    What do you like best about the product?
    The content library has genuinely changed how we put together operational proposals and respond to detailed service inquiries. What used to require digging through old project files to track down the right answer now takes only a few seconds. The platform is straightforward, so getting the team up to speed wasn’t an ordeal; people simply picked it up and got on with their work. Since switching, our proposal turnaround time has dropped by about half, and we noticed the difference pretty quickly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    After a few months of use, I’m still happy with how it performs day to day. The main thing I’d like to see is stronger native integration with some of the smaller consumer service CRMs we use. It’s a minor gap rather than a real issue the platform runs reliably, and the support team is quick to respond whenever you flag something. Overall, I’d expect the integrations to improve as the product continues to grow.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Every proposal and client questionnaire used to go through a slow, manual review process checking, verifying, and reformatting everything. It added up to a lot of hours across the team each week. Steerlab has sped that up without compromising accuracy, which was our biggest concern going in. The time we’ve gained back has gone into work that actually moves the business forward, and the return has been clear almost from the start.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love Steerlab because it makes the whole RFP process much easier for me. The interface is clean and simple to use, and I find the AI part of Steerlab especially helpful. Getting it set up wasn’t hard at all. Overall, Steerlab saves our team a lot of time, helps us respond faster, and lets us do it in a more consistent way.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A few of the more advanced features aren’t immediately obvious. You do find them eventually, but a bit more signposting early on would really help. Some integrations also feel like they could be smoother, and the reporting side still has room to grow. More flexibility there would make it easier to track things in a way that matches how our team actually works.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Using Steerlab has really helped us solve a problem. Before we started using it, we spent too much time writing responses by hand, and the whole thing felt like a process. Now everything is faster and more organized, and it’s also a lot less stressful for our team. Steerlab has genuinely made a difference for us. We use Steerlab to make the RFP process easier, and it works really well.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Steerlab’s visual playbook builder, along with its AI suggestions, helped our small fintech run personalized retention campaigns quickly. The drag-and-drop journey editor, plus the preview and testing tools, reduced our build time from days to hours. Integrations with Segment and BigQuery were straightforward, and the onboarding team supported us in launching our first playbook within two weeks.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the more advanced options are buried a bit too deep in the menus, and a few regional banking connectors we rely on are still missing. The reporting is useful overall, but exporting dashboards to share with executives remains a manual step. Clearer pricing guidance around event volume would also make budgeting easier.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We used to stitch together SQL queries and guess which campaigns would move the metrics. Now we can build multi-step flows quickly, target AI-recommended cohorts, and see measurable wins for example, a 12% lift in trial-to-paid conversions on our early campaigns. That combination of speed and clearer attribution has made it much easier to prioritize growth work.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The way it handles incoming documents is unmatched. I threw a massive, messy 500-line Excel sheet at it random merged cells, hidden tabs, the works fully expecting the system to error out like our previous software always did. Instead, it parsed everything perfectly and instantly mapped the question columns. The time saved on document prep and formatting alone is incredible, and the initial drafts it puts together give us a huge head start.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It doesn’t have a built-in feature to generate presentation summaries or client decks once a bid is finalized. We often need to put together a summary deck for executive alignment after submission, so having to keep that part of the workflow manual is a bit of a drag.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We used to lose hours of valuable productivity just cleaning up and reformatting messy procurement spreadsheets before we could even start typing out our answers. Steerlab removes that entire preprocessing headache. It takes the source files as-is, so our team can spend its energy on strategic tailoring instead of battling cell formatting.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Steerlab’s auto-managed content library is clutch—it keeps our approved healthtech docs up to date without me having to babysit uploads. The AI also crafts human-like responses in seconds, and it can match client-specific tones really well. I also love the built-in win probability scores and bias detection; they surface gaps early, so our pitches land stronger every time.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The multilingual support is solid, but it would be even better if it handled niche healthtech jargon across more languages out of the box. For our international bids, we still sometimes need to make a quick tweak here and there.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    With just five of us, RFPs used to derail everything. We were constantly hunting down stale content, coordinating feedback through endless email chains, and second-guessing compliance for regulated clients. Steerlab changes that. It auto-generates roughly 85% of each draft from our library, tracks progress with smart alerts when things bottleneck, supports real-time comments and contributions, and surfaces data-backed insights from past wins and losses. Now our turnaround is down to hours, we’ve landed 40% more gigs this quarter, and we can finally focus on strategy instead of getting buried in busywork.
