Cannot include images in tables and some pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the mess of having multiple separate tools to organize my tasks, notes, and projects. Having everything in one place makes my day-to-day much easier, helps me be more productive, and ensures I don't miss anything important. With the AI Writing Assistant inside Notion, it's even faster to create texts and ideas without wasting time jumping between apps. This keeps me more focused on what really matters!
Efficient and precise
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sharing capabilities, the visual layouts and the AI assistant is a fantastic tool to search across notion pages for businesses. It is very intuitive to use and learn for everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered more flexibility in terms of the visual layout and the AI was able to read embedded pages when you want to limit search to one source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us innovate search capabilities across large databases and identify recurring patterns and trends.
A must have software for providing a centralized repository for company specific information.

The ease of use as well as the level of customizability. It allows our team to create exactly the software style we need to encourage the most productive work habits.

I wish the calendar was integrated with Notion the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I love notion for its ease and flexibility. I use it to track all of my work tasks personally, and to collaborate on group tasks. Personally, i use it for shopping lists, trip planning, and keeping track of my purchases
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has had a few instances where it takes a LONG time to load and my workspace freezes up, making me lag on my work. The notetaking ai function was something i was VERY excifted for because i keep all of my notes on notion and this would keep me from having to use multiple tools. Howevere, the one time i used it it made my zoom very laggy and made for a very awkward call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i use notion as knowledge mgmt for collaboration. also for managing multiple projects and as a to do list. All of my meeting notes are on there as well

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion looks like a Wikipedia and is super easy to use and navigate.

I honestly can't think of anything, I have enjoyed notion a lot these past 2 years.

Notion is a one stop shop for info relating to work. It solves the issue of having to ask people in person or asking over and over again when I forget something.

It enhances my work by allowing me to create organized and beautiful pages, making it easy to structure my notes with colors, bullet lists, emojis, and dropdown sections. The integration with GitHub streamlines our workflow, helping programmers manage tasks smoothly by tracking PR states. I also appreciate Notion's flexibility and ease of use in organizing my work, which makes it stand out.

Really easy to organise and customise my pages and make my notes digestible

Harder to have multiple pages open at once to be able to cross reference

Powerful, But With Some Trade-offs
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration of everything in one place is Notion's strongest selling point. Instead of juggling between different apps for notes, databases, project management, and documentation, everything lives cohesively in a single workspace. The ability to link between pages, embed databases anywhere, and have all my information interconnected powerful for both personal and team use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can be frustratingly sluggish, especially with larger databases or when switching between pages quickly. The loading times add up throughout the day and can interrupt your flow. Additionally, Notion has a very opinionated approach to how you should organize and interact with your information - you're essentially forced to adapt to their paradigm rather than having the flexibility to work the way you naturally would.

We use it as a centralized management software for knowledge and our tasks.
