Notion is my favorite Application
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new features, such as the calendar and email integration. However, my favorite is still the AI feature, which can improve my sentences or analyze pages to find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're API, Honestly everything about the UI and functionality is great but their API documentation needs a bit of work some times its hard for me to create custom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me sort out the things that are going on in my head as a self engineer. I'm constantly thinking about system. Design and notion does a great job of connecting different pages and different concepts that I have together while also keeping certain things separate.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for school, class organization, club organization, second brain (Tiago forte), and essay writing where chat gpt cannot process that much notion once summarized 200+ pages for me. Frequent updates with new useful features, support community on youtube, customizability, freedom, privacy, data protection
What do you dislike about the product?
The new beta AI needs some work, but I'm sure they know that. Hopefully they will add in the main AI features to allow complex questions to be answered such as "summarize what I learned in my classes last week" or "based on my deadlines what is due soon and what pages in my notion can help me complete that homework thats due"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel iteneraries, planning a move, indexing class notes, summarizing large writings, searchability and speed of access is the biggest benefit, many things in one place from travel, clubs, sports, school, in one place. And the compatibility with many data types.

I love that everything I need is now in one platform with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small accessibility barrier when taking advantage of some of notions advanced features (i.e. formulas). More tutorials would be great

Notion allows my team and I to work collaboratively in a very visual workflow, it reduces misunderstanding and increases efficiency.
Notion is a must for everyone!

I've been using Notion for years now as my primary note taking tool. Since the introduction to Notion AI I find myself using it even more. I actually never use any other AI platform anymore. I find this function to be the absolute best on the market.

There isn't anything I dislike about Notion.

I manage both my professional life and private life. The calendar in Notion is my primary calendar.
Many time saving techniques with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried too many note taking apps. Workflowy, Dynalist, Obsidian, Heptabase, Craft, NotePlan +, Tana, Mem and the list goes on. What I like about Notion is the stregth of the database and the relations that you can make to other databases and then combining the AI capabilities to summarize for specific use cases automatically. It is a game changer. It is easy to use and implement the specific functionality that you need.
I have one database for instance that is used to process opportunities, where I merge a csv file into it of new federal opportunities for the team to review together and an AI field that then looks at the information and pulls out the specific AI/ML/RPA and software development work likely in that opportunity to determine if we should go after the RFP or not. We use it as a team every day.

Every blue moon, the system is down and I hate that.

It is able to provide a one source for all my needs, CRM, Leads management, searchable database with AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I find myself constantly discovering new uses for Notion, which has become an indispensable part of my daily routine. Whether I'm organizing my own tasks, brainstorming new ideas, or collaborating on a project with a team, Notion is my go-to tool.

Notion can occasionally be slow and cumbersome, especially the AI feature. Its search function could be improved.

Notion is an excellent tool for organization and collaboration.

I would love to see more functionality built into databases and tables - Notion has potential to be a single ERP system for startups

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep myself organized with Notion. It's like a virtual planner and I love the convenience.

There is nothing I can remember right now that I don't like about it.

I think it being online is not my favorite thing about Notion.

Having all the onboarding documents, social media kit, social media calendar and tasks in one place allows me to organize myself easier
