What do you like best about the product?
Zoom lets you best control while having video chats. It has revolutionized the whole calling segment during pandemics. Now It is hard to imagine a world without Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aesthetic part is something that one needs to work on more. It needs to add more appealing features to enhance its outreach. Cool features attract a more diverse audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to connect with multiple customers daily. It helps me to schedule my day in a more organized way. Zoom lets you integrate various features to plan your schedule efficiently.

The best in this zoom are the following points
1. One of the best and most stable platform.
2. Everyone can use it even in limited internet connection plus can conduct online session based on audio and video.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest here, I didn't find anything that i may dislike about zoom, this is an incredible, valuable, and secure stage for online live online classes, henceforth as per my experience, there isn't anything bad in it

It give assistance to connect people all around the world particularly with my lectures as my classes are online due to covid 19. There is not any issue regarding the availability of any person you can connect anytime when your resoondent comes online or join your link . it has a decent correspondence server.

Zoom is a great platform to launch a full range of educational activities, including classes, presentations, and group presentations. Zoom continues to be one of the milestones in tackling the post-Corona challenges of the twenty-first century, making a groundbreaking contribution to the development of educational activities around the world, especially in developing countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's data sharing policy and unwanted spying are two of its main flaws. The 40-minute meeting time limit, occasional classes for students from developing countries, giving presentations, and other academic activities disrupt harmony. Because not everyone can afford to upgrade to the premium version. Everyone uses the free version more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Student exam monitoring and viva voce during covid-19 pandemic. It's an awesome platform for conducting virtual classes. Powerpoint screen sharing and writing dashboard is also an excellent feature.

It's a great video conferencing tool with the idea of connecting with your team online. But for other video solutions like webinars, events, or even video testimonials, if zoom brings together one solution for all kinds of platforms, it will be easy for a user to manage end-to-end.

1) Daily stand-up calls with the team. (Update regarding the work status and other sync ups)

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom meeting I like because it does not echo back even in more participants. High crystal clear sound. The user interface is easy to navigate in both application and browser.

Consume more battery while in a video presentation. I feel these issues in both mobile and laptop. Please improve this bug. It's very tedious while attain a video meeting during the travel with low battery power. Please do be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes while open the application got stuck or freez that time i manually close all the application and wait the zoom application to open. Sometimes i check for the new updates to perform well.

Zoom application is a very user-friendly application compared with other conference tools. Sharing the invitation and joining the meeting is nice. I prefer this application to my friends.

Zoom is both easy to use, and an in-depth tool. It provides easy ways to spin up a personal meeting in no time flat (via the app or through integrations with other apps). It also offers feature-rich meeting, conferencing, and webinar functionality. Meetings allow you to quickly customize settings (privacy, audio, video, etc.) on the fly, and provide multiple ways to share and record content. Zoom webinars are a very valuable feature for anyone hosting web-based trainings for large groups, conferences, or information sessions. Zoom handles all of these tasks reliably and consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser-based app seems to lag behind the desktop version for both speed and reliability. Clients connecting via their browser seem to regularly have stability and audio issues, which don't seem to occur regularly in the desktop version.

Zoom is our do-it-all tool for meetings (both internal and client-facing), screen sharing, client training sessions, courses, webinars, conferences - you name it. We utilize Zoom for almost all of our virtual meeting needs.

If you need an affordable, do-it-all solution for video conferencing, meetings, virtual trainings, webinars, and more - Zoom is hard to beat. Our company has used WebEx, GoToMeeting, and other solutions, and none of them come close to the ease of use, functionality, and reliability of Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Its features are excellent & it's easy to use for our users from diverse departments on any device from anywhere without any technical experience. It enables us to stay connected with our Field Sales & SErvice Staff continuously. We have solved many of our customer's onsite problems instantly using the Zoom Video Conferencing facility. We use the chat feature to make notes and maintain records of the Minutes of the Meetings. We also use the facility of recording the session for future reference. It's ideal for online training when our users are widely dispersed and attend the session while in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timings of a free session need to be rethought. We feel it must be allowed for a video meeting length of at least 60 minutes and not just 40 minutes. We can not provide a licensed version to everyone, especially those not front-facing.

Zoom has been an excellent tool for our small organization during pandemic times when all our team members operate from different locations. It enabled us to stay connected daily and engage better with each other. Now, it has become a daily feature of our organization, and we connect with our branch offices with the help of Zoom Video Conferences.

It's one of the most intuitive video conferencing platforms that provides all the features, including good audio/video quality, group chatting, hand raising, sharing the screen, recording the sessions, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom because it offers so many functionalities that make my home office days easier to deal with. For example, the whiteboard and files sharing through chat. This makes my meeting goes easy and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to install the app on your computer or cellphone. I wish we had the option to open the meeting on chrome or safari. Just like zoom competitors does. Currently, in the company I work, we use zoom for intern meetings but the other one to meet with clients because the client only has to click on the link and join the meeting in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work from home, meet with clients, facilitate meetings. We were able to keep our business running during the pandemic just because we had video calls. The performance increased and we were also able to cut costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best platform for remote desktop support calls and also video conferencing is really good quality especially business calls although equally beneficial for personal calls. During pendamic COVID-19, simply changed the way of communicating anywhere globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The two things I dislike about Zoom includes first as price and plans for premium services and second is Zoombombing which is becoming a serious threat and occuring more often now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a safe space for remote support with keeping our personal information safe and also allowing enginners only limited access to the system where we could get the system issue fixed remotely while pendamic and also we age used it for family video conferencing calls too while pendamic which forced us into lockdown to stay alive.

If you're looking for a solution with a safe haven for remote support which involves screen sharing without disclosing personal files and also need a perfect solution for video conferencing calls weather it's personal or professional then I would definitely recommend zoom to other considering it however, still beware of Zoombombing.
