All in one Software
What do you like best about the product?
The range of templates and use cases offered by Notion makes it the best personal/professional management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the number of templates gets overwheling to understand and to get hold off in using, but notion has necessary guildelines to understand them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion removes the need of using seperate softwares to manage professional and personal management.

I love the endless possibilities that notion presents in terms of information presentation and organization.

It takes a bit of time to learn and get used to. But it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped to point me in the right direction when I am lost in the planning process of writing for work, school, and personal projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI helps improve my writing skills. It organizes my thoughts and enables me to express them clearly and concisely. It helps me overcome procrastination by providing a clear starting point for my writing.

There is a learning curve that can make it hard to do exactly what you want.

Creating a notes and we can share link to other and we can make edit after sharing and this can be updated to all.
Notion is a hub for productivity and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
It is beautifully designed, making it pleasant to use. It is easily configurable to suit your needs. And when well configured, there is no better tool for collaboration and institutional memory.

Notion has a steep learning curve. To get the most out of Notion requires intentional upskilling and learning.

The AI Writing Assistant is the first time that I've added generative AI to my everyday workflow. It is an incredible copilot for summarizing and copy editing. It increases the value of the first draft by helping you make quick revisions.

An excellent platform for scheduling daily tasks, archiving content for in-depth exploration, and enhancing my confidence in publicly sharing my writing.

Notion's writing assistant has significantly boosted my confidence. I strongly advocate for its inclusion in the free tier rather than being confined behind a paywall.

Notion has proven invaluable in addressing my challenges with data and time management. With Notion, accessing data is streamlined, empowering me to effectively organize and schedule tasks for the day.
Save time with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
There are ready templates for different purposes. I use the one for class notes and it is perfect for my university notetaking. Lots of features, especially Notion AI. It saved my time significantly writing notes and drafting ideas for essays.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite complicated, to be honest, and quite difficult to navigate through at first. I still don't know how to create a template and optimize all features but I utilize the ready-made templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time to create templates and organize everything. The class note template is superb, easy to use and makes my note looks simple and neat for revision.
Great features, but slow at times

Notion supports various features suitable for note--taking and project implementations. Encourages creativity and it has a nice-looking interface

Notion is slow at times, reducing the effiency of quick note-taking and affects overall experience

Notion is my go-to for note taking and its system supports the organization of notes very well. It also has features such as AI writing which makes things easier

What do you like best about the product?
Notion in general has been a huge value-add to the stealth startup I've been building, but with the power of AI, I am moving faster than ever. In the past I've used Google docs and sharing features to get information in front of people, but that simply does not offer the brand experience I'm trying to develop. Now, Notion is the home to my documentation, resources, and templates that I offer to those in our brand ecosystem, which makes it look significantly more professional.
For a year, I have also been using ChatGPT and other tools wrapped in ML and gen AI models. They are good, but typically fall short of being viable solutions. Notion AI on the other hand uses the same technology but absorbs all of the information that I put into a document or resource, and can quickly support these use cases:
• Summarize transcripts
• Expand or improve writing
• Develop outlines and expand creative briefs
• Adjust the voice/tone of content
• Help generate new ideas and squash writer's block

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I can't say there is anything that I don't like about Notion.
It does exactly what I need it to, is priced well, and its product roadmap is delivering beyond expectations.
