Love how it always saves me time
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Asana to work on my memos and proposals, and I appreciate how its AI functionality saves me time. Instead of waiting for inspiration to strike, I can start writing, confident that Notion will help me structure my text in the best possible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with tools like Asana are not well displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a language that is not my native language. I trust Notion to always correct and improve my texts according to the use I want to give them. I no longer feel that language is a barrier to my work.

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in tools provide seamless interaction with helpful features, allowing me to take my thoughts to another level. Especially noteworthy is the Notion AI, which is both mind-blowing and super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with the slowness of Notion, particularly when working with large databases or pages containing many embedded files. Additionally, AI is not as effective in Spanish as it is in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize my thoughts by dividing them into categories, such as main job, part-time job, and personal work. Additionally, I can keep track of my ideas, meals, subscriptions, and habits. As my current main job is in English, while my mother tongue is Spanish, AI helps me a lot with my writing. I love the idea that everything is in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Notion! It has the remarkable ability to create a second brain that remembers all of my ongoing projects, neatly divided into categories, and accessible on all of my devices without any syncing delays. It's like having my personal assistant with me at all times.
Moreover, the AI feature is outstanding and helps me to stay on top of my tasks with ease. Notion has become an integral part of my daily routine, and I cannot imagine my life without it anymore.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have some concerns about the security of my data on Notion. While I love the convenience of having all my projects and notes in one place, I would feel more comfortable if I had the option to store certain parts of my Notion database locally and encrypted, rather than in the cloud. If this feature is already available, I would appreciate it being highlighted as a useful tool for those who have top-secret projects or sensitive information to protect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to write down the phases of my professional projects and share real-time updates with clients and collaborators, and Notion has not disappointed me. Thanks to its customization, I found a personal formula for creating project pages that suit my needs. I was also looking for an AI assistant, and now with Notion AI, it's going great.

I like how simple is start working with it and the different pre-build tools that provide me a framework to easily tackle everyday tasks

I found the system pretty easy to use and the same with different tools to resolve a broad of topics. I like like the tool and the improvements releases are fine

AI writing assitance speeds a lot the processes and improves how easily I can describe each step of them.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides many benefits to its users, especially with the help of artificial intelligence. It is very useful in reviewing articles, writing articles. Apart from these, it is very useful in terms of plan and program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of the notion application can become even better and it can offer more practicality to its users in page editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, it allows me to study my lessons more comfortably. Makes it easy to review books and articles.Thanks to notion, I am more successful and productive in my classes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be as simple or customizable as possible. The ability to choose a simple page or complete database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes that customizability can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the main way that our agency stays organized, tracks client work, note taking, consistency with templates in databases, a CRM, improves our sales process and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's most helpful feature is the AI, toggle list capability, and cross platform use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to Notion is the templates are a little confusing to use so I don't use them. This could be better if I could make my own template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is cutting down my research time for my classes and allowing me more time to study. I use AI assistant to generate nursing care plans which i review with my textbook and expand on. I also use AI to generate data for my community health class project, this way i spend less time looking for those numbers and more time actually writing my essay.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's relational databases and templates are so intuitive and easy to use that it forces even the most unorganized users to be organized. It enabled me to build roadmaps across different teams across different initiatives, connecting them to relevant documentation. The different table views also allowed me to customize different views for different stakeholders so they could drill in on features that were especially important to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because notion is so flexible in how you want to organize documentation across teams, it could get messy really quickly. The team has to take it upon themselves to come up with naming conventions, document structure, etc, otherwise, it can become really hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provided transparency across remote workers by providing an organized central repository for all documents for features. It also allowed us to create roadmaps across teams which enabled us to assess gaps and resourcing issues well ahead of schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it summarizes long texts. Fix the grammar and is able to tell writing mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it suggest some actions that is not able to do. As for example, "check plagiarism" and then recommends Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with the grammar and find writing mistakes. I also use it as an inspiration when doing brainstorming it helps a lot.

I really enjoyed the helpful it was as long as it was quiteèeasy to use and very powerful

more integration with browser would be appreciated as well as more prompt options on the AI menu
