What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for a while Now and i really like this application it has everything you need for online meetings. With a really friendly experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
This app is pretty positive in my opinion it works great I don't have many negative points about it but there is something that the Zoom team could improve such as.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is used for team collaboration by way of chat, meetings, video conferencing,white-board. It greatly helped the teams collaborate better with the screen-sharing capabilities. A lot of webinars have been hosted on zoom by our team.

Hello! If you are willing to use the Zoom application make sure to use it thru your computer it is much more compatible and easier to use.Zoom is great tool for remote team collaborations,screen sharing and web conferencing.

The Most Intuitive and Simple to Join Meeting Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Zoom is that it provides me a live feed in the Settings regarding the CPU and Memory usage. It also helps me trach the bandwidth, for both sending and receiving operations. Many a time, it happens that multiple applications are open on my system, which leads to high Memory consumption. This feature helps me decide whether I would need to close some of these applications, and also to decide whether to switch my network to a better one in case more bandwidth is required. This is really helpful since I have daily team meetings wherein a lot of content is shared on-screen, people switch on their videos, and this increases RAM usage and bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of the meetings, I have noticed that the camera directly tuns on as soon as I join, and I am not prepared for the same. I might be looking unprofessional, and this is really embarrassing during client calls wherein turning the camera on was not planned for. A separate message box should pop up to mention that the camera would be turned on upon joining the meeting so that people could ready themselves and adjust their looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the current Work From Home environment, virtual meetings are a must to keep the team bonded and well-informed on the progress of the tasks. Since my team follows an Agile model, daily team huddles are a must, and hence a virtual meeting platform is required. Zoom comes to the rescue to aid with all the meetings the team has, ranging from daily huddles to client demonstrations. The features of reminders, screen sharing, video sharing, and annotations have been a real boon and have increased interactivity during the meets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend everyone to use Zoom. It is a very user-intuitive platform for having meetings, and helps creates groups and send messages with the same ease as with Whatsapp. You can also share messages with yourself which can act as reminders. A very helpful meeting platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows a large group of 2 - 200 people to join in a meeting. Zoom provides stable connecting. It is quite easy to use almost function. I like the feature providing a detailed report. When the meeting is completed, Zoom sends a detailed report to the host, which contains all useful information like Q&A asked, all attendees' information, data,...
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom makes it quite difficult to see all members' faces all at once. This problem is manageable with small group meetings. However, meetings with over 50+ participants make the platform get unbearable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us to organize online webinars with large scope from local to international. Especially in the COVID, the company can maintain operational activities and expand the business to a wider geographical area.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is quick and easy to load up and connect to our different chat rooms... The video and sound quality is excellent... The option to turn the sound and video on and off is a great function... There is also a raise your hand option and text chat during the meeting that can be sent to all participants or to selected participants

I dont know any better so there is nothing i dont like about it

I use Zoom for our church meetings, and we all connect from different parts of the world... The benefit to me is how easy it is to invite someone to the group and they can either join in an open chat or in a password chat

What do you like best about the product?
Very good app for video calling and sharing screen. There is no lag between call over the zoom. Screen sharing also works smoothly. Background also can change easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but it sometimes stopped automatically. It requires high bandwidth internet connection. That is only drawbacks are here. But it depends on OS as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing screen is most helpful feature. Calling, and video calling, and mostly used in the interview process. Screen sharing is widely used in IT industry. Also smooth calling.

Accessible remote meetings without limits.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and it is not necessary to have the application installed to be able to access meetings, you have options that complement work sessions very well, such as recording meetings and the virtual whiteboard allows a lot of interaction and better understanding.
It is accessible from any device which means that everyone has access to meetings anywhere with no excuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited, the paid version can be expensive compared to other options on the market. It's not that intuitive, it's really confusing sometimes to access or create meeting rooms. In its free version, only 100 people can access it and in times when face-to-face meetings are not always available, this is very limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hacer conferencias, cursos, talleres y capacitaciones ha sido mucho más fácil con zoom. Con la versión de pago realmente puedes crear videoconferencias que aporten conocimiento y valor a los trabajadores.

Good alternative for Webex

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a Light-weight app. There is a multi-level authentication via text or mail or phone call that makes it more secure. It has option to notify and let people into the meeting without people having to barge in.
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom is not as comprehensive and consummate enough like webex or webex teams is. Zoom looks a little clumsy than webex, and is not a very good tool for chats. Also it is not well integrated with peoplesoft or outlook mail systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the key main issue or the problem that we intend to resolve by using zoom is conduct office meetings. Using zoom we were able to set up instant meetings with resources both internal and external to the organization. I do conduct a lot of trainings and cirtual class room sessions using zoom in addition to the meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great alternative for webex which is a lot expensive. Zoom is a preferred option for stand alone meetings that does not require integration with mail systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Funtionality of both video and audio options, screen sharing, raise hand feature, recording options, overall Zoom has become an invaluable part of my life.

I use it for client meetings, webinars, and also in my personal life for attending meetings and worship services during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be cumbersome, screensharing and video sharing is especially tricky.

But these problems are pretty minimal in comparison to the good parts of this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to do meetings with clients and others and being able to see each other, but without having to be together in person.

I average 1-3 zoom meetings per day and it would be hard imagine how my life would function without it.

What do you like best about the product?
It has great evaluating plans that acclimate to our spending plan and permit us to continue to impart.
The capacity to screen-endlessly share control of screens consistently makes cooperation far and away superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
My greatest aversion about Zoom and I want to believe that they fix it soon enough is that when I join a gathering and get detached due to arrange issues or different conditions, I want consent to join the gathering once more. This turns into an issue for us since, supposing that we're having a significant gathering or showing a show for the crowd, it becomes inconvenient for the host to stop the show to give individuals access, and it becomes irksome for me to stand by and conceivably miss significant data being discussed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prescribe this product to any groups that are battling with speaking with one another and are searching for answers to fix this issue. Zoom is very easy to use and it contains client directs that are not difficult to process, as well as having an incredible point of interaction that will furnish you with the right elements to prepare you and your group to make gatherings at the earliest opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that in zoom you have the option to use the chat to speak directly to one person if you so need to, I also enjoy the chat feature to be able to address the whole room as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background options are limited on zoom, I think there should be more options available. Not much else to dislike - I find it an east way to hold meetings with people from all across the country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with and speak to teammates across the country is the biggest hurdle that zoom has helped solve, being able to screen share and go over ideas together as well is very helpful!
