Pricing

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a project management tool and knowledge library for my building design projects, and it's also great for organizing my personal life. I love how Notion allows me to collate all project data and knowledge in one place with an easy-to-navigate and shareable database. The AI features make designing these databases straightforward and achievable with little learning curve. The AI takes the technical learning curve out of the process and enlightens me on how it works while using it. I find the AI meeting notes, transcription, and summary features amazing, as they help extract minutes and create tasks from meetings to ensure nothing gets missed due to poor documentation. The AI integration was a game changer for me, making setup tasks very straightforward and automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some stronger time management tools would be great if they were integrated. Having timers with notifications could expand the usefulness of the tool. I'd like to see basic timers set up within task lists, which could be great for recipes or workouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to collate project data and knowledge in one place with an easy-to-navigate database. The AI features simplify database design, extract meeting minutes, and create tasks, reducing the chance of missing details.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion's pre-made templates for daily organization, and I like that I can find really good pre-built templates for what I need. It's a one-stop hub for my organization needs, and setting it up was easy because I just copied and started to use a pre-built template I purchased.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just find it too complex to figure out how to build templates and move things around like creating or editing columns or adding in custom formulas. I've never learned how to do that in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a one-stop hub for my organization needs, utilizing pre-made templates for daily tasks and content planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion helps me do things in a faster and more streamlined way. The keyboard shortcuts make things really quick. I also appreciate how everything is very interconnected and how I can create databases to store everything in an organized way. It's incredibly valuable for keeping all my information centralized, which saves me a lot of time. With Notion, everything is in one place, eliminating the need for multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I just need, like, more courses on how to use Notion to its fullest. I think it's pretty overwhelming software. If I could just have a bunch of help guides and you know, have them emailed to me and just, like, learn things about Notion and things I could integrate with my Notion. Not easy. I had to pay for a course to learn how to set up my command center. There's a lot of templates out there, but it's hard to know which is the best one. Notion is pretty difficult software to get set up and to use it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes all my information, making task-related notes accessible within project portals. It streamlines my work, with keyboard shortcuts enhancing speed and organization. It's valuable for managing ideas and tasks in one place, saving me time as an executive juggling multiple roles.
