Zoom is the most reliable video conferencing platform that I have experienced
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clarity of connection we have come to rely upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to share. There isn't anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has saved us literally tens of thousands of dollars in hosting face-to-face meetings.

Zoom Has Made My Life Simpler
What do you like best about the product?
The very most helpful thing about using zoom is that I do not have to leave my house.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that sometimes Internet issues cause participants not to be able to be heard

Zoom is helping me manage my time better
Dependable and easy video conference software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have breakout rooms is extremely helpful. The chat and Q&A panels make it easy to host webinars without opening mics
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like except the way panelists have to enter a webinar. We have a recurring webinar, but the link to the webinar doesn't work to allow panelists in anymore. They need to enter using a specific link sent from the event setup, which creates a little bit of confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to have face-to-face conversations and also allows us to do full company updates that are recorded and available for people who could not attend the live event.
Zoom has been a great experience for my company. It is easy to use and allows us to stay connected.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to share screens easily and do breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside to Zoom. It is a very useful tool.

It is allowing my office and the 13 other offices we work with stay connected at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is available anytime I need it.

Sometimes it takes a little time to get it started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can meet where ever we are. We have members in other countries so it allows us to be together. We can collaborate on ideas in real time. We meet with clients to review contracts remotely.
Great video conference with free and paid options
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and easy to set up a meeting and make it recurring. Lots of options to customize the meeting settings to your liking. Can make meetings and webinars separately with different settings for each. Very easy to start a meeting at its intended start time from your meetings calendar. Can use in browser or on app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting length is limited to 40 minutes if you don't pay for the premium account. Meetings can only be set up to reoccur 20 times before they expire and have to be remade so not great for long term recurring meetings. The share meeting workflow could be improved. It only copies the meeting invite so it can be pasted into an email, instant message, etc. A direct share feature from inside zoom to outlook would be much quicker and easier. Also the invitation link is rather long if you copy the whole thing rather than just the url.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for teleconferencing/remote meetings and interviewing job candidates. Also good to communicate with remote employees. The screen share function makes it much easier to work with a group of people and show presentations to coworkers or customers who aren't present during a meeting or presentation.
ZOOM, THE GIFT I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED
What do you like best about the product?
In March of 2020, I had no idea how much I would use Zoom in the next two years. What I liked best was the ease and functionality of Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting Zoom Bombed in March of 2020, but the team has gone above and beyond to modify its security measurees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved how I connected with students and it kept my educational company afloat when everything I had booked in person went the way of the dinosaur in 2020.
Awesome Teleconferencing Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom for working at home, teleconferencing, and otherwise cutting out a lot of travel time between meetings. It's save my company time and money and is super convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio/visual issues show their ugly face as with any software. But these are few and far between. I don't really have any other negatives with the current Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of everyone being in the same room to have a meeting. It truly is flattening the entire world and allowing us to have conversations with people all over the world like they're in the room with us.
Reliable and easy to access tool for connecting with others
What do you like best about the product?
It easily integrates with other programs and apps like my Google calendar, website and more. Many of the basic tools are helpful and I appreciate that you are always trying to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes too many features and updates and can be hard to keep up with it all. They're not always useful to me. Also, sometimes troubleshooting or finding the right feature or setting for what I want to do can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect easily with parents all around the world. It's a platform that almost everyone is familiar with and is easy to create and send links.
It is helpful, but a learning curve as a teacher

Continuing connection with folks from a distance.

The fact that as a pro user I cannot share with another business for co-hosting.
