Great for communicating with anyone
What do you like best about the product?
A great way to communicate with anyone by computer or mobile. During the pandemic was able to communicate with everyone. Can be used for meetings and corporate events.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not communicate with more than one person at a time. Has a time limit of 40 mins at a time or will need to log into it again or pay for an account to get rid of the time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're assigned the leader will be the only person to let people into the chat room and has control of taking people off the chat room. System needs a better way of to control backgrounds.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, intuitive, allows people to meet easily and quickly and have effective video conferences. Document sharing and screen sharing are also very helpful. I also like the security features that allow you to prevent unwanted persons from joining the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tier. There needs to be an affordable option that at least allows for a 1 hour meeting time. Many people use Zoom to facilitate volunteer work and therefore do not want to spend a lot of their personal money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was very instrumental in helping the civic organizations that I belong to continue impactful community work because of the virtual meeting platform. The platform design was easy enough for some of the most senior members to participate. Specifically, my Links, Incorporated chapter was able to continue our STEM program and meet monthly with students locally in Richmond, VA as well as in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way zoom is handling the scen
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the way zoom is handling the scenario when there are multiple apps running in the machine while you are on a zoom call. In my case the audio of the participants are not clear then zoom displayed a notification that you can improve audio performance by closing few application running in the machine. Then audio is clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some times I have to share my mobile screen on zoom and I need to stay with the desktop app as well. In this case when I'm the host Im joining the same room with my mobile with out caliming the host from desktop. It solved my problem.

It helps to share the screen where the other parties can also be able to access the screen with multiple commands and its a user friendly

Powerful software for video conference!!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect with team members for meeting and discussion. Zoom meeting can be added to microsoft outlook for scheduling meeting also zoom provides many options for customise video and audio confreres
What do you dislike about the product?
For video calls it's required good Internet connection. If Internet is fluctuate then call disconnects. Zoom should add some light wait options witch works with slow and unstable Internet

Zoom calls solving our daily needs for communication between team members. Whenever we require to discuss something we simply share zoom meeting link to team members. Also we can record calls on cloud and same can be accessible anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
You can record your videos and export audio and video in different files. This is very useful if you are podcaster. I used a lot in this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I paid the $15's option but the session was finished in 40 minutes. I don't understand what the change did ZOOM but I dislike that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can have meetings with people around the world for a little fee. In my case, I used to do my classes with 20 - 30 peoples. Another useful thing is the rooms.
Great Video Communications App for Work & Educational Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to annotate my screen or a participant's screen. A participant can also permit me to control their screen so that I can probably guide them when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom crashes for me sometimes which may be because my laptop is old. I also think the UI is a bit bland. Would also be nice for recordings to have an accompanying transcript without the need for a secondary transcription service.

Zoom help allows me to meet with coworkers and customers virtually from any location.

Zoom is the best platform for video meet, option to access directly from browser, simple interface, ask to open camera and mic or not before entering the meeting.

It just give upto 40 minutes of time to finish a meeting session in free version.
