Great Application for regular team meetings and sync-ups
What do you like best about the product?
The easy use i.e. UI part of the zoom application is very comfortable to use, even for first-time users. It provides multiple options like file sharing and even meetings recordings which becomes easier to rely on the recorded information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording option provided by the Zoom application does not work when the meeting is being scheduled with someone who is out of the organization or not from the same organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is being used by me regularly i.e. for both personal and professional use. I attend client meetings as well as my online distance MBA course through Zoom meetings only.

Best for business
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to keep confidentiality of my clients and set up appointments and have waiting room and access codes to enter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to hold telehealth sessions and stay within the HIPAA

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is being used as our primary audio/video conferencing service at XPO.
Zoom is lightweight and loads up really fast. Zoom also integrates well with Google Calendar so we never miss a meeting. Switching from Skype we are happy with zoom's features as well as it's security so that end to end encryption is maintained.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some more host related controls that zoom lacks in. Also, zoom is a bit pricey as compared to its competitors like Skype,MS teams etc. Zoom should also provide multiple plans based on the requirements instead of pro plan and standard plan

What do you like best about the product?
Instance access and easy to connect which saves lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is , it's very annoying to have so many zoom calls,zoom should provide restrictions of meeting hours per day by default.

banyak menu pendukung yang saya dan pengguna lainnya cukup terbantu, semisal adalah papan presentasi yang memungkinkan kita bisa menunjukan dengan jelas visual terhadap lawan peserta meeting online

sampai saat ini saya belum menemukan ketidak sukaan atau ketidak cocokan dengan produk ini, banyak hal yang membantu sehingga saya belum bisa melihat sisi kendalanya

zoom bisa memangkas biaya yang seharusnya kami keluarkan untuk biaya perjalanan atau transportasi agar bisa berkumpul dititik kumpul yang sama, namun dengan zoom meet semua itu bisa teratasi

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very stable and performant, great video quality as well as screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom allows administrators to disable features within Zoom that make it a less than ideal tool for end users. If things weren't so disabled within chat, it could be a single tool for communication for workplaces.

Zoom helps our company work together when remote, communicate better, and be collaborative.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides of using Zoom due to which our company is aligning towards Microsoft teams
Downsides:
1. Zoom doesn't have the capacity to manage a team of people. Microsoft teams does it brilliantly
2. Zoom doesn't allow more than 45mins meeting for more than 2 people. I think this is little harsh. The free limit should be for atleast 3 people
3. Less social media engagements, less marketing and PR

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can connect with colleagues from all over the world with a few clicks. I also use it for personal stuff like connecting with relatives who live very far away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there anything to dislike, it's an amazing product and the phone app is perfect, works super smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team gatherings are possible through zoom and allows our work colleagues to have the required human touch through the screen, it also helps for better understanding of complex topics.
