What do you like best about the product?

The feature I most like about Notion is its AI features. This allows me to efficiently note take and plan reports before writing them and allows me to become more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can sometimes be inconvenient to add edits to paragraphs using the / command and I feel this is less user friendly than a regular bar at the top as used by google docs

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion is helping me organise my notes more effectively making it easer to find previous work in the future. The AI tools also allow me to accelerate my workflow

What do you like best about the product?

I am able to store everything from my travel plan, online course notes to miscellaneous things in there and able to share with other people. Before that I store a lot of random things on notes or to do list on my iPhone, MacBook or actual note books but it's hard to find things when you need them.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is easy to start with but as soon as you want to set up something more complicated, especially formula related. It is very difficult. Need to go through a few walk through tutorials on YouTube to figure it out.

I am using Notion AI a lot more now, it helps to generate some rough ideas for new projects which makes my work easier. Also English is not my native language, it helps to perfect my professional English.

summarize an article in an instant way, and I can modify the length of the respond.

sometimes it doesn't reply if the article is too long.

Function for adjusting text is really great, also it helps a lot durring job. I apprieciate easy way how to use it. Accesbility is quite great. It easier to use than ChatGPT, but less valuable.

It would be better if it adjust text exactly to our needs. For example some mathemtical adjustment or removing specific symbol from text etc.

Adjusting text to be mor professional and finding some typos.

Notion can help keep ideas and tasks organised. Its high level of customisation allows for creating systems for even the most niche tasks. Additionally, its new AI feature can improve the speed at which this is done by helping to formulate sentences faster.

What do you dislike about the product?

Notions of customisability can also be its downfall. The ability to highly customise systems can sometimes leave you procrastinating over how things should be organised. Though the AI feature can help get the words down, you can still fuss over how things are created.

The AI feature is quite handy, but it requires a bit of attention. I often use it to help shorten sentences or perform quick grammar checks. However, these need to be looked over once done, as the sentences it creates can sometimes sound a bit off and occasionally nonsensical. Nonetheless, it's good at rephrasing bits to give you ideas when your eyes are tired, and you need to get something out. Currently, only US English language is available – it would be good to see UK English.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion's AI feature helps you get your ideas down faster. Although it is feature-rich, I only use it to see how it would rewrite a sentence if I've hit a wall. This has definitely saved me from some head-banging, but I would only really trust it with a few sentences here and there. It is definitely beneficial, but I wouldn't consider it a be-all and end-all type of product just yet. It can help with the mechanics, but flourishes are needed!

The AI is really great and gets brainstorming kickstarted easily. The project management tools and templates have enabled us to be more structured

The AI function that I use most often can be used as a translator or for text correction.

I would like to have more options for the button component. For example, the ability to call third-party APIs.

Translation and formatting of the text. The easiest way to publish information in a visually appealing way.

It's so customizable and fast. When I switched over from Evernote it was night and day.

Doesn't work well offline, i.e. on the plane without wifi

I use it to implement GTD and keep track of agenda items for various meetings

LIKE as in emotionally drawn to.... I like the artwork that you can choose to appear on your pages.

I LOVED how easy it was to turn my Notion page into a Super.so website.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to have some kind of voice to text feature - there are workarounds but I'd like something integrated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

So many it's not possible to say but one BIG problem it solved was hours and hours of time that I would otherwise have spent on SquareSpace or Wix setting up my webpage. I was literally able to turn my Notion pages into a website with just a couple of clicks. brilliant! And I can manage any changes to the site directly from Notion.

What do you like best about the product?

AI writing assistant integrated into the workflow, just pop it open with spacebar and get going with example prompts or write your own.

Great value for money.

AI not yet multimodal, but sure the notion team is working on it.

Great for editing text and improving writing to get a better flow. Awesome when writers block appears - can help tweak text, generate inspiration. Much faster now to generate professional text. Can also use more junior personnel in projects and power them with Notion's AI writing assistant.
