What do you like best about the product?
What I like about zoom is that I can video chat voice chat and share screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its glitches a lot and some time i can barely hear.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the easy ways to conduct live interactive sessions. the annotation tool is very helpful in explaining more briefly the concepts. No lag and delay in the sessions, and supports a large audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time is very limited for free users, it should increase to at least 1 hr. Break out room feature to be added to premium users. Lack of comment control, should support 4k
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convey my expression using the annotation tool, it helps me a lot to deliver what is in my mind. Through premium subscription I can deliver content to larger audience and supports online streaming

It's once of the best video conferencing application that I have used until so far, because it has the simple and smooth easy interface to join a meet or creat it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom definitely had some glitches in the beginning lagging issues while we hear the person from the opposite side, but now its been fixed and very excellent now a days.

I am able to record the conversation in the cloud, able to use with any operating system. We're able to use outlook plugin for scheduling meetings and also send invites.
We can get temporary meeting id for one off meetings and also can have a static one as well.
Can be used on phone and on pc or tablet

What do you dislike about the product?
The meetings reset in the day.
We had a meeting that was on 24x 7 where our work mates join and do the checking and for any assistance they were looking for. The meeting reset everyday for onetime and we'd have to open the meeting rooms once again since it's a 24x7 meeting id

Work from home and always connected to work.
We're able to use zoom for other educational purposes as well or just for video calls to our friends and family .

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom definately comes across as the best available option for all kinds of video call for internal purpose but as an HR professional I have had some issues scheduling interview on zoom as its a hassle of candidates to download the app first on desktop or mobile where as google meet works best for interviewing purpose.

As mentioned above the hassle to download the app first is one of them.
Also recording the session at times is not as smooth as what google meet offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I liked the most about zoom is its quick connectivity, its user interface and ease of operation. The number of participants that can be added in a meeting is also an added advantage
What do you dislike about the product?
The questions that were raised regarding the usage of zoom such as the network is not secure, chances of data getting leaked. If only the security features of zoom can be improved, it can be much better

Hosting and conducting meetings where number of participants is large, zoom has provided a very good solution. It was a pioneer in video conferencing which has lead to improved conferencing and online meetings.

The best thing about zoom is its Google Calendar support and also it is remarkable for its ease of use. With Google Calendar support, we don't miss any meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparing to other platforms like Google Meet, zoom can only admit 100 persons in a single meeting. And the digital media is now using 4K 1080p as a basic one but zoom is still in the 720p.

Zoom helps me to have a hassle-free online office meetings. Since my team strength in less than 20, zoom is a perfect medium for meetings greatly because of the calendar support.

It's quite simple to use. The calls never disconnect in between. I've never had any problems when having video communication with clients.

I do not like its android mobile App which hangs sometimes for me. The UI of the android mobile app may be confusing for first-time users.

I've used Zoom to contact my internet friends throughout the pandemic. Also, I have been taking all the client calls using zoom. It is very beneficial for me.

The app is very user-friendly and it can easily be used to give presentations and connect with multiple people at once. It is also very helpful for team meetings.

Thhe app is sometimes very hard or it takes time to load and also it does not have options to change the background just like google meet. Otherwise, this app is good to go.

Meeting options are annoying on the top and to get it back after hiding. I think I would prefer it to my left.. there should be option if we want them on left, right or bottom and shortcut keys

Very clear calls over the internet and convenient option over phone as well to make video calls rather than using WhatsApp, facetime or any other similar app
