user experience of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a superb platform where multiple persons can digitally meet & interact with or without video. After the pandemic for my daily meetings, I need to engage with Zoom call where there are more than 40 employees engaging and interacting where we use to meet physically everything changed into this new digital way to interact. It has great features like we can screen share on it and do several presentations. zoom really helped me in getting in touch with my organization and my team without it it was kind of impossible to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are no such things which I don't like about it but I would like to mention one thing that some screen sharing option doesn't work and it really pity situation and people start complaining that they can't see the presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me a lot with working remotely from the office since I was an operation manager handling over 90 staff in my team and it was really important to connect to make connections with them. There were also superiors to whom we report that meetings presentations whole thing came on zoom call at that time. Zoom also helped me to connect from my cell phone my home is in the village network was bad but I can still have conversations from zoom call although it was only possible when switched it to audio-only.

Zoom provides a wide range of functionality like sharing large files over the chat along with a very good interface which is very attractive and easy to use for beginner also
What do you dislike about the product?
For non-subscription user who is not taking paid license, there is a time limit for it some new feature should be added in the whiteboard to make the tool more attractive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides better quality video and meeting conferencing tool that heps people to connect at one platform without any user restriction if we have paid subscription license

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is significantly better than any of its closest competitors. It provides the best video quality and many options to make you more presentable even in a dim light setting. The breakout rooms feature of Zoom is particularly helpful when you are organizing large events online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting or Inviting someone into a Zoom meeting is a little bit slow. Nevertheless, the performance during a meet is seamless. During slow Internet, Zoom lags a bit when compared to G Meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us arrange Business meetings and events over the Internet. It works great even with hundreds of participants. The breakout room feature makes these events more interesting as it allows users to create mini-meetings inside the main meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall zoom is very user-friendly and simple even for first-time users. The options are miscellaneous and clear so that people can understand and use them easily. Also Sharing files, scheduling meetings, and starting meetings are easy even if you're not a computer operator.
Presentation: By using zoom can simply present a certain document or screen or whiteboard which is a very useful feature when teaching online or presenting the results of work.

What do you dislike about the product?
the number of basic users is limited: Zoom now has a limit of 100 participants and a meeting limit of 45 minutes only for Basic users, occasionally it makes it too hard since most of the meetings exceed that time.
Cloud Storage for Basic Users: Zoom does not provide any cloud storage for your recordings for Basic Users as Microsoft teems do, I think zoom can do an upgrade since there are better software applications now with more flexible options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Zoom program was an excellent alternative to educational meetings during the Corona period, which helped me to continue the educational process and meetings with my colleagues .

1. The virtual background is very choopy without a green screen.
2. Sometimes even with stable internet connections, zoom disconnects from meeting.

I am working from home and zoom is the saviour when it comes to e-meeting. I do all my meets and syncups with co worker on zoom only.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is the simplicity to create, join, and manage meetings. We use zoom for our morning sales meeting and throughout the day to share screens for cross-team functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom is when loading the meeting invite information into Google Calendar, sometimes individuals will have too many options to either "call-in" or start the zoom video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a way for people working from home and people in the office to communicate across a video channel so we can share screens. This is super helpful in our hybrid work model.

I have been using Zoom for the last 3 years and I had a great experience with the Graphic User Interface. Also recently there have been multiple updates in Zoom app wherein we can customize our meetings and give permission as per our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom application has drawbacks which I have been facing majorly is that sometimes there is lagging or buffering while having video meetings. Also it works well on computer but when it comes to iPhone it takes time to connect the meeting.

zoom is giving users an option to customize permissions for guests available in the meeting this helps the speaker to have complete access over whom he gives permission to speak of send chat messages and also who can view those messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. It is very intuitive and quick to learn what to do when you want to set up a meeting or a conference call. You can screenshare and also take over someone elses screen when sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is still a bit old-school. It is perhaps not as quick as another video call software. You can also not easily invite someone after the meeting has started. Once you set perimiters it is not possible to go back.

It is connecting people around the organisation who are all over the world and need to meet. It is so easy to hold job-interviews with zoom as anyone, anywhere can create an account and join.
Good software but a basic plan is required for those who teach small groups
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom by its friendly interface. Very easy to use, I often have to use the share screen feature, and I have tried many software but only with zoom everything is smooth, the image is clear. My students can see the shared screen in full screen easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I have no complaints about the quality, it's just that the price segment is not reasonable, Zoom does not have a reasonable price plan for teachers who only teach one student.

Zoom is a very good teaching software, simple interface, easy to use, no need to install much. Clear sound quality, smooth picture. I often teach children, so it is very important that the software is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. User experience is excellent. The call and video quality is very good. It easily outperforms other video chat apps like Google meet and Skype. Users can simple download an app on the mobile and start using zoom. Screen sharing and annotations are some important and useful features of zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is limited to 100 users for free plan. Users need to buy a plan to increase this limit. Sessions with free plan will run only for 40 mins. It consumes a lot of the CPU processing capacity which is not good. It could have been much lighter.

We use zoom for day to day calls. During is COVID times everything is happening online so video meets are important. As a team zoom makes us much more productive. It's user friendly less complicated user interface saves our time and increase our productive
