Highly recommend for any team scaling fast.
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, I use Notion daily to manage docs, roadmaps, and team knowledge. The AI Writing Assistant helps me write faster and clearer, the Knowledge Management tools keep everything in one place, and Enterprise Search saves me hours finding info across projects. It’s boosted both my productivity and our team’s alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issues with large pages: Once a doc gets heavy with content, embeds, or databases, it can slow down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me centralise all product documentation, meeting notes, and team knowledge in one place, making it easier to stay organised.

There can be too much clutter. Too easy to make changes

ease of use and ability to search people directly. haven't needed customer support yet. has lots of features to cover all the bases and I use it almost daily so its important

What do you like best about the product?
I most like the fact that if I don't fully know what I need to write down, or how to organize my thoughts Notion.AI steps in. I can take a photo of a roughly scribbled image, I can enter in a few items of a list and ask for guidance moving forward, I can have my thoughs finished in an excellent format allowing me to brainstorm and organize my idea and processes more clearly. Also I like the integrations. I build something somewhere else, import it into Notion and integrate that process, website, vibe-coded app into Notion (in my case a Market Research report made in Bolt.new) LOVE IT!!!!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides. Not difficult to use. Once I took a few minutes to learn the platform, I was off and running. Once you have the basics after a few minutes, very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my thoughts in a meaningful way. Allowing me to aggregate information from many places into one clear, portable, dynamic format. Easily shared with team, easy to add team members.
A great tool that will help with many different tasks in your day at work
What do you like best about the product?
Notion, is a great tool, and has so much flexibility that lets you handle many different tasks at teh same time. With my company we use a lot the databases and tasks, but the integration with code writing and all the new tools like buttons are amazing. I use it everyday several hours a day and I love navigating in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Calendar and Mail are great ideas but not executed in the best way.
I like and use calendar, which being a simple tool, does it's job, but Mail is too basic and seems jsut a Gmail wrapper, while I would expect more of a new take on emails, like you have done with the main notion app

It keeps all the data of my company in one place. K-base, client info, tasks, project tracking, note taking, meetings registering and intergration with external tools, makes it the go to app for my company

What do you like best about the product?
Super useful that the AI uses the pages available to give insights

Not able to use as a CRM like planhat or hub spot because it is so much easier to use

It it super easy to use and has so much functionalities which are also constantly improving

when they add updates which are fantastic but i then can't put them into my pre built boards easily

the new note-taking tool is amazing the transcripts are great and the outcome just saves SO much time. It makes collaborating with a team super easy and sharing tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the inception style layering you can build out your workplace with. The AI feature I use as an assistant to help write, create summaries and to order my thinking. It saves me so much time.

I find the graphs and tables still quite mind bending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a creative, neurodivergent, soletrepreneur who has to wear a lot of hats in my business. Notion acts as my really efficient colleague, as the library for all that I"m working on and the basic runnings of my business. The AI software helps to organise my workings, provide summaries of resources saved and tighten up my writing or suggest solutions when my brain isn't working.

AI Features 10/10 and the excellent UI. Amazing customer support when needed

Learning how to use the "/" key effectively

Having all interal documentation in one place and it is searchable.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to link pages and sites and upload documents to notes pages. helpful AI tools for note taking and organising. I like being able to make lists on my laptop and access them easily from my phone

I wish it came with a few more templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes it easier to find my notes when there are lots of them because I can search by theme, author, key finding etc. it helps me stay organised with calendar view and countdowns to my deadlines
