What do you like best about the product?
Most of the features are clear and easy to use
The flexibility to define and track a variety of metrics.
Clean design. Powerful building blocks allow you to create any metric you can dream up.
I'm currently using Notion to organize information about leads and it's been overly intuitive and fun to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to say about dislikes, sometimes the mobile app crashes but thats to be expected as a new product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM solutions definitely, also it keeps me on board with the status button to keep track of leads.
The to do lists have been very helpful for me to stay on track.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it out!! I recommend it both to entrepreneurs and businesses as it can help keep one person focused or a whole team on the right track. I personally love notion.so

What do you like best about the product?
This proivdes a great overall picture and then allows you bring it down to the single pieces and see each step of the project. It is very good interface but takes time and thinking through projects to get it fully set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up is intensive. It took our project manager about two months to get it fully functional for our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use it for project management and SOP and tasking and tracking tasks. I can't upload a screenshot of my Notion Screen for work. I have NDAs with my/our clients. I don't have the permission from the owner of the company to show that information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a while to import and set up all of your processes. be prepared for spending a bit of time with your processes and making sure that you have them set up correctly.
Easy Collaboration Tool and Document Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can import documents from Google Drive and Trello to make our collaborations easier! We all use a different method to keep our notes in order, so instead of having to copy and paste things over into another source, it makes it nice that we can just add them all together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a bland interface and sometimes its easy to lose track of documents - it would be awesome to have tabs to separate certain things (like budgets) to keep them away from others (like meeting minutes) instead of just putting it all in a folder - we can already to that with Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some benefits of using Notion include ease of sharing information/ideas through document linking/transferring as this has hindered us in executive board meetings before and it's helped keep everyone on the same page as they have the others' notes and thoughts at the touch of a finger.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good collaboration tool - especially for school organizations or business teams - I'd stick with a group size under 10, however as it can get a little too overwhelming with everyone's notes and documents in there.
Excellent tool for collaboration and sharing key information internally
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion as a place to keep company related information, procedures and policies. The ability to quickly and easily make articles, guides etc., is ideally suited to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The macOS app can be a little awkward at times. Opening links (shared in our Slack groups) opens the page in a web browser instead - a little annoying and there is no quick way to overcome this from what I could see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you need a place to store company related information, this is ideal. You can create various webpage style entries and keep track of edits and changes easily. We were able to create appropriate sections quickly and easily with the intuitive interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a go - it is a really useful tool, when used correctly. You need to invest time into adding content, but it is very simple and straight forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sophisticated AI and it's so much in detail. It's not too difficult to use although you need to get your hands on. If you’re looking for a note-taking alternative or you just enjoy putting productivity software through its paces, Notion is well worth a look. It's not that expensive either.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that their customer support team may be lacking behind a but but other than that, all's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem of sharing key notes with my employees and it's become so much easier now to do so.

Go ahead and do try giving it a go! It's truly worth it.
Great solution for smaller teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers everything that you might need to organize your work. I love having in the same app:
- Kanban
- Meeting notes
- Roadmaps
- Tasks
Everything is there, accessible and easily understandable. In my previous company, I have used different tools but I decided to use Notion as my trusted personal workplace.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion is a great tool but I have the feeling that has some limitations when it comes to big teams. compared to the most important tools available in the market (like Atlassian) it doesn't seem ready to compete. I have not checked the integrations and how it faces them though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to organize my work with a single tool, bringing operational tasks in the same platform as my notes and my projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Notion is great for small businesses, I am using it in the freemium version and I don't need other tools. The experience so far is perfect.
Fantastic all-in-one tool
What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one nature of Notion is helpful. I can keep almost everything related to my project in one place, which is really great for organizing and sharing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the text editing capabilities -- I always find myself wanting more customization options for the text editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I operate a property management company from Notion and I can easily share my business information with my virtual assistant, which is handy. I'm also sharing a page of to-dos with my contractor, which he can see, check things off the list, add to the list, and make notes. We can see each other's changes in real-time so it keeps us on the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a learning curve to figuring out how to use it, so give it some time, play with it a bit before you decide if it's for you. It's a great tool.

Love this project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Notion was actually a fairly new product when my team first implememented but now I can confidently say I can’t remember ever successfully organizing and managing team projects and daily tasks before it. Just a solid overall product with refined features and a wide range of capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve experience some minor glitches since starting with the product but nothing that has ever cause any significant setback or inconvenience. The only other negative I would mention is that the free version offered lacks many key feature

i love how it can import csv also organise everything what i used to open several apps to achieve. not only a good solution for teams around 10-20 to collaborate docs, scheduling timeline also do the task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Cover can have colour picker (HEX)
- A bit lagging while typing when the connection goes weak
- hopefully can colour some txt inline instead of blocks
- the picture should have description session (and can be counted as block)
- Quotes font-size too big
- Want a flowchart tool integration (Moqups, giffly, mindnode, lucidchart..)
- Can publish to Medium through one button

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion to do freelance projects with my clients, can both share information also allows them to track my process. however its's not really easy for some people to adapt.

only suitable for medium size team in my personal view.
