What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI, its easy to naviage and I think the search works decently well!

Its hard to create template/docs that aren't just blank pages

What do you like best about the product?
As someone balancing a demanding medical leadership career, family life, and ongoing projects, I needed more than a simple note-taking app — I needed a system that could think with me. Notion has become exactly that: my second brain.
It’s where I capture ideas before they slip away, track my personal and professional goals, and manage a constantly shifting schedule. The flexibility is unmatched — I can build anything from a quick to-do list to a complex project dashboard, all in one place.
What I love most is that Notion grows with me. When my schedule changes, my Notion setup changes with it. It’s intuitive enough for quick notes between meetings, but powerful enough to manage multi-month strategic projects.

Steep learning curve, but once the basic building blocks are mastered then it’s a great tool.

Problem:

What do you like best about the product?
The Ask Anything about you Business section is one of the more helpful tools I've used in my career. The whole platform is so easy to navigate!
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Since AI search and being able to connect multiple data sources, slack, drive, github and linear Notion has become a power house at being able to find the right information when i need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires effort to keep pages in order and remove old pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be hard to find and organise data across multiple systems, this has become a lot easier and we've invested in Notion as the primary aggregator.
Notion AI makes everything easier
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is brilliant. It can build anything I need, can search my databases, it is easy to use and is always available. I highly recommend Notion, and especially the Notion AI - it has helped streamline my business and makes tasks, tracking, database building and updating simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep but there are lots of helpful videos, FAQs, and the Notion AI assistant to get you started - and once you get the hang of it, it is simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of where to keep track of all my business information and knowledge. Having one place with all the information I need, and one place to go to in order to expand and build my business has cut down on the time, energy, money it used to involve. The Notion AI can build everything I need, and is always available (and has proven to be very helpful) in customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do the most basic of things, such as manual database, and you make complicated things (e.g., automations and integrations) and make it seem very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks overwhelming at first. Lots of buttons and very prone to random wrong clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it's all in one, it saves me from using different platforms to serve one purpose.
Great for any use case
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to add pages and create templates for a variety of different things. I use it to track my school work, my finances, and we use it daily it for integrated datalogging and analysis at work. The whole thing runs very smoothly and being able to have shared workspaces is incredible.
I also enjoy the customizability, and being able to make my page aesthetically pleasing.
Community templates are a great help as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more functionality on tables similar to databases or tables in excel: totals, equations, the like.
On that note, for customization, more color options for cells in databases and tables may help with aesthetics and functionality.

Simple collaborative datalogging and data analysis.
Knowledge Management with Notion's AI
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Notion's AI feature. It helps me with knowledge management and customer support. Their customer support is very helpful as well

Its AI feature unfortunately cannot recall images from the sources

I have been a Notion user since high school and I now work as a creative designer
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the interface, the fact that it's customizable, with many elements you can add (images, videos, widgets). I appreciate that it's collaborative, that you can make pages public, and that you can use templates created by other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's a specific thing that I dislike about Notion, I use Notion's AI daily and there's some improvement there, but I think the only thing that I would say about Notion is that it takes time to actually get to know how to use it and learning to make this space your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently moved to the United States and as a French person, I use Notion AI every day to help with my translations. Notion AI helps me translate all my messages and emails. I also use AI for organizing my personal life and managing my freelance projects. It helps me enormously to have a sort of cloud on my computer and phone where I can access all my projects at any time.
Review of Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be integrated with other tools my company is using so it’s really easy to track down issues or questions, especially for a fully remote company.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ai side of notion feels really intuitive, the interface doesn’t. It feels like an old school HTML website at times, just not very smooth, fluid, or enjoyable to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us find answers to questions faster, take better notes, and have better documentation.
