What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion, there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you play with it enough to work out how it fits your needs, it is astonishingly useful and adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to mix up
The presentation a bit more. Also it would be amazing if notion so could read and interact with embedded documents. Overall great though.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with large quantities of diverse information. Synthesis of data. Extracting key findings. Crafting correspondence. Organisational management. Housing databases.
Notion has become the perfect AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notions implementation of LLM tech has been perfect. I use their AI blocks daily, and it's ability to manage sources for those chats is impeccable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a bit of a steep learning curve and the integrations almost never work how i expect them to. I'd much rather have more control over how integrations port information into notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-easy way to get notes written and organized
-easy way to get big swarths of information summarized using AI
- it's fantastic at learning my formatting and code
- nice way to collect links and documents in a way that can get captions and things.

What do you like best about the product?
A platform that prioritises order and systematisation of content, processes and ideas. And now with AI integration, I have an extra push to do more and better work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional blackouts or some slowness when trying to work with very long texts on a page... But I can also think that this is due to delays in my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it quicker for me to move on summarising content, adapting units of measurement (often from miles to kilometres, from Celsius to Farenheit, and vice versa), as well as extracting elements for SEO techniques.

The ability to create documents with video, text, audio, embed files, etc.

I don't like the price for having 2 members. Should be free as well

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UX, really like the easy way to structure documents and easily export them. I haven't connected too many things yet but I'm eager to explore the potential that could have for my productivity. And the Notion AI is a gamechanger for easily organising ideas and extracting action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's somewhat of a learning curve and I know there are many things I could do more efficiently but have a hard time getting started on learning them. Also, I would love to try out the shared workspaces but can't, as a free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking to figure out my next career move and Notions allows me to both keep track of my applications, create content, keep overview of my connections and take notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating plans and content made easy with the timing, sub-features, and sorting features. With Notion AI, it is also possible to quickly generate and organize ideas into actionable steps and merge them into plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is still difficult to use. I hope that you can also add email sync functionality. Color choices could be more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhance my time, team, and task management skills, enabling me to transform my thoughts into action more efficiently. With improved progress tracking, I can keep better tabs on my work and ensure that all relevant data is centralized in one place, boosting my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has replaced a plethora of tools I used to use independently. Not enough characters here to explain what I like best, but I think it would be EFFICIENCY!

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it is not using the most recent version of openAI. I do get around this by using both notion and chatGPT but I'm sure this is in the pipeline to get access to the newest version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation. Consolidating a lot of my tasks into one. I now use AI first and then google after.
Consolidation of teams and functions - have started a couple of wikis and full business templates for a couple of projects I am performing right now with partners.
Time - I now save soooooo much time!
Having everything in one place instantly.
Many many more but basically once I learn to use notion properly - when i finally integrate calendars and contacts etc thats when I will have unlocked a lot of potential with Notion.
I have barely scratched the surface with my knowledge and proficiency of notion but it is probably the best work and project tool I have used ever!

A great assistant that helps me all the time
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is the layout and how easy it is to use. I mostly use it as an assistant to organize my documents and plans. I'm a teacher and I've got tons of pages inside Notion with classes and subjects I can use during classes. I also like the AI Writing Assistant very much because it organizes my info in tables or lists as I demand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's going to sound a bit strange or maybe I don't know how to properly do it, but I dislike the PDF export function because I can't export the documents as a PDF with headers and footers as I would do in Google Docs, for example. So every time I need to export a PDF, I copy the contents, paste them on Google Docs and format my headers and footers there before exporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to organize my stuff in a simple way. I've got many documents there and inside them, I can create others as if they were folders, but they are documents. I think this is fabulous! Today, whenever I need something, I know exactly where it is inside Notion. Apart from that, I've been using the AI Writing Assistant a lot to help me overcome creative blockages and mostly to sort data in tables or lists. It's very useful for me to just ask the AI Assistant to summarize something in a bullet point list or to sort data in a table and include new columns with new data as I demand it. I also plan my classes using Notion and the AI Assistant. It's quick and it provided me a good outline so I can develop the subjects further. There's also another thing that I found very good about Notion. Many people make templates and we can simply get and use them. I'm using 3 different templates I got out there to help my working processes.

I like how it's so quick and easy to navigate between pages. We moved from Google docs because accessing documents was an absolute chore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is sometimes slow and a resource drain. It goes down as well, which impacts productivity.

I love the database system of Notion. You can make literally anything. And as a web designer and tool nerd I think Notion is simply the best.

To be honest there is not anything I dislike.

I do my complete project management. Also I create proposal pages for my estimations and creating wiki documents for my clients.
