What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a free app and easy to use, everyone can download and use it directly without any problem. The feature is really good, it can helps us when we're doing meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom becomes laggy when there are lots of people on meet. The connection issue sometimes happens when we want join a meet, it shows us that we can't join due to connection issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When Corona appeared, we need to meet online. Zoom is the first booming app that provides online meetings with sound and video. It's free so everyone can use zoom .

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about zoom is the call-out option. Most of the countries across the globe are covered to do direct calling on mobile phones and we do not need to ask the recipient to connect to any session through data or download any application. Another great feature is the wide range of video backgrounds. Break out session is a nice tool while driving online webinars to conduct group/team based discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some countries not covered under the call-out option. Please revisit the list and make them available for direct calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefit is saving time and money by connecting all the colleagues, customers, and business partners remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally feel It's is the best app for online meetings. Anyone can join via phone/laptop by just a single click of the invite link. Because of it's best performance only it's been recognized by almost everyone, mostly someone who is looking for a job Or use to take daily meetings. You can share documents or your whole screen and it also has a whiteboard option which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's good but yes it does lags sometime if I connect my headphone in middle of the meeting because of which I need to rejoin the meeting. Its small thing but really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use for taking update/reports over team meeting via zoom call. It's easy to Schedule a meeting call over zoom so I prefer it the most. I also used to take interviews via zoom itself.

Annotate and notes/whiteboard, along with the pen/marker.
It really helps illustrate my point when something needs to be demonstrated.
Coming to plans, I love the fact that there is a free plan available which has a 40 min limit per video call. This is adequate for a lot of small businesses.

It doesn't work well on lo w bandwidth.

It is solving the problem of connecting with my colleagues during the work from home scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the easy ways to conduct live interactive sessions. the annotation tool is very helpful in explaining more briefly the concepts. No lag and delay in the sessions, and supports a large audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time is very limited for free users, it should increase to at least 1 hr. Break out room feature to be added to premium users. Lack of comment control, should support 4k

Convey my expression using the annotation tool, it helps me a lot to deliver what is in my mind. Through premium subscription I can deliver content to larger audience and supports online streaming

It's once of the best video conferencing application that I have used until so far, because it has the simple and smooth easy interface to join a meet or creat it.

Zoom definitely had some glitches in the beginning lagging issues while we hear the person from the opposite side, but now its been fixed and very excellent now a days.

The thing I liked the most about zoom is its quick connectivity, its user interface and ease of operation. The number of participants that can be added in a meeting is also an added advantage

The questions that were raised regarding the usage of zoom such as the network is not secure, chances of data getting leaked. If only the security features of zoom can be improved, it can be much better

Hosting and conducting meetings where number of participants is large, zoom has provided a very good solution. It was a pioneer in video conferencing which has lead to improved conferencing and online meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is its Google Calendar support and also it is remarkable for its ease of use. With Google Calendar support, we don't miss any meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparing to other platforms like Google Meet, zoom can only admit 100 persons in a single meeting. And the digital media is now using 4K 1080p as a basic one but zoom is still in the 720p.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to have a hassle-free online office meetings. Since my team strength in less than 20, zoom is a perfect medium for meetings greatly because of the calendar support.

It's quite simple to use. The calls never disconnect in between. I've never had any problems when having video communication with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like its android mobile App which hangs sometimes for me. The UI of the android mobile app may be confusing for first-time users.

I've used Zoom to contact my internet friends throughout the pandemic. Also, I have been taking all the client calls using zoom. It is very beneficial for me.

The best part are the filters, Even you are sitting anywhere you can apply any filter blur the background, apply some other place good background and it becomes very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much I dislike, it's like it's slow sometimes and required a good internet connection always to connect. The speed usually gets slow sometimes when best internet not connected

So, the best part is I can connect with anyone who is from s different world. We can connect talk over the video call , Smile together that's what a person need in work from home.
