Great document storage and retrival and enabled by AI
What do you like best about the product?
Loved the way it is able to answer questions about the documents we have stored using AI like chatgpt style prompting and responses. It' s uper accruate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a little more user centric. Make the general UI and fonts look a little more big, helping spotting things quickly and navigation much easirer I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capability to easily store and retirive documenst, make it version controlled. Allow to find answers wtihout opening the documents. One place for all our documents and intgeration with our applications like rippling, fresh service etc.
Notion is a very powerful tool that can help anybody to excel.
What do you like best about the product?
The power to create a second brain. Being able to connect different projects/initiatives in one single space. How handy is the information while navigating.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too complex. It took us a long time to learn how to use the tool and I think that you can do better at providing trainings. Sync blocks is really hard. Also, AI is limited, we have enterprise account yet cant use the AI? That's not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified workspace to keep track of Projects related to OKRs across the company.
It allow us to stay updated and to link initiatives cross-team.

Structured docs, improved search, databases
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall page and database structure - being able to organize pages, create templates, add metadata, and filter on that metadata makes Notion really useful as a repository for team docs. I also like having the ability to embed content within docs, e.g. Figma designs
What do you dislike about the product?
The comment and notification systems can be really noisy - having a better way to surface comments that are relevant to me, or a digest of comments/updates in the day would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good place to store team wikis and other docs
Great app for organised people
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the design of it can be a bit restrictive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deep Research within your organization is incredible
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's AI has been a massive multiplier over the past few months. We've been able to write up case studies, blog posts, and create a lot of useful internal content quickly using their deep research feature.
It's ability to access internal Notion data, Google Drive data, and Slack data ll in one has been a very useful without the need of any implementation beyond authenticating with those tools!

What do you dislike about the product?
Business Pro pricing is a bit expensive but certainly worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all of our internal processes, task management, and knowledge base on Notion.
Game changing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion and the Notion AI service have changed how I document my life personally and professionally. I think the tools and features they are adding continuously are always upping the bar. Notion is running circles around Confluence and similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like some additional visual enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing has been amazing, the software as a whole is super powerful.
Notion - A Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Using notion is very intuitive where anyone from any function has the ability to create beautifully well structured pages that can be shared or used for collaboration. It's AI features are also tremendous for speeding template design and content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get buried in documents within documents in Notion - key is being organized and knowing where things live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me collaborate with my team and external partners, create structure to my note taking.
Notion for software development documentation
What do you like best about the product?
love the interface and templates. i can track tasks and even write up processes
What do you dislike about the product?
having only black background hence making something things look not neat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cross functional team collaboration and team integration
A seamless support system
What do you like best about the product?
The time from idea to MVP for almost anything you need is significantly shorter that with any other tool.
Getting the average user onboard is quick, and overall onboarding is quicker than ever with bundles of information, tools, resources all in one place.
Implementation of Notion itself is no simple feat, but it has lots of ways to migrate and import data, and while the AI aspects work better while being fed with data, small tools/guides/trackers/Knowledgebases can be created in silos to manage a progressive deployment.
Before long you will findyourself living daily in notion.

What do you dislike about the product?
My largest daily struggle would have to be slow database times. There is a diminishing return on database size.
Additionally the gap in user levels. Notion is something where if you get it, you get it quick. If you struggle, you must have never played with Lego as a kid and might just not get it. If that's the case, the more capable users will need to manage access very carefully to prevent accidents.

Unification!
Visibility for many people in the same place, and a shared repository of knowledge.

Ease of Use for Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?
The clean, intuitive interface makes complex information management feel effortless. I particularly value the universal search capability. The customizable databases are a standout feature, allowing me to structure information exactly how my brain works rather than forcing me into rigid templates. Overall, it's the cohesive product experience that wins me over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility that makes it powerful but this can be overwhelming to some new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find what I need through a single search interface. It also solves the "source of truth" problem by giving teams one place to maintain and update shared knowledge, reducing the confusion of outdated documents scattered across different platforms.
