Easy Setup, Great AI Tools, Needs Better Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to keep track of my tasks and resources for the company, and I appreciate how easy it is to find the resources I need using the AI tool. It really solves my problems with time, organization, and efficiency. I like its simplicity and easy user interface, which didn't require any training. It just took me a day or two to fully understand the app by playing around with it. The best part is the AI functionality, which helps me find documents and tables quickly and even create schedules based on what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would definitely see collaborating with different team members. It's not difficult, but it could definitely be more streamlined. Just collaboration with different teams being able to share different documents, making it easier. Yeah. Like, for example, if I find a document and I quickly wanna add my team member or, like, a certain group of people, I would wanna do that easily. Right now, it's not a streamline. So, yeah, that's what I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me save time, solve organization problems, and increase efficiency.
Notion’s Linked Databases and API Made My Project Management System Click
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to build exactly the project management system I need. I run 6+ active development projects with different collaborators, and Notion lets me create linked databases for Projects, Sprints, Tasks, OKRs, and Meeting Notes that all reference each other. The relation properties are incredibly powerful - I can see all tasks linked to a sprint, all sprints linked to a project, and track progress across everything. The API and MCP integration with Claude has been a game-changer for automating session logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can lag with large databases and complex views. When I have 50+ pages with multiple relations and rollups, switching between views takes noticeably longer. Also, the mobile app doesn't handle offline editing well - I've lost quick notes captured on my phone when sync failed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a solo developer managing multiple software projects simultaneously (trading platforms, game engines, coaching apps) with different collaborators on each. Before Notion, context was scattered across markdown files, GitHub issues, and my head. Now I have a single source of truth with linked Projects → Sprints → Tasks → Build Sessions. When I start a coding session, I can instantly see what I committed to, what's blocked, and what the priorities are. The searchable history means I never lose decisions or solutions from past sessions - I've recovered approaches from months ago that saved hours of re-work.
Streamlined Collaboration, Enhanced Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the overall user experience of Notion, the ease of documentation, the comments features, and Notion AI. It makes it easier to document the product roadmap, consolidate all research in one place, facilitate team collaboration, and run sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can easily become disorganized if many people are using it at once and there are no clear guidelines on how to use it best. This can be avoided with sharing templates on how teams should ideally use it and also building decluttering and cleanup features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for research documentation, product requirements, projects and tasks tracking, and meeting notes. It makes it easier to document product roadmaps, organize research, collaborate with the team, and run sprints.
AI Notetaker and Project Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for multiple things like the AI notetaker during meetings, which I use to structure my ideas and thoughts. I love using Notion AI, especially because it can propose solutions and stay within the document, which is incredible. The AI notetaker is a huge help since it takes notes for me during meetings, allowing me to be more attentive and giving me something to fall back on later to revise my thoughts. I really enjoy Notion for project management, and it helps a lot with tool management for my team. The initial setup of Notion was extremely easy, which I really liked.

Terrific AI Transcription & Writing Assistant—Easy Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it easily across all devices, and the meeting transcription alongside the AI writing assistant is terrific. I use it daily multiple times, and would highly recommend to everyone working in any professional or personal level. It is incredibly easy to implement, and to integrate with the systems required, providing the organisational IT team support this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike, although I have not managed to utilise it fully yet, such as the Knowledge Management , Project Management, and Enterprise Search functions, although I would love to learn these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop shop for all my note-taking, and resource management needs. It will be even more effective at supporting with project management once I have delved into this aspect.
Highly Modular but Setup Intense
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for task management because I can see everything on my plate, including the associated client, task details, priority, deadline, etc. I also like that it's very modular.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of work to get it set up to work for our team. It requires a lot of maintenance or it gets messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for task management because it lets me see everything I need, like client info, task details, priority, and deadlines. However, setting it up and maintaining it is time-consuming.
Robust Note-Taking with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for meeting notes, reference lists, and keeping up with daily tasks. I find it awesome for these purposes. The reference list is easy for my staff to use when complying with company policies. The accuracy of the notes is about 95%, which is pretty reliable. Definitely, the note taker stands out as a favorite feature for me. I also appreciate the accessibility to my teamspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the Notion Calendar. I wish it would open in Notion instead of in a new tab. I can do that from my regular calendar. I would also like it to include multiple calendars, as I run two different companies and have two different calendars. My only real complaint is that after every meeting, the app crashes. I relaunch it, and then stop the note taker. It hasn't lost any of the notes, so it is more of a latency, or maybe a space issue, than anything. Honestly, the initial setup was a little confusing. I watched several YouTube videos to get a sense of how to use it most productively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps my staff access reference lists easily for complying with company policies and provides accurate meeting notes, which are mostly reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion easy to learn and share with others. It's convenient to keep everything organized in one place. I value Notion AI for its usefulness in everyday task management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management, collaboration, and documentation. It solves my need for AI meeting notes and keeping everything in one place.
Streamlined Project Management with Modern UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's UI because it's sleek, modern, and very user-friendly. I find it easy to integrate with my Figma and Miro boards. The initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in Notion are hard, or not as intuitive, to find. Things like creating a database or changing the title of something could be more obvious or familiar to users. It would be better if they were more obvious features people can play with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management; it helps me organize company documents and forms.
Great for Nontechnical Documentation, but Slack Integration Falls Short
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's MCP servers make it easy to create documentation for nontechnical people at my organization and align on business outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slack integration does not work how I would expect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a knowledge base for our organization. It provides a place where engineers and nontechnical people can align on technical requirements, and the MCP server allows us to use this information directly while writing code.
