Zoom Makes Virtual Meetings Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and has a variety of options for both smaller, interactive meetings and larger webinars. It is an extremely reliable platform and feels high quality compared to other platforms of this type.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service needs to be improved. It is difficult to reach someone at Zoom, and when I do, they are not always knowledgeable. We end up fixing issues ourselves internally because zoom is unable to help with their own platform and products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables our Board Members and volunteers to meet easily even though we are spread out across the state. It also enables us to collaborate easily on projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask lots of questions up front, because once you're a customer it can be difficult to get help.

What I most like about zoom is how easy to use it is, it is the most practical tool that I have today. I have to use it all day long and it is always so intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
What i feel less useful is the extension that is compatible with google Chrome i don't find it very practical during the day because there is not a Quick dial choice

The problem that Zoom is solving for me and the company where I work is basically solving how we communicate with our clients in the simplest and more effective way

What's most helpful about Zoom is its simplicity. Its features are very user-friendly to all. Even if one has never used zoom before, he or she can manage zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about zoom is that it doesn't give all members equal access during conference calls. Hence, it can be improved by giving everyone the ability to do more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the office crisis. Due to the pandemic that took over the world for the past 2 years, zoom was there for those who work in the office that were not able to go to the office.

Zoom Fathom Combo
What do you like best about the product?
We already use zoom every day for client meetings so that helped us to use fathom as a plug-and-play option. High quality recordings and easy to use tools make it a great combo
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints as of now. Maybe it would be nice to have fathom buttons on zoom rather than a separate window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face-to-face client meetings with anyone, anywhere. Then combo that with the auto-recording and processing and you have a very useful solution.

Don't wait it's a great service and will greatly help the productivity of your business!
Zoom: the barebones but at least it works
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom. So much to say about Zoom. It blew up in popularity during the pandemic, but it was a video conferencing tool that was already in use way before that. Zoom has always been a fairly barebones, feature-desertic app, but this is in part its appeal: it's not like other apps of a similar purpose, such as Discord or Teams, which are usually much more resource-intensive, harder to use but also have many more features.
So Zoom has that advantage because it has so little in the way of features that it's very easy for most people to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is of course the lack of features. The interface is kinda clunky, and rigid, and Zoom lacks some of the most important features that other similar apps have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom resolves the problem of requiring an app to be able to talk to people on your Team remotely. This is quite obviously something that is pretty much a requirement for most businesses nowadays, to be able to do a meeting with your peers/workers/subordinates online.

I like that not only can you have online meetings, but you can also share your screen and files with all the attendees of the meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is that in large meetings, with more than 10 people, it goes very slowly and often crashes. It's true that it recovers quickly, but it makes the meetings less dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me extra time, as I am handling several projects at once and having to travel to attend all the meetings is sometimes unfeasible for me. Thanks to Zoom, I can use the travel time to make it more profitable.

I love how it integrates with my calendar

, and gives meeting people all the information and links necessary. It shortens the process and makes it easier to organise meetings with potential clients, even the most technophobic client can use it as the steps are straightforward and easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more having to give details and hoping that the other person can find me online with my username. No more forgotten meetings. No problems with people needing to learn or download apps to use them.

Good graphics, easy to use, and also good connectivity in slow internet speed

For non-premium accounts, after every 45 minutes your meeting end and, you need to restart the meeting again

Virtual meet with office colleagues, freelance support work, virtual fun activities, many more virtual kinds of meeting,s and also sharing screens will help us to debug all the issues just like setting with your colleagues in the office

It helps to connect virtually without distortion

Actually Zoom is the best solution but one the Administrator got log out due to any reason sometime admin position will get passed on to anyone even though we have co admin

Zoom really teaches us that even though we are in our house we can have meeting with person sitting somewhere else.During training we connected trainers from Delhi ,Banglore and Nagpur for our participants of which who were also from different Districts and sometime from different state.

What do you like best about the product?
I wish I had started using Zoom from day one at my office. Before Zoom I was using Google Meets and I faced a lot of problems like recording, shared whiteboard etc. Now as I have switched to Zoom I find the following benefits of using it.
- Schedule meetings by looking at the available time for other attendees.
- Ability to record meetings directly to the cloud and links are shared automatically when recordings are saved.
- Share the screen while presenting and allow another side person to have remote access to your PC.
- Call a Room with a timer and when time is over it rejoins back to the original meeting automatically.
- Raise hands, show expression via emojis, mute/unmute anyone, share whiteboards, etc.
- Provides notification to 'dismiss' or 'snooze' the meeting.
- Schedule meetings by looking at the available time for other attendees.
- Ability to record meetings directly to the cloud and links are shared automatically when recordings are saved.

Besides many good points, I would like to point out below feature that needs improvement,
- When sharing the screen attendees don't have the option to annotate/point out via cursor on the shared screen.
- The update is a bit messy, it doesn't work smooth.
- When I schedule a meeting I didn't find the option to add attendees there. The meeting first gets imported then I have to edit the meeting to add persons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zoom to connect with my colleagues, and abroad team members remotely when I am doing work from home. I can clarify the requirements, and use cases for my projects easily by sharing a screen, showing a demo, and texts via whiteboard. We are using a paid version and hence we can add more than 100 employees during our town hall meetings. We are also helping to onboard freshers and taking interviews to hire new talent via Zoom.
