Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my customer operations, and what I really like about it is the ability to create a human readable, human editable, and human inspectable layer of data and context. This lets me run AI workflows on top of it. My favorite thing about Notion right now is the reliable MCP connection it has with Claude, which allows me to edit things as a human while also using AI capabilities. Notion was already valuable for collaboration, and with the addition of Claude, I can update and build out databases and perform tasks that I might have required a team to do, all on my own. Setting up Notion was incredibly easy for me, as I had experience using it at a previous company, and our IT department facilitated the setup. The ease with which I could start using it was notable, and the collaboration features enhance my efficiency as a leader in customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the security settings can get a little bit complex. I found it a little tricky to manage access across different teams in my own team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to create a human-readable data layer that I can run AI workflows on, reducing the need for additional team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I like best about Notion is Notion AI. I like being able to just easily search and access, bringing the Internet into my notes directly. The recording tools are also great. I find it really valuable for enterprise work because it's all in one place and it feels natural. It makes me 10 times more efficient in what I'm doing. Being able to access everything directly within the workspace is super valuable, and the connectors are really great, allowing me to communicate with tools like Claude. The initial setup had a learning curve, but Notion AI and the templates made it a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if I was to think about Notion kind of like the Microsoft suite, it would be great if there were some Excel-like tools that were just native within Notion so that I could do more financial things. It's kinda clunky connecting to Excel or Sheets. And the same for PowerPoints or slides. It'll be cool if there was just some kind of basic slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for managing my entire business workflow and taking notes for projects. Notion AI boosts efficiency with easy enterprise search and integration, linking tools effectively. It's super valuable having everything connected, making my work feel natural in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is able to access all of my daily work platforms, which makes it really helpful for scheduling, meeting notes, follow-ups, and writing emails. The connection with G-Suite is also very helpful to us.

We just started using Notion a couple of weeks ago so we are still learning.
