Perfect Application for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't even require a login. Anyone can attend the video call through this application. If people joining the call are limited then it is completely free. It has helped a lot of institutions during covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is nothing that I dislike about zoom. The only thing is the pricing part. They should increase the limit from 100 to 200 so that educational institutes can easily conduct the classes for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving a lot of problems. Zoom was the savior application at the time of the covid crisis. It was so reliable that everyone was using zoom only to conduct meetings.

The best user friendly meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Zoom is its simple user interface. Even those with minimum knowlegde of computers and mobiles were able to use Zoom meetings for their work and other informal meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of subscription is on the higher side for general users in LMIC countries. The 40 minute limit could have been increased to atleast an hour. Not fully satisfied with security features as there were reports that it could be hacked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was very useful during the pandemic times especially in the work front. Though several other meeting softwares were being made available, Zoom was the most comfortable to use.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendliness and easy user interface and experience make Zoom one of the most used platforms for video conferencing, meets, online classes etc..One can easily start their online video meet at zoom even if they haven't used Zoom before
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the collaboration within zoom, I would love to see zoom provide a in-built document/screen share, where allowed people could collaborate at the same time. It would add more purpose to the concept of online conferencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am attending online classes over Zoom. My tutor (an online learning platform) schedules the classes every 4 days a week from an urban location, while it is now easy for me at some Rural location to be the part of the same without any major concern.

What do you like best about the product?
Smooth calling experience, my company has been using Microsoft teams for a while but it has so many issues like call freez, network issues, login/logout problems so we switched to Zoom and we are so good so far.

HD video calling is not upto mark even having great internet connection.
Sometimes the cloud freezes out of the blue but other than that i really like Zoom for it's features and accessibility.

Zoom - Helping me take virtual classrooms possible
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to start up the application for teachers and students. It is quick and robust and I have used it on multiple platforms - Iphone, Ipad, Desktop, Laptop without any hassles. Its whiteboard feature is very convenient and creates a full classroom experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an annotate feature that if not applied is misused by students. Zoom should rather provide a super feature to the presenter to control this by default. I'm aware that zoom is working on this with Zoom webinars but I work with simpler Zoom meetings for a full student-teacher interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID period, a lot of teaching went online and Zoom greatly helped us create a full virtual classroom that has been extended for more than two years now. All of the students are able to join, navigate around features and the whiteboard feature has almost everything a modern classroom should have. I've exploited all the features to make my teaching quick and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very well-versed video conferencing software with all the required features such as recording, raising hand, etc. It holds an edge over its competitors because of no time constraints as its main competitor google meet has recently introduced a one-hour maximum limit on the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest problems with zoom is that it needs to be installed as a software on the participant's computer as well i.e accessing the conference call through the web browser itself is an absolute mess, unlike its alternates which works flawlessly over the web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to conduct and schedule video meetings with my team for effective management, with no barrier of time and capacity it just works great and does the job quite efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom application is clean and smooth to use. Also, there are easy-to-use virtual backgrounds which make video conferencing more professional. The emojis help the participants to show their opinions or appreciation of the ongoing video conference or presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limited time of 40 minutes to complete a conference or a meeting. The interface is old. There are too many subscriptions. Also, sometimes uninvited participants crash the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the main problem which is conducting meetings anywhere at any time. Now, people can attend meetings from anywhere. They can attend using mobile, laptop and desktop. It was very helpful in the COVID-19 times. And still have many options which are helpful for companies amd businesses to grow.

The ease of usage by being able to attend the meeting without having the compulsion of downloading the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the most popular and widely used software out there. It is very user friendly and easy to use. It has various awesome features which are very useful for video conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtual background feature are not that practical and doesn't look very professional. It needs more refinement and update. In the free version there is a time limit on meetings which i don't like.

Zoom has helped us build strong relationships with clients during the pandemic. By using zoom we are able to connect with each other and grow the business in a positive way. It is an easy and affordable solution to connect with people remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and that I'm able to clearly hear and see the people on the other end of the site. The screen sharing is awesome, so I can show people exactly what I'm talking about.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, the only hurdle is there is a slight learning curve when you first start using it, especially if you are the adminstor, and that is more tied to setting up meetings with clients and sending them the invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is greatly improving my ability to connect with people from other states that are considering buying in MN, it also helps with team meetings and being able to share data with screen sharing.
