Software for all video Conferancing and webinar
What do you like best about the product?
This is very useful app at the time of covid-19 very helpful for team virtual meeting and customer meeting online. Good and easy to use.even mobile app is also .user friendly and they provide 45 min free meetings but i was using licance virsion as my uses was more but this product cost is also very reasonable
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have seen screen sharing is not working properly apart from this anything much all is good maybe sometime due to bandwidth issues we face some problem otherwise overall performance is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting customers virtually and team meeting at the time of covid-19. It was very helpful as no F2F meeting was possible at Covid-19 and this app helps lot at the same time to connect with customers and team members..

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface that has been blessings in disguise for the world to fight with covid era of remote working

It's a stand alone application integration with additional collaborative tools is area of improvement

Anyone and everyone are able to do video conferences , it's a tool for small enterprises to larger enterprises and individual to be in par with the corporate world
Intuitive and easy to use video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, it's quite intuitive, and it's lag-free unlike other tools that I have used for video conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have some features like Slack meeting/video conferencing has and it also doesn't have control features like GoTo meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to stay connected with my team and external parties like vendors and customers. It's working well.
Video call at your ease
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use with a reliable cloud platform. To participate in or even host a Zoom meeting, you don't need to install any additional software. Everything can be done using a web browser. It is free of cost and offers remote conferencing services which might be useful for taking classes, making video calls, and organising online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited participation limits the usage of the Zoom app is exceeding more than 300 participants. Also, the new introduction of charging after 40 minutes of video calling is something which is very disturbing. As normally classes last for 50-60 minutes, therefore we need to end the class if we do not want to pay the fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During travelling and specifically during the pandemic where offline classes could not take place, Zoom helped me in taking regular classes without disturbing the ease and health of the students. Because of its easy and convenient use for all the users, it enabled me in taking exams also. Now we use the zoom app to conduct assignments and meetings.

Zoom a great way to attend meeting but not organize one
What do you like best about the product?
The way zoom helps the people attending the meeting to join it using the link, which was definitely the 1st thing I noticed, plus the security of the meeting rooms. The way meetings can be smooth. But using it is very easy unlike Teams, which is pretty difficult, at least for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom tends to be very difficult when I am organizing a meeting. Every time I have to try a few shots before I can get through to create a new meeting. Some quick tips on the side for starting a new meeting each time you fumble should be able to help, or just create a new meeting and in just few clicks, get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely the issue of online meetings with colleagues. Plus the access control module is too easy so I don't have to switch to any other software, like TeamViewer to take control of their system even if there is any issue, which needs to be resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use: It is super easy to use the zoom platform. this is quite intuitive and efficient to have a open platform for web meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bandwidth requirement. Sometime the usage of the bandwidth is not efficient and screen sharing interrupts more often.

It provides a free plat form over web and app model to conduct web meetings. It is quite efficient for business continuity
Zoom is a convenient and affordable application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is available for free to everyone unlike some heavily priced applications.You can use it on any device you have.Some apps disconnect when we even have slightly less bandwidth but we can stay in the zoom call even if we have that issue.And the thing I like is we can also use in browser with a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can use everything but the call gets disconnected for free users after around a hour.I also believe that security should improve in this app as unknown persons can sometimes enter the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is so used by us during our online classes and they provided the best experience for uso many bootcamps are happening very smoothly even in lower speed internet.It is consuming even lesser data than some applications.
Using Zoom for Meetings and for Team Communications
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom chat at my agency to do all of our day-to-day communications and share files, links, etc. We use both the desktop and phone app. I have used slack and other comms apps but this works well since most of our team meetings are also in Zoom so we don't have to use 2 different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add our external clients to Zoom chats but it is only used for internal team members to communicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us communicate quickly while working remotely without having to clutter each other's email boxes. Definitely helps us be more productive.

My company Altiostar Networks weekly conducts syncup meeting through zoom and they are very good and productive.
