Messy Excel files finally under control
What do you like best about the product?
We get questionnaires in the worst Excel formats you can imagine. Merged cells and hidden tabs and conditional formatting everywhere. Steerlab imports them cleanly and exports back to the original format as-is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Word files could benefit from a better detection sometimes but overall it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spent long hours fillout out complex security and technical questionnaires which takes valuable time away from product building. Now I can just upload my files in Steerlab get a first draft, edit a few things and send it.
Solid RFP tool, the content library is the real MVP
What do you like best about the product?
Good tool. Does what it says. The auto-managed content library is probably my favorite feature I don't have to manually update answers every quarter anymore. It just stays current.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is great but it misses dark mode. I love dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stale content in proposals. We were submitting outdated product descriptions without realizing it. The auto-managed library fixed that completely.

What do you like best about the product?
What sets Steerlab apart from tools we tried before is the AI quality. The responses actually sound like us, not like some generic bot wrote them. The collaboration features keep everyone aligned without endless email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use a less common CRM so the integration required a small workaround
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Steerlab we had no centralized process for REPs. Different team used different templates, different tones. I was chaos. Now everything runs through one system.
Security questionnaires done in minutes not hours
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to get started. I had it connected to our existing tools within a day and started responding to a security questionnaire that same day. the Chrome extension is handy for quick lookups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slack bot sometimes needs a more specific query to find the best answer. Minor thing honestly and they are constantly improving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security questionnaires used to take out team 4-5 hours each. Now its like 20 minutes tops. That alone justifie the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the thing I appreciate most is the insights. It doesn't just help you respond it tells you how to position your answers to actually win. That's rare in this category.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup takes a moment if your existing content isn't well organised (we came from an incumbent solution), but their team helps you through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were losing deals because our responses were generic. Steerlab helped us tailor proposals to each customer without spending 3x the time.
Finally a tool that actually saves time on RFPs
What do you like best about the product?
The auto-generated responses are surprisingly accurate. We used to spend full days copying and pasting from old REFps, now most of the first draft is done in under an hour. The content library stays updated on its own which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be more detailed, would love to slice win/loss data by question category at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the copy-paste nightmare of digging through old proposals. Also solves the problem of SMEs ignoring your slack messages because now they can just review and approve instead of writing from scratch

What do you like best about the product?
We really like the accurate responses generated by Steerlab's AI for our RFx and Security questionnaires, reassured with a confidence score. We are amazed by Steerlab's ability to scan our library of policy documents to generate a clear, concise response to complex risk and compliance questions, saving us time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first started using Steerlab, we found some functionality missing from the solution, but over the last 12 months, we have seen a rapidly evolving and expanding range of great new features. Steerlab is taking on board our feedback to improve the solution further, so we all benefit from a fantastic system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Steerlab is helping us complete questionnaires much more quickly, more consistently, and with greater accuracy, thereby saving us time and effort on proposals. We can spend more time on engagement to secure opportunities and increase our success rates.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Steerlab is its UX and innovative approach to product development. The interface is intuitive, and you can tell the team is deeply customer-obsessed. The overall experience makes what could be a tedious process actually pleasant to use.

Easy Setup That Streamlines RFPs and Delivers Consistent Responses
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to set up and helps reduce the time I spend answering RFPs and InfoSec documents from prospects and customers. It also makes our responses more consistent and uniform across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can happen to use another prospect name, but not often.

Auto-Fills RFPs Fast, Boosts Win Rates, and Keeps Content Fresh
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it auto makes up to 90% of RFP answers using our ready content. Saves tons of time on IT proposals. The library updates itself by topic and use, no manual work. Team works together live in Word or Excel, links with Slack easy. Our win rates went up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Go/No-Go tool is good but needs better options for special IT stuff like old system links. Small fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fixes our big RFP issues; cuts time from weeks to days with AI for questions and stories. Great for security forms in IT, spots bias and gaps early, gives tips on winning deals. SOC 2 and GDPR safe, no using our data for training lets us focus on closing sales.
