What do you like best about the product?
No lagging and real time video and voice . clear video and audio at real time.

Sometime link does not go through the connection and profile is not sync when using the given link.

zoom is commendable for every company video conferencing needs
What do you like best about the product?
We love that zoom allows us to group communicate because sometimes we need to video call as a department and the best software to use is zoom.
It is very fast in delivering video calls and messages because it does not hold any information before delivering it.
It is very private and confidential where there is no room for any information leakages.

there is nothing so far that our company can dislike about zoom since it very much meeting our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
group video conferencing is a dire need for most companies currently and zoom has this unique feature that enables our company to video call as a department and this has really impacted our company in that we can now hold online meetings as a department regardless of the location of a staff
Recommendations to others considering the product:
video conferencing is the current trend in communication for most companies and for it to be effective there must be a reliable and default software for it which i recommend zoom and urge every company to give it a trial.
Best Meetings app based on frequent usage and ease of application handling, improved user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI and UX Design based software application that can help even a first-time application user to easily navigate and use it easily without any hustle and experience the best in-house experience with all the extra offerings in ease such as Cloud enabled phone system, integrations with different email platforms and in-built bots for regular usage and custom bots development for frequent activities in the organization can also be made up. Zoom is an All-in-One platform for various virtual experiences for Corporate, Educational or informal requirements and can host in several simultaneous rooms or workspaces work within. All the above-mentioned service offerings may be available in a few of the traditional software applications as well but the best service what Zoom provides is Developer Platform API and SDK based, which is one of the most beneficial things that can be utilized by Corporates. Also, Zoom offers in-house artificial intelligence for a few LOBs.
What do you dislike about the product?
one of the most important drawbacks which we encountered was that when meetings were for long durations and the meeting was also being recorded for internal circulations, the size of the recorded video in full HD crossed the 2-3 GB mark and cloud storage offering from Zoom was a bit costly since the videos recorded were to be archived for at least 2-3 months, but at that time we had to go for extra space purchase. Once that was done, we encountered not a single issue. The quality of the Video is quite satisfactory but can be improved and time lag due to different geo locations were supposed to be improved as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any Corporate organization would need to make communication transactions daily for Online Conference calls, File transfers and Conducting corporate-level educational webinars etc., this was very much led to less hustling with a diverse and easy user experience. Since Zoom is a complete subscription-based model, it is by far the best offering available in the market. Only beyond its standard model is required when the requirement is huge otherwise the standard pack is more than sufficient.

I can have facetime with colleagues from all over the world at all odd hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meetings have a maximum capacity and is quite expensive to upgrade. I do not like the meeting ID and password being mandatory as well.

Best app for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
This app is on another level of giving you the best quality service. The features includes changing background, up to 1000 people can join simultaneously. We can share files like, links etc. to everyone in the meeting. Anyone can join the meeting from any platform like android, iPhone, desktop, Linux from anywhere in the world. There is also a feature of calendar integration. Chats can be controlled by the admin. Admin has the power to allow participants either to talk to each other or only to the admin. Screen sharing is very good and supports high quality video sharing. Mostly I have used zoom for a collaborative team work.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a subscription based service. Subscriptions are not very cheap. Also there is no web based interface. We need to download an app for joining or hosting meetings.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good app for everyone who is in need of an app that is easy to use and is very effective not just for small number of participants but a large number of participants. Never regretted using zoom. The only thing that will make you feel a bit bad is the pricing. As I have mentioned the pricing is not cheap. Good amount of subscription is charged by zoom. But overall this app is value for money.

What do you like best about the product?
Love all of the features from having a waiting room, breakout rooms that can be customizable or random, chat, emoticons, password protection and more! Lots of capabilities and features that are ideal for running meetings, workshops and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been zoom-bombed before with a random person accessing the meeting who was not invited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings--simple easy tool. I use it for group workshops and 1:1 meetings. Easy to set up and love how it connects with my Google Calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface of Zoom. I can easily end a call, turn my video or microphone off/on, share my screen, or (if I am the host) start breakout rooms easily and quickly. I also appreciate that meetings can be either scheduled in advance or started quickly. If the meetings are scheduled in advance, I love the option to add it to my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complicated it is to access a recorded Zoom meeting. It would be helpful if this were a bit more streamlined or if there were additional information provided on where the recording can be accessed after ending the Zoom meeting. I would also like the ability to make simple edits to a recorded Zoom meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to work and attend school remotely. I am better able to collaborate with colleagues and fellow students without being in the same physical location. Zoom also enables me to attend and/or speak at virtual conferences and seminars to further my professional knowledge/expertise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Relevant for college students and older adults alike. Easy to learn and use. Would highly recommend.

Zoom meetings have helped solved the issue of worry about a venue to hold meetings and has helped reduce cost for venue arrangements

Zoom is very user friendly. The sessions are very easy to set up and then to distribute. You can either just talk or share your screen in just a moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you don't know if you will need to have a session longer than 40 minutes, and there is no way to extend. The session will just end and you don't have any options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to COVID, our church was unable to meet for a while. We used Zoom for the Sunday School classes and still use for those who do not feel comfortable coming back to church yet.
