    What do you like best about the product?
    Our RFPs include detailed questions about clinical protocols, credentialing, and data security. Steerlab pulls responses directly from our verified documents instead of guessing, and that distinction matters a lot in healthcare. Our compliance and clinical teams can now review everything in one place, rather than getting stuck in endless email threads.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The pre-built templates for HIPAA and security questionnaires feel a bit limited. The newer prayer formats also still require some manual setup the first time you use them. It’s a one-time cost, but a deeper, more complete template library would make the product more helpful overall.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We used to pull compliance, clinical, and IT security input into the same document at different times, always hoping nothing slipped through the cracks. Now everyone reviews the same version, and every answer can be traced back to its source. Our proposal timelines are shorter, and I feel confident in what we’re submitting.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Construction bids come with a lot of paperwork technical specs, safety certifications, past project references, the works. What I like most is that Steerlab keeps all of that organized and easy to find. I used to spend my mornings digging through old project folders tryin to find the right safety record or certification number. Now I just search for it and it is there in seconds, pulled from documents we have already used before. The team picked it up fast too. Nobody needed a manual or a training class. We jsut started using it.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of our bid papers come in a variety of formats, especially older scanned PDFs, mostly from government clients. Those still need some manual cleanup before they import correctly. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it slows me down. I’ve heard they’re working on better handling for scanned papers, so I’m hopeful this improves soon.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Our bid process lived across shared drives, email attachments, and one very tired spreadsheets that tracked deadlines. Things got missed. A bid would go out with an outdated safety certificate or someone would submit the wrong version of a document because three people had been editing it separately. That does not happen anymore. Everything lives in one place, the right version is always the version everyone sees, and we have actually increased the number of bids we submit each quarter because the process does not eat up nearly as much time. For a small team like ours, that extra capacity is huge.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I wasn’t sure about trying another tool at first, but Steerlab was easy to get started with. There wasn’t any major setup required, and my team picked it up quickly. I also appreciate that it only uses our own content, which makes the answers feel accurate and trustworthy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I’d like more visibility into how the content library is being used. It would be really helpful to see which answers are used most often and which ones aren’t being used at all, so it’s clearer what’s working and what’s being ignored.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Steerlab saves a lot of time for our senior team. Previously, even a simple questionnaire could end up involving several experienced people. Now, junior staff can handle most of the work, and senior team members only step in when they’re actually needed.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The search finds the right answer fast from our own content, not something made up. Our reps use it during live deals and it saves them a lot of time. Assigning sections and tracking progress is simple too. The team picked it up quickly with no real training needed.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The Slack approval workflow feels a bit limited. I still have to go back into the app to actually take action. The Chrome extension also doesn’t cover one portal we use regularly. They’re relatively small issues, and it sounds like both are already being worked on.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We used to skip RFPs because the team didn't have time. Now we respond to almost everything. The AI handles the repetitive work and the team focuses on what matters. Response quality is up and turnaround time is down. Big difference for a sales team our size.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Honestly, the biggest thing for me is the peace of mind. Now, when I send a proposal out, I know exactly what’s in it and where it came from. The answers are pulled from our own documents, not something the AI made up, and if it can’t find a solid match, it simply says no. That level of transparency is exactly what our team needed, and it’s made the entire review process feel a lot calmer and more controlled.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    For some of the more specific regulatory forms we use, there isn’t a ready-made template, so you have to do a bit of setup yourself the first time. It’s only a one-time effort per document type, but a broader template library would remove that extra step. Overall, it’s a small issue.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We used to waste so much time just trying to get everyone on the same page emails going back and forth, multiple versions of the same document, and people stuck waiting on other people. The actual writing was the easy part. Now everything happens in one place, the right people are already looped in, and the final document goes out clean, with sources attached. Our proposals take a fraction of the time they used to, and we haven’t had to trade quality for speed. In this industry, that matters a lot.
