What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings allow breakout rooms which are very useful in hosting virtual events and managing crowds
further, it allows annotations on the presenter's screen to the participants which helps to keep the audience engaged.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom free version has a 40min timer which automatically ends the meeting and the participants have to rejoin making it a hassle and their pricing plan is more expensive than their competitors offerings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom does not allow to schedule a meeting through google or Microsoft calendars which need to be allowed with a plugin

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the simplest apps to use. It is very beneficial to students and learners as it contains so many useful features and has multiple ways to join to cover everyone like you can join with the link or ID, the choice is yours. The Audio is very much clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality of the video is very poor. Sometimes the link from zoom doesn't work and that once cost me the introduction from my teacher last year when I was in high school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it easier for people to communicate online in a formal way. This has helped so many people during the time of Covid 19 as many things could not be discussed in contact and it will continue helping as it seems like the world is evolving to more online activities now.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been amazing to bring us closer at Work while we've been working from home. It's got a very easy to use interface and appreciate all the little settings you get to enjoy within the program itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although zoom is a fantastic program the one thing that keeps coming up is connection issues. They really need to figure out how to stabilize it so that when you enter a meeting you'll remain in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that zoom is solving for us is the ability to still remain connected in our new work environments. Not being in the office and having that face to FaceTime with my associates zoom has allowed me to connect with them in the same type of way through video chat.

Zoom is very friendly and easy to use. I have installed it on my boss's tablet for his online workshops and meetings, especially when he’s overseas. We have our weekly meetings on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I want to see updated is the room feature because he always wants to access files and documents after meetings and we always have microphone issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped business owners and consultants like me attend meetings without risking our lives or spending hundreds and thousands of dollars to travel. We can attend meetings, workshops and web seminars in the comfort of our own homes.

It is stable in terms of wifi connection and the whiteboard have a very smooth experience. The screen sharing and being able to control the screen are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background image could be improved I believe. Also, it should allow using mic and speaker from the different gadgets which I believe it doesn't. Either headphones or systems

Video conferencing for business clients and the Work from Home setup to be able to talk to colleagues without interruption. Also, providing great features to compensate for the offline presence.

What I like about zoom is that anyone can use this software. For the free version, there is 40 minutes limit that's good actually because some people can't afford that paid membership so they can use the free version.
The UI is very simple to understand and any new person can learn in one day by watching some online tutorials. The best thing about zoom is it can easily be accessed on all devices like android, IOS, Windows, Mac, etc...
The audio and video testing thing is very helpful because if someone is using some new mic or camera, they can check the quality of that camera and mic before the meeting starts.
And it is very comfortable to record meetings in a zoom call so that we don't need to remember everything after the call.
That's why I like to use zoom.

What I don't like about zoom is it sometimes behaves weirdly. What I mean by that is sometimes the video is not visible sometimes the audio is not audible in between the meeting and that is a very bad impression in front of clients so please make sure you fix that bug.
And also sometimes while in group meeting people are not able to comment in the meeting and they have to leave the meeting and again join then that problem get fixed so please fix that issue as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is very helpful in remote work, especially for freelancers like me.
I can connect with my team very easily by just creating an easy meeting link in a meeting. And also it helped me to connect with international clients. That is very helpful.

Zoom is the most convenient and easy-to-use software for connecting with colleagues, clients, and peers. It makes the overall communication very simple. The product is a must have in your daily life

Zoom is almost perfect software. I don't think that there's anything to dislike

1. Virtual calls are a new norm these days and zoom makes it too easy to make the calls.

Fast and efficient video conferencing app.
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features that make virtual conferences feel as connected as possible. Easy to invite guests to the meeting. Managing participants is also easily controlled.

Didn't face an issue till date using the software.

All virtual meetings are conducted on Zoom. Due to the simplicity, virtual meetings on Zoom is often preferred over offline meetings.

Zoom is very easy to use. Even not a very technical person can easily use the app easily. I find recording and also whiteboard features very useful during meeting

One thing I don't like about Zoom is that the app needs to be installed if anyone is accessing from mobile. This becomes difficult when someone does not want to install a app

The most helpful is that it's easy to use without any hassle.
The small icons mention on the screen are easily known for a fresh user to use while the meeting is active.

The video quality is not up to the mark. While screen sharing sometimes we face a lot of issue as it is stuck a lot of time and again we have to disconnect and connect again.
