One of the best online video calling app in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of using zoom. It has very simplified and easy to use interface which is very intuitive. I had a great experience using zoom and our team uses it very efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain, we love using the platform and it is great to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing our regular office meet on zoom which has helped us immensely in doing remote jobs from the comfort of our home. It has allowed our team to interact with customers and provide them remote services as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good app to use. Highly recommend.

One of the most efficient video calling tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using zoom since the first wave of Covid 19 and the lockdown in the country. The toll has helped us conduct classes, conduct meetings and collaborate with clients/other stakeholders. The audio/video quality is finest and unparalleled to any software before this
What do you dislike about the product?
With competitors in the markets, like Microsoft meet, Audio/video quality has significant over these platforms and Zoom does not match the requirements. Other concerns around Security and integration with other tools is also there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us collaborate internally amongst teams. We have been operating from home for a long time and zoom has played a significant role in that. We have been able to reduce costs and also hire better talent across the country.
The starting of the meeting is quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
An invite anyone by just copying and sending the meeting link to anyone. The security features are very good in the zoom. The host has many features to control other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection problem occur while we are in the meeting. It is not getting reconnected again after the internet is stable. It will be good if it is improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is facilitating the easy communication with anyone outside the organization. It's not very difficult like other communication softwares. This is the best one in zoom

Zoom is a great tool for combining video conferencing in a wide range of group sizes to maintain a social corporate culture between individuals. Its built-in tools for screen sharing, white boarding and more make collaboration remotely easy and satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom provides easy-to-use group video conferencing and screen sharing abilities, the software is a major graphics card resource hog. This often results in maxing out graphics systems without any buffer causing widespread system crashing (IE Crashing that's not limited to the zoom product but the entire system). This commonly happens on systems already having graphics cards running at 50% capacity to facilitate multiple-screen displays
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote teams can now communicate and collaborate with ease where they used to work in the same facility. Zoom allows the continuation of the corporate culture to prevail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is a great product and doesn't require installation overheads such that exist with other similar products that force single-sign-on associations that make them impossible to use properly when dealing with multiple networks or sign-on portals.

Works well with both pc and mobiles. Screen sharing, white board feature are awesome. Allows sharing of specific screen or application. Ease of use and unified as a service

Sometimes distrupted Or interrupted. Ui appear little stale. Automatic connection to meeting. Price performance ratio degrade. Technical support cost ias too high

We can meet anywhere anytime. Screen sharing, white board to share our ideas are awesome features Handles slow internet connections. Everyday starts with zoom meeting
Good but huge scope for improvement!
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful in business meetings, sharing presentation slides, can handle a large number of participants, as the organiser can mute and unmute select participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times severe audio quality issues, one has to mute video to improve audio quality especially when the meeting has a large number of participants. Meeting background also have a huge scope for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings are now easy to do. Distance is not a problem at all for meetings. Any number of participants is welcome. Zero technical knowledge is needed. Meetings can happen via desktop, mobile or tab. No high-end audio or video equipment required

There are not any downsides to using zoom.

Ensure your participants have your link to join your zoom room as sometimes they get flustered try to enter in the zoom ID

The person who creates zoom meeting, has to be available to open the zoom meeting.
Provision of allocating co-host while creating the zoom meeting can be helpful if the host is not sure to be available for initiating zoom meeting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom had been the first online platform for World Vision International Nepal to connect remotely with members of WVI Nepal, Partner NGOs, government stakeholders, beneficiaries and those others who did not have internet connectivity at rural areas of Nepal.
It’s just the easiest platform for connecting to clients, period!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to share your screen. This feature makes it easy to give clients the understanding of your product in a very comfortable and clear manor. Definitely a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the cost for the pro account is above what I feel is a fair value. If there was an open api for a cheaper price it would be easier to justify the costs without a doubt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to connect with clients and friends at a distance. There is definitely a benifit to being able to have a conversation from a far with the ease of zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very complete platform and it helps a lot with its features to make meetings more dynamic. I really like the functionalities of reactions, screen sharing, viewing all participants with the camera on and especially the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the platform is a little slow, and the chat could have some additional features such as: emojis, sharing files to make things more dynamic. I also miss being more visual and having the options for when you're screen sharing be better located. Some features are hidden and a little difficult to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic it was difficult to find and adapt for meetings with a large number of people, the zoom helped a lot to meet this purpose and to this day the home office remains an option
