Versatile All-in-One Workspace That Scales
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion’s block-based pages and database system—being able to turn any page into a table, board, calendar, or gallery instantly is incredibly powerful. The vast library of community-created templates means I can get started on anything from meeting notes to product roadmaps in seconds. Its real-time collaboration features let me work with teammates seamlessly, and the sleek, distraction-free interface keeps me focused on what matters most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can become sluggish on very large or media-heavy pages, and its offline support is still somewhat limited—editing without an internet connection sometimes leads to sync conflicts. The learning curve for advanced database relations and rollups is steeper than it appears, so power-user features can feel intimidating at first. Customer support response times can vary, and some native automation and reminder capabilities still lag behind dedicated task managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the “too many disconnected tools” problem by unifying notes, docs, task boards, and databases in one flexible workspace—no more juggling separate apps for writing, spreadsheets, kanban, or knowledge bases. For me, that means:
Single source of truth: All project specs, meeting notes, and research live in one place, so I never waste time hunting through emails or shared drives.
Custom workflows instead of rigid templates: I can build exactly the structure I need—whether it’s a CRM-style database, an editorial calendar, or a personal journal—and tweak it on the fly as requirements evolve.
Real-time collaboration without context switching: Team members can comment, assign tasks, and update status directly in the doc or board we’re already using, cutting down on Slack pings and duplicate status meetings.
Automated roll-ups and dashboards: By linking task databases to higher-level roadmaps, I get a live overview of progress without manually copying updates.
Altogether, these capabilities have cut my tool-hopping in half, accelerated onboarding for new teammates, and kept everyone aligned on priorities—so our projects move faster and with fewer miscommunications.

A Power User's Deep Dive into the Future of Workspace Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI turns writing tasks into quick wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've tried to find things to dislike about Notion AI, but honestly, I can't come up with any real complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a daily user of Notion AI, I've experienced a dramatic transformation in my workflow. It helps me power through my content creation tasks in record time, sparks fresh ideas when I'm stuck, and turns my scattered thoughts into well-structured documents. Whether I'm summarizing lengthy meeting notes or maintaining consistency across my project documentation, Notion AI has become my indispensable digital partner, turning what used to be hours of work into efficient, polished results in minutes.
It’s been fabulous, such a handy tool in my workforce.
What do you like best about the product?
I’m loving the fact that the more information that gets input into my tea spaces the more the AI Writing assistant has been able to help me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing that I dislike so far, it’s by far exceeded my expectations so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and simplifying tasks and templates for me.
The current industry standard knowledge base tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great UX, really versatile, many third-party integrations, with plenty of ways to store and visualize content, and great recently added AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit too much for simple note-taking activities. Also, the search used to be terrible, but it has been improving very rapidly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing the company's knowledge base, and make them easily available.
Notion AI - not the ordinary AI!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has transformed how our Sales team finds, summarizes, and leverages content. What used to take hours—like digging through 300-slide decks or multiple repositories—is now done in minutes. Its ability to search across both Notion and Google Drive (without uploading anything manually!) is a superpower for our company. It’s incredibly intuitive and accurate, and has become a go-to for everything from RFI responses to demo prep.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d love deeper integrations-especially with Gong. While there's a potential workaround via API, a native one-click connection would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Sales team struggled with two major pain points:
Finding and summarising information fast
Accessing content stored outside Notion (especially on Google Drive)
Notion AI solved both. It’s particularly useful for finding specific slides or content pieces, generating RFI responses (better than tools like Hypercomply), and even searching through legal docs and order forms. It’s saving our AEs roughly 1 hour/week each, and scaling that across the GTM team gives us a serious productivity lift.

Great for both professional and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of having all my disjointed apps and notes to be accessible within the eco system. An everyday work horse that has the ability to implement apps eases the experience to make decisions on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion mail still has a lot of issues with emails not showing, syncing, and even sending with attachments. The view we see when opening an email where you see every thing in a chain makes the scrolling up and down and up again exhausting to do a simply reply.

By it's very friendly integration with my professional app stack and personal.
Very good product, better than Coda, Asana, Trello and ClickUp IMO

Notion AI vs native features.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is incredibly helpful when creating new pages for databases, new data spaces and sometimes using it to ingest information and creating pages.
Notion AI for meetings has also received positive feedback from my team.
Notion AI for meetings has also received positive feedback from my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sincerely find the Notion templates unhelpful if I'm being honest. They don't typically work well all the time and the likelihood of it breaking is high all the time.
It also takes a long time to build a template so having some ease of use would be helpful.
