I’ve used it for three years and love it
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized I can make my life using it, especially the workspaces allow me to keep work and school speerated

It hasn’t really added more features and I feel like list and canvas in slack are taking away from its market size

Taking notes when I’m trying to learn something new and also being able to access data base rapidly and import csv

Notion AI has become my go-to for speeding up my workflow. I use it to quickly draft meeting notes, summarize documents, and brainstorm ideas without switching tools. It’s seamless, intuitive, and saves me hours each week. Definitely a game-changer for productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion AI’s suggestions can be a bit generic, and I wish it offered more customization for tone and style without extra prompting. It would also be great if AI responses loaded a little faster for larger documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me cut down the time I spend drafting, summarizing, and organizing information. Instead of starting from scratch, I can get a structured first draft, summarize long notes, or brainstorm ideas in seconds. This lets me focus more on refining my work and less on repetitive tasks, making my workflow faster and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of AI makes my usecase of notetaking so much easier and takes a load off for me. I can document and have it organize, prettify, and streamline my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up things like tables or databases dont feel intuitive. Photos are added like text and its hard to manipulate layout

Confusing Setup, Needs Better Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the calendar view in Notion and the ability to create subtasks under a parent task. These features keep everything organized and help me know what I'm working on each day. It's especially valuable under a project management setting for minimizing chaos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup with Notion confusing, particularly distinguishing between databases, pages, and projects. Setting up tasks was less intuitive compared to Asana. The Slack integration isn't very helpful because it doesn't support templatized tasks seamlessly, requiring extra steps to recreate tasks in templates. Additionally, the lack of automation is a significant drawback, especially the inability to automatically adjust task dates when one date changes.

Notion minimizes chaos by providing a calendar view and task records, keeping my marketing team organized with clear daily workflows.

I love how I can make notion my own and how I can update/change items as needed, the customization Notion offers is quite amazing.

I don't dislike anything about Notion, it's a great tool for various use cases in my day to day work.

I can find everything I am looking for in one easy place, the AI is great for fast and quick searches of my company database and the customization I can have on my own pages/notebooks is amazing.
Efficient, Customizable, and Essential for Students
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion saves me time by making the studying process quicker, enabling better performance in school. Its interactive features are much more engaging than Google Docs. The customization options are plentiful, allowing me to tailor it extensively. I find the Notion AI, especially the AI meeting notes, incredibly helpful as it efficiently handles information, enhancing my workflow and study process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process for Notion quite challenging initially due to the learning curve. It took me a while to get a handle on it, but resources like YouTube videos and Notion's own articles helped. Additionally, knowing all the keyboard shortcuts was crucial to making note-taking easier, which I found to be another initial hurdle.
