Handy Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion all the time – it's a critical tool for organizing our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty happy - no thoughts regarding room for improvement.

Saves time from writing prompts
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Notion AI is that it can use the context from my notes without requiring lengthy prompts to give context every time. This is an advantage compared to ChatGPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Notion AI is that, compared to ChatGPT, is less accurate in its delivery. Additioanally, it is more difficult to make subsequent adjustments to your prompts, as each prompt disappears once you have executed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organise my second brain with Notion. I use to capture, organise, and distill my notes, as well as write articles making use of what I have learnt. I also use Notion to organise the work of my startup.
Notion IA helps tidy up my writing
What do you like best about the product?
I utilize Notion IA to improve my writing fairly often. It doesn't always make great recommendations, but it is easy to use. I'm able to provide an outline or a mess of notes and it can help me clean it up and improve my overall sentence structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually only use it for the IA feature right now. I still use notes or notepad to take down notes quickly. If Notion was easier to trigger from my phone or Mac, just how notes is, I'd probably prefer it. I also share notes a lot and I don't want people have to pay for something just to collaborate with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus on the meeting at-hand while I take messy notes. That while after the meeting Notion can quickly help me clean things up a bit. That's is the piece that I see being the highest value of Notion.
I love Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's AI capabilities. As a one-woman marketing team, I must have access to tools that help boost my productivity, professionalism and creativity. Notion helps me stay organized and even helps me brainstorm ideas for new campaigns to serve my clients best.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about Notion is the lack of automation for tasks and project templates. Having standardized templates and automation capabilities for projects would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI Writing Assistant is the best assistant I've ever had. It proofreads my writing and simultaneously helps me become a better writer. I am so grateful that this feature saves me time in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the AI alongside with my school notes. I can easily paste my notes from class and turn it into question and answers or create a short summary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like notion to allow creation of columns within toggles and to have more shortcuts included. More font and size options would make my notion pages look prettier and more neat as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, I have a lot of notes that I take during lectures and about the slides. Notion allows me to create question and answer sections or to help me summarize the relevant information I need to know.
Best productivity ever
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile it is! It is straightforward to use for different purposes and great for a planner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had more features that would help stem majors. Equations functions are too much of a hassle for math-related things, and it isn't easy to apply them for many chemistry courses like organic chemistry and biochemistry (or other classes that are heavy in images).

Notion helps to professionalize and increase comprehension for various tasks. I enjoy the organization of projects and the deadlines that can be scheduled..
An excellent experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful at organising my notes and the ai tools are extremely useful at quickly for formatting them and adding additional information. There are also lots of third party tools that can be used
What do you dislike about the product?
The ai sometimes has inaccuracies or does not know how to format certian things correctly. Other than that however, my experience has had very few negative moments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me by having all my notes organised in one place in a very asthetically pleasing manner. The ai tools have made more more productive and able to create notes quicker.

The ease of creation of different pages. And the powerful UX

I'd like more powerful sheets tool. Sometimes I'd like to run some complex queries but it's impossible.

Brilliant improvement with the addition of AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows me to keep all my information in one place, and I now can use the included AI writing assistant I am also managing all of my content creation and publishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Database functionality is good, but has some limitations. I'd like to see that improved in future editions to make it more 'relational'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating content for my business is an important part of our marketing. Uisng the AI writing assistant is speeding that up considerably.
Notion speeds up tricky documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is fantastic in helping me coherently organize my thoughts before publishing them broadly to stakeholders. In addition, the ease of setting up databases and manipulating relational databases helps ensure all project requirements can be linked back to a conversation with a specific stakeholder!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find its basic tables to be cumbersome to work with. Specifically, I cannot use carriage returns or any other headings. The inability to easily do this really impacts my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me to speed up tricky documentation writing. The ease in writing a few lines and letting Notion AI fill in the gaps has been beneficial in improving my productivity despite fewer support resources.
