Notion makes my workday so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The integration tools are robost and lets me connect all the software I use right into notion for seamless reporting. I like how organized it keeps my meeting notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to use the database feature has been challenging, and the how-to makes it a little tricky for a layperson to understand. Once I was able to overcome that, database usage has made my meetings run a lot more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI Writing Assistant tool makes it super easy for me to turn my shorthand into comprehensive meeting recaps for my team! I also love how it can pull action items based on the notes

Notion AI greatly aids with providing a suitable scaffold of information and points I want to deliver to my clients.
These could also be fine-tuned with different tones and formality that plays well into my preferred way of communications

What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing external information that is immediately available on the page is a bit tricky and sometimes incorrect.
If i ask it to give a few examples, the diversity & variations are pretty limited if I ask Notion AI to try again if I don't like the prior selections.

Excellent tool to start a first draft with.
Get my feet wet almost immediately when I have an idea & a base to start off with.
A quick way to rephrase the same message for different audience depends on the level of technical expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to upload documents to the site. This is especially helpful when I need a summary statement of my work or someone else's.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price. Maybe 5 dollars would be a better option. Or some sort of student or government discount.

Notion helps summarize long papers I have written into concise and well formulated blurbs

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates seamlessly and provides value in all aspects of my life. From generating meeting notes, extracting action items, helping me plan menus for social events, to being an awesome brainstorming and organization tool, Notion does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database functionality is still evolving -- this could be such a powerful tool, however relationships between database are a bit clunky to use and I would love a way to generate visualizations (e.g. a visual Opportunity Solution Tree that you could also see in a Table view)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to move faster, condense notes and information in a way that's quick for others to consume, and be more productive on a daily basis. It is difficult to draw a direct line to overall business performance but it absolutely increases efficiency.

I wish there was a easier to way to organize. Maybe notion AI could do that for you? sometimes i have too many notes in personal

The database are intersting but the formula part is too complex to use

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to use, and the drag-and-drop functionality makes it simple to rearrange and organize information however you like. Also, Notion's collaborative features make it easy to work with others, whether you're sharing a page or working together in real-time on a project. It's very useful to see the edition history as well to keep track of changes. As a company's Wikipedia, it's very well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes rearranging the blocks is not very convenient, and it's easy to mistakenly create pages that clutter the whole page hierarchy. The databases could use some better integration especially regarding merging them together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of allowing the company to set up comprehensive pages for SOP/practices & hierarchising all info in one spot. My business performance also improves since toggles, bullet points & notion AI makes it way easier to share easy to understand projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a customized business hub that helps me organise my business and improve productivity and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has inter connected databases but I want see buttons that can custom fill a new page of personal data from one table to another. Eg: When a lead converts into a client, a button should allow a new page with lead information to automatically paste in client tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how easy it is to document and generate ideas or structures with its artificial intelligence assistant. Microsoft and Google have not implemented this yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the Notion assistant deletes all the content and rewrites the same thing uncontrollably. It's a testing phase, so in the future, I believe this section should be better.

Notion allows you to create a second brain with its databases and artificial intelligence assistant. The information can be structured and made accessible to anyone on the team.
