What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is being used as our primary audio/video conferencing service at XPO.
Zoom is lightweight and loads up really fast. Zoom also integrates well with Google Calendar so we never miss a meeting. Switching from Skype we are happy with zoom's features as well as it's security so that end to end encryption is maintained.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some more host related controls that zoom lacks in. Also, zoom is a bit pricey as compared to its competitors like Skype,MS teams etc. Zoom should also provide multiple plans based on the requirements instead of pro plan and standard plan

a very useful product
What do you like best about the product?
There are many supporting menus that I and other users find quite helpful, such as a presentation board that allows us to clearly show visuals to the other participants in an online meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found any dislikes or incompatibilities with this product; there are many things that help, so I have not been able to see any drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom can cut the costs that we should spend on travel or transportation to gather at the same meeting point, but with Zoom Meet, all of that can be resolved.
Used to be one of the best. Now lagging little behind other softwares

1. App usability on PC/Laptop. It's pretty fast
2. User friendly UI. Best thing about Zoom is that it is one of the most user friendly video conferencing apps

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides of using Zoom due to which our company is aligning towards Microsoft teams
Downsides:
1. Zoom doesn't have the capacity to manage a team of people. Microsoft teams does it brilliantly
2. Zoom doesn't allow more than 45mins meeting for more than 2 people. I think this is little harsh. The free limit should be for atleast 3 people
3. Less social media engagements, less marketing and PR

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can connect with colleagues from all over the world with a few clicks. I also use it for personal stuff like connecting with relatives who live very far away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there anything to dislike, it's an amazing product and the phone app is perfect, works super smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team gatherings are possible through zoom and allows our work colleagues to have the required human touch through the screen, it also helps for better understanding of complex topics.

Sometimes we face disconnection problem while we are in meeting. It can be fixed.

It's an amazing software product that helps people to connect and speak with each other so easily.
Zoom UI interface is user-friendly and easy to use. also if the internet connection is bad the product will be stable. It can be used on mobile or desktop both.

Notification for activation comes frequently which feels disturbed sometimes.
It does not provide free meetings need to get a premium membership for it.

It is very useful for meetings and during training, it gives a share screen option which is a very nice feature of the zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly, for kids and adults, can have numerous amount on people on a call and it can also be recorder in case someone missed the call, can also share screens Nd audio

My son had to use it for school and it was limited to only 40mins, it was a bit of an inconvenience but I heard it was because it was a free trail but apart from that, all good

This helped alot for school during COVID and also work, this helped with seeing families and friends in a rough time, it was and is really a great app for work, school and just socializing

Sharing screen, system of inviting people are really usefull and, using the software is easy, understandable. That's why I always use Zoom, when I need to talk online with my customers and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit. It came with last update. But 40 minutes are too short. It would be minimum 1 hour. I hope they will create a new update, and the limit will be increase.

In my sector, so many people are using Zoom for online meeting. So when I need to talk with my colleague or customers, generally they already know the software. So it is always easy to scheduling a meeting.

The best thing in zoom is annote and remote acess i think it's the best feature with chat support.

The think is when we are connected only single person in a meeting then call gets disconnected after 40 minutes this can be increased to 1 hour for geniune corporate customers who create account using corporate email id
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the previous pandemic year due to covid 19 the zoom help us to connect over call discuss and presentation for office or schools with the free 40 min feature. Also the zoom annote feature helped us to avoid using team viewer and any desk with a good video call.

Screenshare feature is by far the best feature. We can easily communicate our ideas and projects via zoom call over short sessions conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I take classes on zoom call, the pro membership ia kind of expensive I feel. For personal use. For professional use it is alright. Many a times my students are unable to join in due to technical glitch on the zoom link. Inspite of trying several times. But since we do not have any other software for the same, we continue with difficulty. Many a times, the call gets disconnected on it own even when the internet is great.

Connecting with larger audience, presentations can be shared easily. Many features such a background, blurring, emojis, etc are exciting for kids when we use for teaching. Its interesting and students can use the application smoothly.
