Zoom, the a flexible video-conference platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, by far is the most flexible platform our company has ever used. It has the highest meeting capacity and helpful features like breakout rooms. What I like about zoom is that you can share the screen and the audio at the same time whether it's from a tab, a window, or the entire screen. I also love the gamer-feels feature wherein you can share your PowerPoint and use it as a virtual background! So, when you present your slides, you are seen on the slide as well. Moreover, you can resize your video and place it anywhere on the slide.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about it is when you are the presenter, you don't see what you and your presentation look like from the perspective of a participant. It's difficult to present in zoom if you only have one monitor. During the first time of using it, I panicked because I couldn't see the faces of the participants and the chatbox immediately. But, I got used to it after some time. I have two monitors to easily monitor the participants and the chatbox during school assemblies and meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although it has the highest capacity so far, it is still not enough. Our subscription is only limited to 300 participants. Sometimes, we hold activities and we go past 300, but others can't join anymore. We are looking also into upgrading our plan, however, the price is something to be considered for a while. Furthermore, students with unstable connections cannot enjoy using zoom that much. On the other hand, zoom lets me enjoy the beauty of window sharing with audio.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is our video-conferencing platform in school. Its features and tools are always updated and useful to any type of conference, be it meeting or class.

No other meeting platform can beat the " Zoom meeting" platform for online/ virtual collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I like many things best which is a unique feature in Zoom. First of all, the Call switching feature is one of the best and unique compared to other meeting platforms in the market. Ease of use is another the most likable feature because I can use it with closed eyes. In just a single click, a lot of action can be triggered like start meeting, share screen, record meeting over the cloud or locally as well, transfer file, quick audio/video call, quick file transfer, quick VOIP call, chat, etc. The best example of "ease of use" is temporarily unmuted/muted by pressing the space bar is really helpful during an ongoing call. The integration and customization are also very flawless and smooth. In desktop/Mac Zoom applications, a reply on a particular selected message is the best example of customization. In-built outlook and iCal Calendar integration are really making zoom effortless during inviting for meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but I want the Zoom team to add one more feature like whatsapp on chat messages where users can understand wheater a message is read on another side just by looking single, double tick, blue double tick. I know in the professional world is a little challenging to implement this feature, but at least after making it configurable, it is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The zoom application solves all our problems during work time. Even sometimes, I use Zoom for personal work. As zoom Support, VIOP call almost all countries, so talk our relative and family over zoom. During work time, this platform gives a feeling of togetherness confidence. The mobile/iPad application increases the level of togetherness confidence without any limitation as compared to the desktop/mac application. I always feel connected with the help of mobile/iPad applications. Audio and video quality is crisp clear, even on low bandwidth it works very well. I am taking external training for the last one week(daily 8hrs) on Zoom and trust me I never faced any problem. Whenever my internet bandwidth fluctuates, a toast message will be shown "Your internet speed is unstable". Really I am so much happy with Zoom which fulfils all my expectations in one package.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If anyone is looking for a complete package for online/virtual meeting software, then please go for Zoom Meeting. Trust me, this platform is one of the best in the market for remote connectivity, along with many unique features compared to other vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. It is a brand that everyone now recognizes, and in today's hybrid world, it is such a necessity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have an account (and some do not), the maximum time is 45 minutes. A few users are unaware of that and are abruptly removed from a conversation. The fix is to log back in or upgrade your options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate online and also see the other user is great. It beats a phone call, hands down.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although the free service is excellent, I would upgrade as initially, I thought we would only use it rarely, but that is not the case.
A Tool for audio/video conferencing.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an open-source tool and can be used on many platforms like I can use it on my mobile and computer system. It is very useful when a huge number of people are required for a meeting. Sound quality is also better as compared to the other similar tools. Also, we can direct messages(personal chat) to any person in the meeting. We can also record any type of meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its time limit of 40minutes like for long meets have to rejoin the meet after 40min. Also, there exists a lot of network issues with Zoom as it requires a high-speed internet connection. It doesn't allow us to join via browsers on our mobile phone and have to download the app for the same. and its GUI is not that good as compared to other similar tools and its chatting feature needs a lot of improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often use Zoom to connect with my team for webinars or meets that require a lot of people to engage in the meet and session recording is also required. Using it for both audio and video conferencing with my clients and teammates.
Zoom is the all around best Video Conferencing platform available!
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing I love about this software is the virtual backgrounds available, both built-in and custom. These allow you to place a scene instead of using your actual environment, which might be messy. The keyboard shortcuts are great when you do not want to utilize a mouse. The Zoom platform also supports 3rd party apps/plugins, which can be very important in some instances. Another cool feature is the audio transcribe feature. The ability to enable or disable audio/video for participants is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is audio cutting in and out sometimes when navigating the platform. This does not occur often and is a very minor issue. Improvements in load time would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cannot say I have experienced any real problems worth mentioning. The benefits that we have realized using the Zoom platform have been instrumental in moving our company forward, especially during the pandemic.
Best trusted and versatile platform for audio/video conference.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom cloud meeting platform is the best in the market for online and virtual communication. The best feature of this platform is the ease of use and seamless navigation. Just in one click, a lot of action can perform quickly. Start quick meeting, send meeting invitations, quick audio/video call, quick chat, recording session over the cloud or locally, screen sharing, fast file transfer VOIP call support almost all country and many more feature is the best example to prove this platform as super user-friendly platform virtual/online collaborative tool. Though this platform is cloud-based, deployment is effortless, and at the same time, it eliminates security threads. The integration and customization of this platform are also very calm and smooth. The best part is the overall cost is under the budget of this platform, along with technical support packages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly speaking, there is no critical issue I found till now. But there is some instance where I feel intermittent disconnection while using the mobile application, especially when an ongoing Zoom session is running and Zoom application is in background and another application is in foreground. Wheneven any notification come on mobile, on tapping on notification application opened with chat screen but its take time to sync mesaage on chat screen. Apart from above these two issue i did not face any more and i am loving this application in my daily work life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During this pandemic, Zoom meeting is a life saviour for us which give the feeling of togetherness. Usually, we use to have a working session with the complete team and never had any issue irrespective of the platform. The Mobile application I like most which have almost all the capabilities same as a desktop application. I never miss any meeting or chat message even I am not with my working laptop. Of course, video/audio call is crystal clear which gives me HD feelings. Any product becomes good only if the service is good that is why I would say service and support from Zoom's meeting are very good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that zoom is free, and can be used by everyone, anywhere across the world, and at any time of the day or night. and its a great way to stay connected
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom is cool but what i dislike about zoom is that the free version always times out after some time. for example, i could be on zoom for 45 mins and it will time out without any warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
on zoom, i found out that you can do multi chats and you can see everyone in the rooms and also direct message them. and i really like that you can put your hand up and this is a icon i use all the time

Most convenient and preferable video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
I like its the ability to make video runs smoothly while you add your desired background. It solves my many hassles as many times I will be working from home and couldn't show a nice working background of office hence I need to use virtual background that works really good on Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are quite high for Zoom so I need to use only a single account for my whole team of 20 members. People use it as per their requirement and sometimes it makes things weired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of connecting with the team working remotely, my field sales team, my client, collaborators, and investors as well. I'm also solving a problem of having nice really office by using virtual background. I do use Zoom for conference calls to connect with my customers by organizing a Webinar kind of thing.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has lots of things which are really very helpful, especially during a time when we have to work from home. Zoom has some amazing virtual backgrounds feature which I found very useful. Frankly speaking, this feature is one of the most useful features of this software and because of this cool feature I can attend my any formal meeting from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think overall bugs, audio drop outs, and connectivity issues are the most important issues that I've encountered in thid software. Sometimes Zoom runs slowly compared to other video conferencing apps where the video and audio become delayed or maybe cut out intermittently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy for our software testing team to meet and work together. We can share files and links directly in the chat box. We can chat with one another, and cam share the screen easily to show the concepts.
