What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Notion is for planning the day and marking the tasks which I have to do and also planning the entire week.
When I plan my week, I note down all the tasks I have to do and separate them day-wise in Notion . Once the tasks are complete, I check them in Notion.
What is most valuable?
Notion offers excellent features for taking notes and planning the day.
I appreciate the way Notion organizes things, and I value that I can write my points and then read and discuss them later.
Notion has positively impacted my organization by helping me manage productivity. My productivity has increased because I can plan my tasks, and very little work spills over. Most of my work is completed because Notion keeps all the required work readily available.
The specific outcome related to this productivity increase is improvement in productivity.
What needs improvement?
Notion can be improved by making the user interface more interactive, as it seems rather basic.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Notion for about two years.
What other advice do I have?
Notion is a good tool that can be taken as a productivity improving solution. I would rate this review a seven out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
You get All inside one clean interface. Instead of juggling Google Docs, Trello, and random notes apps, Notion centralizes everything.

Flexible and Easy to Use, but Organization Needs a Better Folder Structure

What do you like best about the product?
Every Notion page feels like a blank canvas that you can shape into whatever you need. Some pages become graphs, others are lists, and some are working documents shared among different people. That flexibility is a big plus, and it’s also easy to pick up and use right away for just about anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a folder structure and the overall organization are really frustrating. When I have two related documents, I want to be able to place them in a folder without changing how those documents are laid out or shown for other people. It should be as simple and intuitive as organizing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it very easy for me to collaborate with my colleagues on a range of projects, timelines, FAQs, and video libraries. It’s also straightforward to manage access: I can restrict specific pages to certain people, or make other content external-facing when we need to work with a partner outside our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple visual appearance of Notion and its affordable and easy-to-configure functionalities. Additionally, the learning curve is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat more complex functionalities of triple bindings or property associations within 2 different databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management, solving historical issues, tracking and remote work, and facilitating the linking between databases.

I like how simple Notion is to use and the Kanban views. I also appreciate how customizable it is.

Sometimes it is too general and I wish it was easier to decide what/how to use it

I use Notion for tracking projects, timezones, and quota reliefs. It helps me know who owns what and the status of tasks, with simple Kanban views and great customization.
