetings now since we have staff that is now working remotely. Being able to use the zoom platform helps us gather all together wherever we may be, to collaborate.

Great Tool to Connect with My Team and Clients

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for connecting with my team when one or more is traveling and connecting with out-of-state clients. I like the ability to share my screen and presentation with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connectivity issues where the internet is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of connecting with my team and clients when face to face in person isn't convenient or not an option.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Zoom - A choice among many

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the most ubiquitous and most reliable conferencing platform out there at the moment. Wish it was around prior to the pandemic and grateful for its reliability now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be a bit of a detractor. We are a nonprofit and it is quite expensive for two licenses. I'd love to see a nonprofit license that scales to the size of the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate virtually and we are able to successfully and consistently connect with colleagues around the world with ease, which has expanded our reach and ability to more easily grow our mission.

Readily available and intuitive to use.

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an intuitive platform and thus makes it easy for new users to sign in and participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup features are a little awkward to utilize or understand how they work. For those of us who update other software, such as MS Office, when we switch jobs or add a new part-time gig, Zoom seems to get confused about which account it should be using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandemic-related social gatherings can now be held via Zoom, with some limitations. College courses can meet via Zoom instead of in person while the pandemic rages (and for other reasons of convenience). Long-distance corporate meetings can also be held via Zoom.
