A very good platform for your virtual meeting requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is the Interface and good user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A thing that I don't like about zoom is that it is difficult to reduce the audio volume on the interface during webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the huge problem of connectivity, especially during the pandemic time when it becomes difficult to travel and there are restrictions on physical meetings

best video call experience ever, the audio and video clarity is next to nothing.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive, and the audio and video clarity is next to nothing. so easy to adopt and start using for daily purposes. Browser support is the cherry on top.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription is a bit costly I suppose, there are other alternatives though subpar in comparison but are free and can be lived with. not sure if background blurring is available if yes then very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bringing in the best in industry video calling experience on the tip of the hand, heard of cases wherein the surgeries and procedures being carried out while on zoom is tremendous.

A really valid software for video interviews
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's simple to use. Unfortunately, I never hosted a video call. So I can't judge it as host. But I participated in many video job interviews and calls, along with webinars, that were held in various countries. I occasionally used this software to attend a course. I never encountered a technical problem so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike in particular.

Zoom is a software that I find easier to use compared to the many others I tested so far.

The ux design of zoom is good and very convenient. zoom help team stay connected from distributed location

the user interface is great and but when you share your screen sometime the screenshare object on the top doesnot hide, causing us unable to click on right tabs of excel or word while sharing. The camera quality needs to be more clear

The most helpful about Zoom is you can talk to someone and have meeting in a emergency situation in any location or places, this apps is good and very dependable.

There is no downside nor dislike about zoom, as i said early it is very dependable apps, oh wait! I think there's one, about the minimization shortcut i think you can enhance it more.

Zoom is very useful in our industry, through video conference we can meet our client in a convenient way, present some presentation to our client in a lively background.

What do you like best about the product?
I did not really know about Zoom until the world was hit with Covid-19. I suppose it's safe to say that the only good thing that came from Covid is Zoom and the way it made doing business that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom and nothing is missing or does not work properly. Additionally, there is nothing I can think of that needs to improve or that could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is eliminating the need to travel and meet with people in person, particularly with the price of fuel. Since it reduces the need to travel, it makes all of us more productive. Zoom can be used for personal use as well. Especially when you have family living in various provinces. Zoom makes it easy to keep in touch. Zoom saves time, money and the environment.

Zoom is a great product to use for Business and Personal use.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many reasons why I use Zoom. I like the tools that this software offers me. Whenever there is an urgent meeting in the company, our solution is to use Zoom. I can schedule meetings with all the members of the Marketing department according to their availability. Another thing that I like about Zoom is that I can record the meetings and save them in the cloud so that those workers who were not present at the meeting can see them, likewise, it helps us to organize the activities of the week that were raised in the meeting.
It is very innovative that you can use a timer to start the meeting, it is like a reminder, and apply this same tool when the meetings are very long, we can take a break for a certain time and then continue with the meeting. it is very easy to use, you can easily pause, postpone, cancel and close the meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
On a personal and business level, Zoom has worked well for us, but I think they should improve in certain aspects. First, I would like other people to be able to use them on the shared screen, that is, execute some function or simply use the mouse over it, and second, activated notifications are very annoying at the time of a meeting and distracts too much to the participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing specialist, I have obtained many benefits because I have more contact with my co/workers and with clients, therefore, we have improved the productivity of the company through the small details that we have mentioned in the meetings. We are focused on the tasks that must be fulfilled daily and the objectives to be achieved. I have more time at home because we can also do work remotely and communicate through Zoom. The communication of all workers is currently effective.

This software is essential for all types of business because it puts you in touch with your co/workers and clients. It has an affordable price, and it will work for many more things, not only work, in addition, it would be a long/term investment for your personal and work life. Use Zoom, it is easy to use, you can function in the best way when you use it and it is cheap.

There isn't much I dislike. Though I do struggle with setting for backgrounds, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration tool, used to share the screen, for giving presentation, one of the most used tools during the covid time. Which helps us to communicate without any intervention. Which has good audio and video quality and the ability to change the background which is quite a lovable thing about the zoom app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue with is app is faced some random call drops even though the signal has good strength and also some lagging in the audio and also while giving presentation also. It is like open source if the authentication and security are improved it can improve its usage in the IT sector also along with the educational sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have used to conduct some meetings regarding the projects which are lined up at the start of the covid just to communicate about the basic information because of its security issues as it is easy to use and used for a good illustration of the project because of its visual graphics.
