What do you like best about the product?
Information is available at the speed of light. I am able to resolve issues much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it when I find a resource, and I must click the symbol to view more information. I can copy a link and open a new browser to review the new information and go back to what I was initially reading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion saves me time!! It helps me to stay efficient and realistic.

What do you like best about the product?
The Notion AI features have blown me away. AI meeting notes and a search functionality that parses through Slack and Google workspace has saved hours of time a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a lot of customizing for project management. This is good if you want to do this, but not so great if you're looking for project management capabilities out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI notetaking has taken away the burden of trying to take notes or delegate someone to take notes for meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI search feature when I need to find an answer quickly that's been documented internally or a quick solution for a customer that I cannot solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Notion can be overwhelming to organize if there are many departments in your company that utilize the same platform such as weekly recurring agendas, notes from calls, or simply finding a document you made a while ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become my company's centralized database for organizing information, typically this can get overwhelming with 300+ people operating on the same platform but the AI search feature has cut down the amount of time I spend looking for notes & information on a daily basis!

What do you like best about the product?
This is my first time using notion at a job and I absolutely love it. I quickly made it part of my workflow. Sometimes I don't even know where to begin finding an answer and I love that Notion has taken the guessing game out of it. I can also easily collab with my colleagues, and bookmark important resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly haven't found a downside yet! I love it.

As a newer employee, it has helped streamline onboarding and learning.

I enjoy the difference places you can go for information and the AI notion is really helpful - putting all the information you need in one place.

Sometimes it can feel a little messy depending on how you set up a page.

It helps me to assist customers by helping me locate the right information for me to do my job. It also helps me to know information to my bussiness like internal policies.

General features are complete and highly usable; AI features can be hit or miss

Composing pages and linking them together is easy, looks great, and works like you'd expect. I have few complaints about that.
AI search has lots of plugins, so you can see a lot of data from all over the organization with it, which is very handy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Finding stuff you're looking for can be a challenge. The search is fine but I sometimes wish it were better. I dreamed that the AI feature would be "search that always works", and occasionally it is, but sometimes it gives me nothing, and once I did see it totally hallucinate something, which was rather unhelpful.
Also lately it's just been spinning forever and giving me nothing. I'm sure this is a bug somewhere, but it's obviously a bit disappointing.

It maintains all our common business and technical knowledge and allows us to search through it.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to navigate and highly customization. I use Notion both for personal to-dos and work matters. Notion's recently released AI model has been a game changer when it comes searching for general questions about our company's structure, product, and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all, I thoroughly enjoy Notion. On occasion, I find it challenging to format texts / the body of text.

Notion AI has helped me consolidate my writing and meeting notes effectively

I really enjoy the versatility of using notion, I can implement almost any workflow without too much trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better integration with other tools, such as Paperpile or good docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I write meeting notes and action items, the AI writing assistant is awesome for being able to summarize so that I can share it with others. I also find that it's really helpful to summarize and spell correct so I don't need to double check stuff.
