Zoom call is the best group videocall option
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom call has an amazing user interface. Very easy to connect on desktop , web browser or even mobile phones. The features are good and very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too much time to launch due to lag in software. Also it works very slow on chrome browser but better on mozilla. Also sometimes it disconnects after a certain free time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to connect with each one of my team members at work. Its very good for one-to-one meeting with client and the desktop sharing feature saves a lot of time

Zoom call is one of the best video conferencing platform around. It is first and fast mover among the peers and understand the user requirements better than competitors. Its very smooth and easy to use.

Excellent video communication application for conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me in conferencing , scheduling meetings . Video conferencing is very good
I am also able to record my meeting and save them in cloud

Price is on higher side , license of product is not affordable to individuals , mobile version needs some improvement

nothing to dislike about this app but having background noise cancellation will be helpful also background image also the capacity of the user should be more than 500 to launch an event

User Friendly Graphic Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The various way to enter a meeting is very commendable. You can either join through the personal link or personal ID. Moreover, the stunning feature of being able to record the entire meeting is very conducive for learners. You can interact in the chat tab, and write your message and the cool feature is that you can specifically select the person in the meeting you would like to address the message to.
What do you dislike about the product?
May I say the limited minutes of using it and the number of people that can be accommodated inside the meeting. Other than that, the whole experience using this application is very commendable to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conventionality of reaching out to our friends with just a click of our fingertips. Also for professionals, it is when presenting a presentation to your viewers
Best for scheduling an online meeting
What do you like best about the product?
This works best for me as I can schedule my zoom meeting daily directly from chrome rather than opening zoom separately and doing the same. It saves time for people who works online.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags certain options which we have while starting the meeting from zoom app like the option to choose personal room meeting. It can improve with time more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves some clicks for a bussy and regular online working professional as it can directly schedule a meeting from chrome rather than signing in on zoom app and then doing it also it reminds us before time to join the meeting. This works like a charm.

Zoom makes it convenient to get in touch with and see others when you are multiple miles are circumstancs have caused you to not be able to be together in-person.

It is difficult to ask a group of people a question and expect everyone to talk becuase it is not easy for everyone to talk at the same time.

Zoom has been solving the problem of not being able to go to work and see people and get things done. This has benefitted me by allowing me to get my education and still meet with co-workers while at home.

I like the camera quality, Having the ability to see more than one person and to share screens as well. I like the fact, that you can record. Just in case you need to recap something !!!

Sometimes with bad wifi connections, you get some information and can mess up the online meeting. Everything is perfect after that!!! no bad review !! NO words

Zoom has solved the issues of meeting in person or in long-distance there is always a way to meet professionally without giving our phone numbers. very useful, and can have it an any decive.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and simple steps to create an invite, directly connect to another party, and make group calls. The free application works 99.9% on both android and ios smartphones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, depending on the network that a user is connected to, video and sound quality may be a little blurry and it can still be improved. Needs to add more fun - creative icons, emojis etc...

Zoom helps connect people mostly at these times when the work-from-home setup is highly practiced in most companies. Zoom makes it so much easier (especially the not-so-young ones) for users to navigate the application.

If you are very keen on the video and audio quality - Zoom is 90% OK. there will always be room for improvement in any app.

I have used Zoom very frequently for business use. There are excellent options provided in the zoom settings. You can use zoom-in group meetings and one on one meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the meetings in zoom the security is a matter of concern which may be compromised and other privacy matters. Generally, these options are secure but at some stage may be compromised not authenticated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I have contacted zoom helpline when there are technical problems and the services provided were very excellent and I found that they reply immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting with an ordinary method is now most probably obsolete. Now, it's the era of virtual tours where you can meet at any time at any place with your comfort. this is provided by the Zoom platform with minimum cost.

Interruptions in audio and video are an annoying thing. Sometimes, meeting notification is not reached on time.

It increases the quality of contact as there is a virtual presence of customers and clients like the digital e-sign process. It increases business work as there is immediate meeting and fixing problems.
