Notion With Motion Productivity

  • July 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and all-in-one functionality. It allows you to build your own system for managing tasks, notes, projects, and databases—all in one place. Whether you're organizing personal goals or managing a team, Notion adapts easily. Its drag-and-drop interface and intuitive layout make it easy to implement, even for beginners. You don’t need to be tech-savvy to get started, and there are plenty of templates to help. I also use Notion frequently—almost daily—because it fits so many needs without switching between apps. From journaling to project planning, everything lives in one workspace. Customer support, while mostly self-serve through guides and forums, is responsive when needed, and the community offers a lot of helpful resources. Overall, Notion combines power and ease of use, making it a go-to tool for both personal productivity and team collaboration. i can also intregate with other app and it work smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes be slow, especially when loading large pages or databases with lots of content. This can be frustrating when you’re trying to work quickly. Also, while its flexibility is a strength, it can feel overwhelming at first—there’s a learning curve, and setting up the perfect system takes time and experimentation. Offline functionality is another weak point; Notion relies heavily on an internet connection, and its offline mode is limited, which isn’t ideal for people who need constant access. Lastly, mobile performance isn’t as smooth or powerful as the desktop version, which can make it harder to use on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving the problem of scattered information and disorganized workflows by bringing everything into one centralized, customizable workspace. Instead of juggling between multiple apps for notes, task management, calendars, wikis, and collaboration, Notion combines all these functions into a single platform. This has benefited me by simplifying how I plan and manage both personal and professional tasks. I no longer need separate tools for writing, tracking projects, or storing important information—it’s all in Notion, neatly organized and easy to access. It saves time, reduces mental clutter, and helps me stay focused and productive.

Amazing task and ticket management software.

  • July 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The easy assignment of tasks and tickets, with maintaining notes, sending updates to the tickets, also organising the task under different boards for different team, cost friendly compared to JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, Notion can improve a bit over integrating with the third party apps like JIRA does, it blends in easily for monitoring and other softwares, but Notion is not much evolved to do that. For me it is about the integration with other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So we have a small team of 4 members, and we work along with a marketing firm, and it is very hard time to convey update to the firm manager, who as many tech products supporting there marketing works, so maintaining these products tickets, updates and time to deployment. By using Notion, the manager can also see what's happening, and since it's a startup, micro management is not there, so Notion along with Miro with email is used to keep all the things on track.

Notion: An AI Experience

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There's a massive library of free and paid templates from creators - for students, entrepreneurs, developers, writers, teams, etc. You don't need to start from scratch.

You can also auto-summarize notes, rewrite content, brainstorm ideas, and create structured documents instantly. It blends seamlessly into your existing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow load times for large pages or complex databases.

Mobile and desktop apps can lag, especially with heavy use or poor internet.

Not ideal for quick, on-the-go notes - a simple notes app is faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Tools like Google Docs or Trello have fixed structures.

• Notion's Solution: Fully customizable building blocks - pages, toggles, embeds, databases - allow users to build tools their way.

Problem: Teams struggle to centralize SOPs, processes, and shared knowledge.

• Notion's Solution: Powerful wiki and documentation features with cross-linking and nested pages make internal knowledge easy to store and retrieve.

My Second brain during mba

What do you like best about the product?
As an MBA student balancing classes, assignments, content, and my startup — Notion is my go-to tool.
I use it to track my to-dos, organize subjects, store notes, plan content and manage Internly (My startup) — all in one place.
It’s super flexible, easy to use, and honestly like one of the best tool out there for notes taking .
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can get a bit slow at times, especially on mobile. The images are loaded slower in mobile as compared to laptops.
Also, it takes a little time to figure things out in the beginning — there’s a bit of a learning curve if you’re new.
But once you get the hang of it, it’s totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my biggest problem — keeping everything in one place. Earlier, I used to manage notes in one app, to-dos in another, and startup ideas somewhere else. It was super messy.
Now with Notion, I’ve built one system for everything — studies, projects, content, and even my startup tasks.
It helps me stay focused, save time, and feel less overwhelmed. I don’t waste time switching apps or searching stuff anymore. Everything’s right there, just how I want it.
