Zoom keeps me connected
What do you like best about the product?
I work with clients all over the world and without Zoom I wouldn't be able to connect on a personal level

There are technical issues from time to time

I can work face to face with my clients in any country.

Super easy use for people to use on phones and for people with no technology experience

Meeting time length cut off when we have to restart meetings

It is allowing our partners one on one FaceTime with clients even when they aren't physically able to be in office
An excellent solution for remote meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's picture quality and sound quality are superior to Google Meets and other platforms I've experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to secure the "room" and monitor participant behavior could be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has improved functionality from a meeting manager standpoint. It gives us control over chat features and audio features. I like the link it has to my Google calendar!
Excellent tool for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for people all over the world to join a call anytime from nearly any device. It's easy to integrate with scheduling apps too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the invite text contains so many dial in numbers. The invite looks like a mess. It would be much nicer if the call-in routing was automated so the invite text could be cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients remotely instantly. I also use it to host family and church meetings. It works in nearly every situation and has benefited efficiency.
Zoom makes business so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to connect with people in a timely manner, which still feels personal, since we can see each other. The quality of the video is usually great, and I like the features (background, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is a little slow. I am not sure that is zoom's issue or if it is my issue via my internet provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to meet more people because I do not have to drive to them. It makes things more efficient.
Zoom is the premier video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, compatible on multiple devices, easy to log into and use, can share documents, video's, etc with ease. Easiest of the video conferencing apps you can use
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally/sporadically the sounds and video can be less than optimal...occasionally I have to log out and back in to get optimal performance. Can be annoying when you want to change a setting

Easy to meet clients over video, easy to collaborate and share materials. Easy to log into. Allows me to be more productive business perf has increased especially over covid
Great Product Great Company
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable. I like that they keep improving it and expanding the functionality. They are also incredibly responsive with customer service for a company growing so fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of resources on my laptop. I don't know if there's anything that can be done with that but sometimes when I am sharing a screen my 2021 laptop crashes. Also, it sometimes takes some hacks to get my onboard microphone audio going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal connectivity is probably the best. We went completely remote during the pandemic and Zoom allows us to connect often as a team and with clients. We also have integrated their phone service into our account and it saved us a TON of money.
Zoom the best of the best
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to start a meeting and join meetings. The software has a lot of great features my favorite is the remote control option as an IT pro I use this to help people all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have really anything I don't like that is too big maybe one thing is the desktop app tends to log out all the time. When this happens it can cause meetings that you create to act weird till you sign in again. I have had to help a lot of our users with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well the Zoom Rooms is maybe my favorite solution it makes our conference rooms much more streamed lined and everyone loves it. It is just a way to book the room and then walk in and just start the meeting with no hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
I use a variety of connection platforms and zoom is definitely my favourite. It's easy to use, easy to connect to, web-based so there's no software to download. Zoom has a great variety of options and functionality to make virtual meetings, big or small, highly interactive, easy to run and simple to record, download and translate. I constantly tell people that Zoom is my go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like about zoom is the whiteboard. I don't find that it has the functionality that other stand-alone tools do. It could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the communication problem for me. It allows me to connect in a remote environment in a robust way. I'm more productive because I can connect Zoom with my transcription app which allows me to be present but still have great notes. It also enables people to participate in a way that makes sense for them, in the chat, with out without video as well as when they are on the go.
