The best Online Connector
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the ways you can use Zoom to connect with people online from one on one meetings, family gatherings, business meetings and webnars

Zoom has security issues if not used properly

Zoom allows us to meet and conduct buisness during this pandemic. I have had benefits personally and professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
In zoom what I like most about it is it uses multiple room in a single meeting which help us to engage a particular group within their members and anytime again we can all come out of it and make fully interactive meeting. It's allows us vote which is really cool. Also, various kinds of layout are available here which help me to be comfortable as per my need. Like if I want I can do only presenter then I will only presenter in my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart of all good features there are something that I really didn't like which is it's video quality is very low. It takes very high speed internet overwise it's start getting reconnecting. Also this application didn't work in mobile phone without application installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has a crucial role during the time of COVID. As COVID is increasing rapidly day by day it was the only way through which our works remains continued. My childrens are attending online classes which is only due to zoom. It has various benifits like with the support of zoom in work culture various companies are now providing job opportunities with remote work from our comfort of home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly Recommended for personal and professional use both. Because it provides 30-50min zoom meeting limit for totally free. Which is quite enough for personal use.

What do you like best about the product?
As per advice and recommendations from friends and co-workers, I started using zoom during the Covide 19 to run the business remotely and meet suppliers and customers, and I found Zoom one of the best software in this regard.
I was able to make audio or video meetings with HD quality, Recording mettings, and even transcript them. The most fantastic thing for me can calculate the number of attendees for the meetings and at the same time provide feedback post meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of cost for online webinars for huge numbers, but for us as a business doesn't affect our choice. Not All people can participate as obligatory to download the application to communicate that results is time-consuming. I need a very high internet connection to be able to communicate effectively. Otherwise, you will get bad results. It would be best if you had either a pro or business subscription to benefit effectively from zoom services. Overall these are the only comment that can be handled.

Conducting the meeting effectively with high quality video , able to control and count the attendee of the meeting easily ,conduct the meeting with unlimited time , screen sharing with attendee to facilitate the communication process, in Some circimistance we are able to conduct virtual classess.

Zoom is free to use, beneficial for calls and meetings. You can use Zoom from anywhere, whether it's your phone or computer. You can meet with people over the internet to participate in video conferences and webinar sessions together. The UI is straightforward to get accustomed to and makes an excellent selling point as to why Zoom is the best. Zoom is practical in many situations and is a proven solution for companies of any scale. You can have meetings with one person or multiple users simultaneously. During these sessions, you can share and present slides. Zoom has tools using which the participants can provide feedback, such as polls, surveys, and questionnaires, etc. Zoom works flawlessly no matter the distance between the participants. You can use it to have productive presentations, screen-sharing, and webinars without any lag causing disruptions. Zoom makes remote work complete as it allows file sharing, an integral feature that makes sharing information and transferring content easy.
Overall, I'm impressed with Zoom's functionality and portability. I can use it anywhere to send messages, call, and host webinars. I can contact multiple users through group rooms to discuss or convey announcements regarding our work. Its screen sharing feature is vital for our day-to-day task completion. I honestly haven't had any issues with Zoom. It's fantastic for meetings and webinars on any device. However, it needs a visual update on the computer application to include more backgrounds.

We conduct all our company meetings through Zoom. Whether for making announcements, business negotiations, strategizing, or daily work, Zoom has been nothing short of excellent. It's the best solution we can use reliably for all our needs in meetings and webinars. We're strictly working at home because of Omicron and COVID-19, leading to communication problems. Zoom does an excellent job at ensuring we can tackle them with many of its features that aid us daily. Presenting slides has never been easier remotely. We can set up a presentation session during any meeting, small or big. Its shared presenter controls make it easy for more than one person to host presentations in cases where it's group work. We can stay on the same page regarding projects and source code through quick and effective file sharing to send and receive information as and when needed. We can also expand Zoom's capabilities from the app market to install more applications that provide features that Zoom lacks.

There are zero drawbacks to using Zoom. It has been nothing but excellent during my usage. If you've never used Zoom before and are considering it, don't hesitate. It's the best you can get, whether for free to a paid subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
1. I like that it's easy to invite people to a meeting. I found Skype to be a bit difficult in terms of calling people. Now when I want to video chat with just one person, I still would use Zoom because of the convenience of having meeting IDs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if there was a way to use "breakout rooms" but with a view of everyone. So, for example, there would be a line down the center of the screen, and you could move yourself to one side or the other. This would be just like if you were at a party and are breaking out to talk to different people. When there are several people on Zoom, it's hard to have a conversation because only one person can speak at a time.

We use it constantly for meetings since we are entirely remote right now. We used it before the pandemic for client calls and the rare times a co-worker worked from home. It has since improved its functionalities.

The most helpful thing that Zoom has provided us is its performance. The quality of the video calls is high definition, and also, the audio is clear and loud, which is good since we always use this for our meetings and conference for our business proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing I encountered with this tool is sometimes when the internet connection is slow or unstable. The call is immediately disconnected. I did not get any option to reconnect. Also, at some point, the audio is distorted, the app also crashes instantly. I tried to contact customer support, and I hope that the developers will fix this.

Zoom helps us to communicate with our clients and business partners quickly; since our office is offshore, communication is necessary. Zoom has a big part since we always use it every day. We can meet with the whole team without any hassle—good job to the developers. Keep it up!
Time Saving And Resourceful
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very useful where two organizations or people are unable to meet. It saves time and income that would have been spent on traveling but also yields results just as good as a physical meeting. It has also been very helpful in curbing or reducing the spread of Covid19 which is currently very problematic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom requires morden devices inorder to operate. In developing countries like mine, only people who can access zoom are limited to urban parts of the country as the ones in rural areas are not well informed about it and in other cases may not afford this devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently the world at large has been facing the common problem of Covid-19 pandemic. Zoom has been very useful in reducing it's spread as it was now used in substitution of physical meetings. Also it is useful where long distance travel will be required for meetings to save time and money.

when i want to talk and make video conference with my friends and clients , zoom very helpful and support, usually i used free version, even time about 1 hour, its enough for me..when i need time for details for business details or video conference with important clients, i can use paid version
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes zoom has bug issues, so when video conferences sometimes disconnect, i dont know this is because my internet connections or bugs from zoom, another ones is..sometimes i must use speaker to amplify my voice...in some cases, the voice too small.. but overall i satisfy with this apps..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for small voice i can use speaker to amplify my voice, i got much benefit from use zoom, got some contracts, i follow some online class use zoom too, and it can be recorded, many my colleague use zoom for office meeting and personal use for their family
