Reliable communication channel.
What do you like best about the product?
Security is always my first concern when it comes to using software and Zoom meets my expectations in this regards. Beyond the aforementioned , Zooms ability to work on major operating systems and device types, has made it a straightforward experience for me , to join meetings from any location possible.
It comes with default tools , with which I am able to chat and collaborate with fellow participants in my meetings , to maximum effectiveness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is quite famous for high bandwidth consumption. Perhaps a bit of concern for me but I am much more concerned with the quality of audio and video during calls , ease of use etc which are strong areas of my Zoom experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives us a reliable substitute for physical meetings ,particularly in situations where parties involved are scattered around different locations. Thus , I can also say that Zoom has saved my organisation money , by limiting the number of company-wide physical meetings that we need to organise in a business year.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found an issue in the app but the data breach is a big problem every year zoom data leaks on the dark web. It requires a high-end PC to run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of zoom is I can easily share my screen with my teammates. I can easily record the meeting to watch later. HD audio calls help me to hear without interruption.

I have two main uses for Zoom. Meeting with partners and future partners, and sharing my screen while building products for online anti-human trafficking education / training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit, of course, is the big one as a free user.
I have had trouble connecting it to Google Calendar previously. It would have been nice to have a way to set up a test event, because I made mistakes on the first few events I tried to set up automatically.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it combined with YouCanBook.me to let anyone that visits our website set up a meeting themselves. The thing that solves is a HUGE amount of back and forth before we can even start talking. It's such a big deal!

I like that I can make my own personal link to provide to people. I also really love all the different backgrounds you can utilize during calls

I hate when it makes the sound that someone is in my waiting room but then it disappears and and I can't admit them so I have to wait for it to pop up again or have them leave out ane re-enter

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is such an outstanding platform. This conferencing app has made life much easier for many people. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that Zoom is scalable. Therefore, you can choose a plan best suited to you at the moment and go up when your business grows. If you do not have any money, you can choose the free version, which gives you 40 minutes of free meeting time at once. I also like that apart from the main meeting, you can break out into other rooms to have discussions in smaller groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything about Zoom that I particularly dislike because it is so simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom supports large audiences for companies and organizations with many members. I like that it can be streamed on other platforms such as Facebook. The meetings can be recorded and reviewed on a later day. Zoom connects people from all other the globe in one virtual space at the same time.

we cant make multiple hosts in the same meeting,
during meeting sometime the shared screen will be disabled,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
during the covid pandemic, all are working from home, and very difficult to capture the project movement/update, with the help of zoom we can connect with our project employees also we can keep tracking the project plan.

It is easier to use in comparison to Google Meet and the breakout rooms feature has enabled us to conduct competitions using just Zoom!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature that allowed people to be temporarily kicked out of a call. Currently, if you kick someone out of a call they cannot rejoin unless the organiser of the meeting has changed that in the settings which many don't know about until it happens. A major inconvenience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to connect with people virtually and use features such as whiteboard to allow easy collaboration amongst teams and breakout rooms. The polls feature is very interactive and webinars are great when conducting townhalls

I think Zoom is a great software for those looking to work and collaborate with teams virtually!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of someone that isn't techy to be able to easily jump in and have Face to Face conversations no matter where in the world we are. I'm jumping on Zoom calls with clients all over the world every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because they are growing so much over the last few years sometimes we have to be aware of there being issues here and there. Nothing too often though. I've rarely seen it be too difficult though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More conversations with prospects and clients daily. Also, sometimes it's much faster to jump on a Zoom and share screens with clients than to try to walk through support issues via email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of Zoom's features and connect it with your other tools such as your calendar system or my personal favorite Otter to transcribe the whole meetings for you. We're talking about massive time savers when you learn how to make your tools like this work together.

You can gather lots of people without having the need to always keep accepting outside people from the company. Also the presentation mode is so much clearer than any other platforms out there

Sometimes when there are too many people around it can be a bit messy and lag a bit. Also chat functionalities sometimes are not very much noticeable which can make it harder for the host to understand if someone is talking or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the go-to option in my company for any time of meetings. At fridays we have a company meeting and we use zoom to host it which is a very nice moment to share some feedback and development on the state of the company

What do you like best about the product?
El software, sea el de escritorio o el de móvil, cumple su objetivo, bien para videollamadas, para solo llamadas, etc. La razón por la que muchas empresas prefieren hacer sus conferencias por Zoom es por la facilidad y el control que otorga esta herramienta para quien desea administrar el evento, un ejemplo es el poder silenciar a todos los participantes mientras que en un competidor como Google Meet, no es posible hacer esto y cada participante debe silenciar su micrófono individualmente.
What do you dislike about the product?
No me agrada el hecho de tener tiempo tan corto en su modo gratuito para cada sesión, el no permitir al menos una hora de reunión limita mucho el funcionamiento puesto que el flujo que trae la reunión, se corta y debe restablecerse nuevamente después de iniciar otra reunión nueva, esto obliga a pagar por un tiempo de sesión más extenso, en muchas ocasiones no todos necesitan de estas funcionalidades sino muy pocas veces, lo que lo hace tedioso.

El poder comunicarse con una o más personas fácilmente. La ventaja de Zoom es el renombre que tiene la aplicación, es muy raro que nadie conozca Zoom en estas fechas y menos después de la pandemia ya que esta fue una de las herramientas más utilizadas tanto por colegios, universidades y demás instituciones para impartir clases o alguna otra actividad de manera remota.
