What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use, and it's constantly improving both the options and the user experience. Zoom is a sophisticated video call platform that is also perhaps the most user-friendly, dependable, and comprehensive. It's simple to share a link, but it also provides a lot of access limits and collaboration possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problem: Excessive close-up eye contact is exhausting.
Problem: Watching yourself on film for lengthy periods of time can be exhausting.
Problem: Video chatting severely limits our mobility.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It is easy to use.
2. Zoom is user-friendly, easy to stop camera and mute/unmute.

What do you dislike about the product?
It needs good internet connectivity for attending video calls and recording the complete meeting.

Zoom helps me a lot to discuss the business requirement online face to face during COVID.
Using Zoom have recorded meetings to recall the conversation in case something missing at the time of the meeting.

A quality video calling solution that suites my educational & business requirement
What do you like best about the product?
They offer unlimited free video calls for up to 30 minutes. I have used both the free and paid version. The background blur and audio/video quality are better than other alternative apps. One of my favourite features is screen share and group/personal chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to log in again and again on the Zoom app on my Macbook Pro M1 which is very annoying. Otherwise, I don't think there are any issues. The app is super user friendly.

It helps me and my team in daily communication, solving business problems, and connecting with our clients & business partners. Train our team & debug any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
En travaillant dans le marketing digital cette application très utile notamment pour les réunions d'équipes. Mais elle a également beaucoup d'options très agréables. On peut se connecter seul, s'enregistrer et utiliser des slides pour transmettre une formation et on peut également se connecter à plusieurs jusqu'à 500 personnes, ce qui est plutôt sympa pour les réunions d'entreprise.Elle est très simple d'utilisation et les fonctionnalités sont excellente, il est possible d'allumer ou non la vidéo lors de la visio, de couper les micros des invités lorsque l'on partage une formation avec beaucoup de personnes. J'adore vraiment cet outil. Zoom fonctionne aussi bien sur ordinateur que sur tablette ou téléphone portable.

Je n'ai rien à redire sur l'application zoom, hormis peut être le fait qu'elle se coupe au bout d'un certain temps quand on utilise l'option gratuite. Ce serait peut être le seul point négatif à mon sens mais qui ne me dérange pas puisque nous l'utilisons pour des formations ou présentations relativement courtes.

Il permet une connexion en visio, seul ou a plusieurs avec un accès pour un grand nombre d'invités

Je recommande fortement cet outil qui peut être utilisé dans divers domaines ( écoles, formations, présentations ), il donne accès à d'énormes fonctionnalités, il est de loin le meilleur outil de visio conférence que j'ai pu utiliser jusqu'à ce jour.

I use it for personal reasons but working within secure environments zoom is very much frowned upon due to the security concerns surrounding it. Personally I haven't found any issues but the programmers and developers i work with would not use zoom for a secure conversation

Multidisciplinary team meetings across sites can join in and use the platform easily and share screens with minimal fuss

What do you like best about the product?
Has high quality video, and very clear audio. It supports desktop and mobile users. Can obtain 100 attendees and can accommodate even larger audiences with Zoom rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is a subscription based service, they have a lot of unnecessary add-ons. Not a lot of comment control, and it tends to have inconsistent cloud based file sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can hold a large meeting without having to schedule several seperate meetings, you can host unlimited meetings, it also has a feature where you can stream your meetings through your social media pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that this application keeps on updating from time to time and that it matches what its customers need. This is by far the easiest platform to navigate and has a lot of different functionalities! I also liked the idea that I can create my own unique ID and PW and just use it for recurring meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that experience would also be the same in Mobile, though it is not as difficult as it is, it would be better if it also works the same way it works on desktop/laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed that when we initially updated to Windows11, it's affecting the easiness of how it works. As a result, I need to stay at Windows 10 in the meantime for a while in order to keep it running. Though, it seems to be just working fine with the recent update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is truly a one-stop online-based platform that will get you connected in every part of the world no matter where you are. I am so glad to be able to get to know this application for our online meetings right before the pandemic hit. It made us feel connected.

Zoom is very easy to use. It is also easy to walk first-time users through navigating the app.

It is somewhat difficult/confusing to access meeting recordings for organization quickly depending on who was set as the meeting host.

Zoom allows us to conduct appointments with enrolled students and prospective students. This allows us to have a personal touch even when virtual.
My go-to software for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it convenient to stay connected with everyone since it's free to use and requires no setup time. It takes a couple of seconds to get a meeting running if you're wanting to talk to someone in your contacts list. You can run meetings with multiple people after sending them invites. The convenience factor is that you can reuse your meeting chat room to discuss and host meetings as and when you need to. You won't have to reinvite everyone again, saving you the time if you're using Zoom to talk to the same set of people regularly for work, classes, business discussions, etc. The overall smoothness of Zoom when having meetings, video calls, sharing screens and files, and presenting makes it the best software for working at home. It's intuitive and has cross-platform applications for every device so that you can meet and work from anywhere. For web development, I've found Zoom to be the most suitable as it allows my colleagues and me to collaborate on our work through docs and text files. We can co-edit them during our meetings without having to use a third-party program to allow collaboration. Zoom has it all built-in and since we have integrated Dropbox with Zoom, we can save any work we do on Dropbox instead of locally on our computer. One of the strongest aspects of Zoom is screen-sharing, which is the bread and butter for collaboration. You can share your running applications with the people you're in meetings with to collaborate, receive feedback, brainstorm and tackle problems, and teach. This feature not only serves us a great use while working but also in training courses with interns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is a heavy load on any device you use it on. On the computer, partaking in meetings longer than an hour will gradually increase the load it takes on your CPU. On portable devices such as phones and iPads, the battery drain is also heavy. They should work on making Zoom more lightweight or release a lite version of the software that is more battery-friendly.

Ever since we began working from home, Zoom became the go-to software for all our remote networking needs. Easy-to-set up meetings and cross-platform calls make it a tool of viability for at-home collaboration and work management. Co-editing docs and collaborating on projects have been made easy through Zoom's integrated platform where we can work as a unit and handle all the file management over cloud hosting apps. We can hold meetings in real-time with people from any country, which has been the most beneficial aspect as we have clients from Europe and southeast Asia to communicate with on a regular basis. With Zoom, we can set up secure meetings through private IDs and screen share any media and presentations. Zoom supports creating breakout rooms, a feature that helps you communicate with one or more participants from an existing meeting in a smaller room. This has been helpful when we're working with interns and we can create breakout rooms for any questions they have or provide assistance without the presence of every participant in the main room. Zoom rooms have galleries you can browse, where we can find screenshots shared in a convenient manner. During our work hours, we often share screenshots of common errors we run into, their debugging methods, and templates. The gallery on Zoom makes it easier to keep track of all the images and refer to any of the previously shared ones to deal with syntax errors we come across during web development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Zoom for meetings. However, if you're using Zoom on a laptop or mobile phone, I would highly suggest having your charger plugged in if your conferences are going to last long as Zoom isn't battery-friendly.
