Very useful for meetings and webinars
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easy to use. We can chat with all participants or individual while meeting. We can also record the meetings. We can also creates the polls to understand what participants understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the zoom free account we can not add more participants. Also zoom free account has a time limitations, you can not extend your meeting more than 40 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need not to visit the clients place for meetings. Using zoom we can schedule a zoom at any time and from any place. Just you need a strong internet connection.

Superior video conferencing tool in comparison to its peers
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to record meetings easily in the cloud, ability to make the screen "full screen" while others are presenting their screen & ability to add a bot that can take meeting notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Access control for participants in day-to-day meetings. Hosts need to always provide access to participants which is understandable in a webinar scenario but not in a virtual office scenario since in that case, all users should have access to do everything by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom benefits by helping in cross-team video collaboration, whiteboarding and connecting with all teams in the organization virtually daily so that the organization is functional in the most optimum way in a remote environment.

We use Zoom for Company and Team "Huddles" aka Meetings and since we have many that work remotely it makes it easy and convenient

We use Zoom for Company and Team "Huddles" aka Meetings and since we have many who work remotely it makes it easy and convenient for them to break from their lives and attend so we all are in the know of all the changes that happen in a busy and growing Company

Gather many from all over the world via the internet or call.

Best meeting application ever
What do you like best about the product?
Because very user friendly interface and so nice performance video streaming for meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
The free membership period is very limited and it's a bit sad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We felt the lack of physical contact in the meetings we held outside the office, but thanks to zoom, this has disappeared. We can come together and discuss on the same page with all our business partners.

What do you like best about the product?
a really powerful tool within Zoom is called Touch up my apperence.if we are using this we will instantly look refreshed and younger.compared to google meet its picture clarity is awesome

one subscription is not enough. most services require an additional subscription that has multiple tires based on the number of attendees you plan for'.resriction of people in one meet is 100.

security concerns if the host does not enable password.it was easy to create recurring meetings so students have just one link that works every week and that there are minimal administrative recruitments

lighting is everything when it comes to looking good on Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is accessible to everyone with internet access, even without an account set up. It's easy to set up and use in large group settings. It was a lifesaver at the beginning of Covid-19.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without paying for an upgraded subscription, Zoom sessions time out and kick everyone off the call simultaneously. It's frustrating to have to rejoin but not a reason to discontinue use of the platform.

Zoom is an easily accessible platform that allows people all over the world to connect about school or work. It increases productivity and collaboration on teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the best user experience out of any of the video conference apps. I have used Microsoft teams and skype in my last role and I believe Zoom is much better. I like how you can conduct polls, pull people into breakout rooms, and customize any background you want in Zoom. I also don't experience many bugs/issues with using the platform. Everyone on our team/company loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about the product. Sometimes the zoom freezes but that's due to internet connectivity issues. The platform is pretty straightforward and easy to use so I never experience any issues. I use it mostly for meeting with clients/prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the times nowadays, everyone is working remotely so Zoom is critical to get the company coordinated and everyone able to work with each other. It's essential to our business so everyone can get work done remotely.

User Interface & Experience. The speed. I think the APIs have been built perfectly and it's scaling onto the next level in the world of video conferencing.

Long meeting codes. It should have small meeting codes so that it can be easy to even memories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making me to interact with 100(s) of people without any hassle. It's very much simple to use & comes with a whole lot of features where I can showcase almost everything.

This is a good app with lots of feature

Most like feature is recorded session and timely join feature with hots and cost feature is more entertaining in this abd have a good impact on the members to go forward
What do you dislike about the product?
Most dislike feature is there is limit to join members and this limit is increased only by paid feature so this is not for everyone who can hse this but firstly need to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solve the issue of the members who far away and to connect them with just on internet connectivity in same meeting with a link creation or the password put.
