Simple, intuitive, and regularly optimized, with a very attentive team
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, very intuitive. Frequent optimizations and very proactive support. A team that is very attentive to its clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not use the analytics part. This will probably be the case when I have many more projects on Steerlab. This part, coupled with notifications (triggers) related to the response deadline and with follow-ups with the managers, will be a real advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Steerlab is a true accelerator in responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. But not only that, the AI tool (Co-pilot) is also very useful for responding to incoming requests by email, for example. I believe a browser extension and/or messaging tools are planned. This will also be a real accelerator with even greater penetration as it can help all functions of a company (sales, pre-sales, legal, support, security, partnership, etc.)

The AI allows us to short time-to-answer, collect and retain knowledge, and make wise decisions on what RFx to participate in
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to see more insights coming out of the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Steerlab is helping us answer RFIs, RFPs, and Security Questionnaires quickly and efficiently in a way that drives up our chance of being short-listed
