Notion AI is a game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I previously used Dashworks, but since Notion AI was released, it's helped immensely! I felt that prior to Notion AI, the keyword search lacked, so this has been a major enhancement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to comment. The search functionality was improved by Notion AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a completely remote company. We are a low meeting, high documentation culture so async collaboration tools are critical. I can collaborate on several different job functions with my team seamlessly.
Notion is perfect for student use
What do you like best about the product?
The easy note taking and the overall feel. So intuitive for student life as it tracks everything.

I would like to have offline pages so that I can work anywhere

Having too many apps to manage everything. This helps me with easier management

What do you like best about the product?
We need a memorandum for each internal executive meeting. Now we can focus on discussion with notion AI writing since we don’t need takings any memo!

One thing I would like to comment is notion sometimes has to be refreshed and it matters especially during the meeting sharing the screen.

Notion has been a game changer, making collaboration effortless by bringing every app and tool into one place, even letting you create a website with ease.

I dislike the limited sharing options, as giving edit access to a page still doesn’t allow others to make a copy unless they have full access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the challenge of juggling multiple tools for training, performance tracking, and project coordination by centralizing everything into one platform, making it easier to organize resources, collaborate with EAs and trainees in real time, and maintain clear, accessible documentation, all of which saves time and reduces miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's versatility as an all-in-one platform. I run fitness businesses, and I can keep all my fitness content, business plans, and personal goals organized in a single system. The seamless integration of project management tools, content calendars, and collaboration features helps me juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The customization options are invaluable—I can tailor my workspace specifically for fitness business needs without forcing my workflow into a predetermined structure. As my business evolves, Notion adapts with me, allowing me to modify systems on the fly. The ability to connect and link things everywhere between documents is very handy. I also love having access to it from my computer AND a very pleasant reading and editing experience on my mobile device. Perhaps most impressively, Notion AI amplifies my productivity by understanding the context of my work, helping me recall information or create content without having to explain my entire business model in every prompt. This integrated approach has revolutionized how I manage both my fitness business and personal responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone has a notion account like they do a google account. It's not quite as ubiquitous as google resources. I wish that sharing and collaborating on Notion documents with people that don't use Notion was a more seamless process.
Sometimes the flexiblity is a downside. IF you're not organized, then your space might end up unorganized. But that's not a tool problem per se as a personal problem haha.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my second brain. I dump everything into it, and it makes everything i put into it more valuable and accessible. I put ideas, tasks, notes, documentation for business, projects, life, logs and just about everything.
Notion is critical to my role as a CSM.

It would be near impossible to do my job without Notion as a documentation resource. Creation of articles is really easy and straightforward

Something like Scribe is really appealing for documentation of processes. I see a niche for both tools however, so maybe an integration would make more sense if it doesn't already exist.
Sometimes the search functionality doesn't quite take me where I am hoping it can be hard to find content. Notion, to some degree, is as good as the org you work for is able to have designed it. If nobody directly "owns" Notion things can just proliferate without great organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation of processes and resources. Gives me less that I have to remember or keep track of on my own and allows me to engage with and respond to clients more quickly. Allows me to more easily move from reaction to action.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to format and set up new pages of information, choosing the settings and privacy
What do you dislike about the product?
When archiving old pages- the new or replacement pages of information are not easily linked. It can be difficult to search for or find specific pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is our internal intraweb. I can find all internal policy documents, as well as product information. It also is used for ticket management with certain teams, like legal.

I loveeee templates!!! I like to get creative with my docs at work and create fun sops

it can be tricky to first use and I feel like it is a hard adoption.

I love using notion for SOPs, workflows, taking notes, and projects! it benefits me because I am a very visual person, but also a super unorganized personal naturally.
