Notions is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be the central hub for all things work

Nothing. I really enjoy it. I thought it was great they incorporated AI

Frustrating Experience with Poor Usability
What do you like best about the product?
There's nothing I especially like about Notion that's not offered at a higher level by competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion much more difficult to use compared to Coda. The transition to Notion was challenging, and the user interface does not feel intuitive or logical. Not being able to create different tabs within a page or add more than one table without it affecting other elements is frustrating and nonsensical. The whole platform seems poorly developed and feels like it is still in its early stages, despite having been around for years. There are several limitations in functionality that disrupt my workflow, and I often avoid using it wherever possible. The setup process was also extremely frustrating, and overall, I find Notion clunky and illogical. Despite using it multiple times, I haven't been able to get comfortable with it, which is a stark contrast to other platforms where I can easily figure things out.

Simple and easy to use. I like being able to organize my class schedule as well as able to see assignments I have due.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complicated getting to know the app when I first started. So there’s a bit of a learning curve

The AI is the first source I go to for reviewing class notes or summarizing my notes. I use it constantly to help aid me in organizing thoughts, creating a study plan, and answering questions to help debug my code.
A great tool for synthesizing your knowledge into one place
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is best in its simplicity. Its very easy to store and thoughtfully organize your thoughts. Using Notion AI is a great way to built on your existing thoughts and weave in new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its simplicity, it can sometimes be inflexible. This is both a strength and a disadvantage. It can’t do anything you want it to, and so not every project is suitable for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stores all my personal knowledge, from applications, to habit tracking, to to-dos. It gives me one place as the focus point

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be a really powerful productivity tool. It excels in organizing tasks across multiple teams and functions, aiding not only my professional work but also personal goal setting. The ability to visualize and reprioritize tasks makes team collaboration efficient. Creating multiple pages and assigning tasks to team members ensures everyone has a consolidated view, fostering better team coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?

I find it difficult to understand the characteristics or properties of each column, and I'm not familiar with the terminologies used by Notion. Navigating solutions through the help desk is somewhat difficult for me.","Initially, switching to Notion from a platform like Microsoft Word was challenging due to unfamiliarity with how to use it. Although it became easier over time, there are still some smaller nuances that occasionally trip me up.","I think having a video tool or an immediate support agent or live agent for assistance would significantly improve the experience with Notion."}

Simple, Organized & major Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Writing assistant and the knowledge management focus, and how it can easily help me find relevant items, and fix up my notes, create a database and an entire framework from a PROMPT! game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just started using the MCP that integrates into GPT, so more to come here. not much to dislike. Notion style simplicity works well and is consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganized notes, and non existent frameworks, making it hard for teams to stay organized and have consistent quality control over work output

How easy it is to build resources for a team that can easily be shared and changed. New improvements always coming. Great way to work with knowledge management in a fluid way. The AI features save a lot of time and still growing in usefulness

Best Meeting Notetaker
What do you like best about the product?
Been loving Notion to use for a Notetaker, easy to keep track of client calls + take notes without an external tool crashing my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the notetaker distinguished between when I'm talking and when the client is, it's just all one transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has all of our company knowledge in one place, easy to look up a question on a call and have an immediate answer rather than "circling back with them".
Notion allows me to manage all my documents.

Best place to keep everything aligned regarding work.

I dont think there is anything bad about it.
