What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything in Notion is so customizable, with so many options and features in the writing tool—it's very handy. I can organize my pages in so many ways, easily changing from bullet points to toggles, adding drop-down menus, and adjusting headings to bodies. It makes organizing all my knowledge, documents, and data straightforward, and I don't need to worry about filing stuff because it's all on Notion. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess we could make Notion AI a little bit better, maybe a little bit free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to store meeting notes, SOPs, and processes, making it easy to share and collaborate. It keeps everything organized, storing all knowledge, documents, and data without the need for physical files.

Versatile Tool with Room for Improvement

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly useful for creating docs and trackers, basically as a replacement for Google Docs, because everything was easy to keep in one place. I really like the table feature. As a content writer constantly working on different content formats, it was easy to manage the work by keeping track of deadlines, assigning additional work to team members, and managing other work in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like indent or line spacing, can be improved. It's not easy to shift things right or left if in a toggle; you can, but that is not clearly shown. You need to hit a few buttons before it works. Also, it was a learning curve for me since I was used to Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create docs and trackers, replacing Google Docs, making it easy to manage and keep everything in one place. As a content writer, it helps track deadlines, assign tasks, and manage work efficiently.

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a central workspace to organize notes, manage projects, and collaborate with my team. It helps me track tasks, document processes, and plan campaigns efficiently. I really like its flexibility and all-in-one nature, which allows me to create various things without having to switch between apps. The ability to customize pages, link related content, and structure information according to my needs makes it feel tailored to my workflow. The collaboration features, like sharing pages with teammates or commenting directly, help to keep everyone aligned and reduce unnecessary back and forth. I also appreciate the community around Notion, where users share a variety of templates and tips. Using templates like meeting notes and project trackers drives efficiency as I don’t need to create everything from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pages with a lot of content or large databases can load slowly, which can slow down the overall process. In addition, there can be a bit of a learning curve for new users. While the flexibility is great, it can also be overwhelming at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize notes, manage projects, and collaborate with my team. It centralizes scattered information, reducing confusion and saving time. I like its flexibility and all-in-one nature, which lets me tailor workflows efficiently.
