Organised workspaces for better productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Notion’s standout feature for me is its flexible and highly customisable workspace. I particularly appreciate the ability to build tailored databases and dashboards to track test cases, bugs, and project timelines, all within one intuitive interface. The ease of interlinking pages and embedding external resources also helps streamline documentation, making information incredibly accessible and organised for my entire QA team.
What do you dislike about the product?
When traveling or working with unreliable internet, it becomes difficult or impossible to access or update important documents and notes, Therefore I think there should be support for Offline as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the challenge of fragmented documentation and scattered information across multiple tools by consolidating everything into a single, flexible workspace. It enables me to maintain centralised test cases, bug-tracking dashboards, and project documentation, greatly improving visibility and team collaboration. This structured approach reduces confusion, saves time spent locating resources, and significantly boosts our team's productivity and organisation.
The all-in-one workspace we didn’t know we needed
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has transformed how our team works, collaborates, and organizes knowledge. As content marketers, we use it for campaign calendars, content pipelines, SOPs, and even onboarding documents—all in one place. The clean, minimal interface keeps things distraction-free, while the flexibility of databases, toggles, linked views, and templates allows us to build our own workflows without depending on engineering.
In 2025, the new Notion Calendar and Projects features have made it even more powerful. We can now track deadlines and dependencies across content, design, and product teams—right within Notion. The AI Assistant is surprisingly good at summarizing meeting notes, suggesting blog outlines, and even cleaning up messy drafts. It’s not just a productivity tool; it’s become our team’s second brain.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is super flexible, sometimes that flexibility leads to messy setups if there are no clear guidelines. It can take a while for new team members to adapt, especially if they haven’t used a modular workspace before. Also, real-time collaboration isn’t as smooth as Google Docs when multiple people are editing the same block. Lastly, the mobile experience—though improved—is still not ideal for fast edits or database interactions on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us centralize our knowledge and processes, so nothing gets lost across spreadsheets, chats, or emails. From strategy decks to execution checklists, everything lives in one place. We no longer waste time searching for the latest content brief or stakeholder feedback—it’s all linked and structured in Notion.
The AI tools are especially beneficial for summarizing internal documents, cleaning up content, or even generating first-draft blog ideas. With Notion Calendar and Projects, we’ve aligned our editorial and go-to-market planning without relying on separate PM tools. Overall, it reduces context switching and helps us move faster as a distributed team.

Notion Keeps My Work and Ideas Organized in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Notion is - I can use it for notes, task lists, projects tracking, or even personal stuff like habit tracking. The drag-and-drop blocks make it really easy to build pages the way i want. I also like how everything stays synced across devices, so i can pick up where i left off anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit slow to load, especially with large pages. Offline access could also be better - it's not always reliable when i don't have internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place - notes, tasks, and projects. It saves me from switching between multiple tools and makes it easier to stay focused and on track.

Flexible, Fast, and Feature-Rich -Notion
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Notion is that it is flexible in use. Integration and implementation is also easy. It adapts to your needs without forcing you into rigid structure. Customer supports are excellent. Its features like Database & relations, all in one workspace, templets and community etc. makes it wonderful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is its performance as it is slow on large complex page. For most real time editting it requires internet connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly core problems are solved by Notion. It is beneficial in tools consolidation as we do not need other apps for notes, wikies, calendars, database. It support both free-from ideations and organized execution.
Our digital Swiss army knife
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility. We have managed to centralize documentation, processes, and even the company's key databases in one space. Additionally, the user experience is smooth and very visual, which facilitates teamwork and adoption by the different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a greater depth in some database functionalities (complex filters, dynamic relationships) is missed. We have also noticed that, with a lot of content or embeds, it can slow down a bit. More advanced permission management could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Notion, the information was spread across different formats and tools, which led to duplications, time losses, and lack of traceability. Thanks to Notion, we now have a centralized system that allows us to have order and immediate access to all the company's knowledge, improve collaboration between departments, and optimize internal processes.
Nice featureful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily the collaboration features, great for sharing internal documentation and notes
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing functionality isn't super explicit, and can be hard to manage for external users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all documentation
The only data management app you need
What do you like best about the product?
It not only has the functionallty of multipe apps (Tasks, Notes, Database, CRM), it's very intuitive and easy to use. You don't need to invest a lot of time (though some people do) in setting things up to start using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge deal, but it's a little limited in text formatting. When pasting from emails or documents for example, it won' t always look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found Notion incredibly useful for both personal and business purposes. I used it daily. For business, I use it for CRM and project management. The database management is deeply customizable in terms of creating fields, views, and even automations and forms. I can set it up to work exactly the way I want for managing accounts, orders, opportunities, vendors, projects, tasks, etc. And I can easily create and modify database structures and views on the fly while I'm entering data. No need to go to a special "Settings" or "Set up" area to make changes. Literally as I'm creating or editing a record, I can simultaneously add/edit/remove fields, views, etc. For personal use it's valuable for travel planning, home projects, managing medical information, etc.
Notion brilliantly combines the functionality of multiple apps (notes, tasks, CRM, database) into one very flexible solution. One of the most powerful, but seemingly simple, aspects of Notion is it's hybrid database/notes structure. For simple note-taking purposes, you can create "pages" on which you can add or embed different types of content. But when you create a database, each record is itself also a page. That is, besides a record containing the fields you create (dates, dropdowns, numbers, etc.) it's also a page in which you can add free-form information, as well as sub-pages or even other databases. And all data can be easily related to each other, so it's simple to keep track of info and jump to exactly what you need. Features like templates, automations, and AI, make workflows even smoother and more efficient. It's a powerhouse app that I don't know what I would do without.
