Gets the job done, continued improvements and add-ons a plus
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to invite non-technical users to. There isn't a barrier for older generations for the most part. I can easily send a link to my parents to have them join sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom most frequently for teaching. I wish there was an easier way to add multiple camera angles for the students/clients to see better, though I know some of that comes from the hardware being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got certified to teach right when the pandemic hit, and now I have a collection of people in many locations still able to join and participate. It has allowed for ease of spreading my knowledge.
I used it for work mostly. I have a chromebook and the app is not as great as on PC.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ease of being able to sync into Outlook. I liked that it is easily integrated with different programs. For example, I use Greenhouse to schedule interviews, and I create zoom links within Greenhouse to send out to interviewers and candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you change a meeting, I don't like how it doesn't update in my zoom overview (main menu). I usually have to go back to the calendar invite and grab the meeting ID instead of just logging in through my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote interviews and this is great for business because we can interview candidates quicker and more efficiently. Being able to do interviews quicker helpw with offer rate acceptance.
Zoom Saved my Business During the Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use! I didn't have to spend a lot of time educating myself about the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
A 'share' feature would be great. I can't seem to see how to do that with documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue was that the Professional School of Social Work said no to the platform initially due to the data being stored outside Canada. You stepped up and changed that though! Thank you.
The obvious choice
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, helpful customer service. The interface is easy for my clients to use when on calls with me as well. I share my screen constantly and appreciate all the various uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major qualms regarding zoom.

Accessibility to my clients - I can have face-to-face communication while being in different locations. This is massive in building the relationships I need with my clients.

Zoom is a robust platform that is inexpensive, Flexible, and can be integrated within several CMS tools. I have used it with people who have various levels of computer skills, and with minimal training. Works well with mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us connect students and teachers and administrators with content and interaction in many different ways.
Easiest way to connect online.
What do you like best about the product?
Regardless of age, everyone knows how to use zoom. The interface is easy to learn and understand. The biggest value it brings is how much time it saves me and my clients. Reduced travel time, more meetings, more efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love zoom! If I had to pick, it would be for zoom to accommodate all internet speeds. Maybe if someone's speeds are low, only offer sound and no video. The software should know how much to allow, to create the best experience for all users.

Reduce travel time for me and my clients. Allow for my time in both of our schedules.
Consistent,reliable, and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The upside to using Zoom is the ease of use for both myself and my clients. Additionally, features such as screen share and whiteboard. Zoom has become a reliable part of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel comfortable using Zoom and feel that the features have only improved over the last few years. My only suggestion would be to have a meeting schedule or calendar of some kind built into the platform or easily connected from an outside program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me a safe and secure meeting space for working with my clients. It is compatible across my devices which makes sending invitations and holding meetings easy and accessible.
Best video software platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is my favorite part. With a software like this you just need it to work and it always does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton- zoom has come a long ways since the start of the platform. It's a really tremendous product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run sales teams all over the world and this platform lets me do that in a super streamlined way!
Made lifeline connections during Covid
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom enabled me to continue teaching my older adult students providing them a lifeline during Covid. It was easy to use and I had great success with the quality of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any major problems. There were a few people who could have benefited from even easier videos showing them basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed us to continue serving our community members during the pandemic and we realized we can reach more people by continuing to provide online classes using zoom
Great for our solar presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Helps homeowners see the entire sales process from start to finish and allows them to be in the drivers seat when building the solar system for their home. We love using zoom

Nothing so far. everything seems to work well

They allow us to be able to help homeowners not only in our state but nationwide and not have to travel.
