What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant is absolutely phenomenal. Our new rule is before asking a manger, ask Notion first, and 99% of the time the answer is correct and so well explained!

I don't like how pages can be edited at all times. But that could be because our team just has it set up that way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a single place to get any and all information from any team across the org. We used to use so many different note taking, and document storage places, that things were getting lost and it was so confusing. Now we all know Notion is the place of truth!

I like how easy it is to use, search and build articles.

What do you dislike about the product?
It still requires a thorough review to confirm if the content shared is actually solid. Eventually it does not read the correct documentation, generating wrong responses. Overall, it is great, but it is not possible to rely solely in the info provided by Notion AI.

It helps me gather the right docs to provide solid answers.
Powerful Automations, But Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has amazing features. I am particularly impressed by its new features. However, the setup is often so challanging that I rarely use the new features. The meeting feature however is very simple and I like it a lot.

It offers one place to organize all of my thoughts.
I love it for general organization but cant bring myself to use smaller features

The fact that I can easily organize my space and make it personal

Certain high frequency use cases are still hard to use, such as indenting bullet points, adjusting spacing, or undoing certain things

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how easy it is to summarize and cross-reference documents. That's a lot of my job and it takes out so much of the manual effort, and it really saves time. I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It can be frustrating at times to format in pages, but the AI does an excellent job at anything I ask it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual effort it takes to review documents, cross-reference and create Quality Assurance test cases from product specs.

Team collaboration + database features + visual feel/UI + Notion AI are top notch. Very easy to use

Seamless sync between different Notion databases is still far from perfect

Innovative Solutions to Everyone’s Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I’m shocked every day at how much Notion can do! Not only do I use Notion for work, but also in my personal life. The capabilities of the system surpass my expectations and find solutions to problems that I was having with trying to customize common software. The creativity it allows is wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything I dislike, I think Notion can do a lot and a lot of those functions I haven’t learned yet, meaning there is a learning curve that one might not expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have trouble with customizing Excel sheets how I’d like, and Notion solves those for me with their databases. I also had trouble pulling reports and Notion is able to solve that with easy exporting!
I think the biggest thing Notion has solved is the creative aspect of spreadsheets and documents that are just as important as the information itself.

Notion: your best friend for your overloaded brain
What do you like best about the product?
As a huge Notion fan, I can confidently say that all the new feautures and especially its AI capabilities have completely changed the game for how I organize, process, and extract value from my knowledge database(s). AI seamlessly integrates into my workflows.

The mobile phone UI still lags behind the desktop experience

Notion solves information overload by turning messy notes into clear answers, tool fragmentation by centralizing everything in one workspace, and slow searches by letting AI instantly retrieve what I need
Steep Learning Curve, But Powerful Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's AI integration, particularly its connection with ChattyBT and the cloud desktop, which streamlines my workflow. This allows me to efficiently organize tasks by leveraging ChattyBT or Claude to input information into Notion without manually typing everything out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find setting up Notion very difficult. I've had to delete and sign up again multiple times due to the open-ended nature of the setup process, which lacks guidelines. It's still not solving too many problems for me as I'm trying to learn how to use it. I would prefer it if Notion became more user-friendly, perhaps by offering a version with prebuilt packages. I want a closed, more detailed environment alongside an open sandbox version. I'd also like to see prebuilt integrations and UI elements, such as prebuilt pages and databases that mimic other productivity apps.

Ease of Use and a Plethora of Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is very intuitive and has a ton of great features. Easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. No downsides i've noticed so far.

I use Notion for both personal tasks and collaborative work. I use it as a personal to-do list for self project management, and as a Kanban board for the entire team to collaborate.
